Hotel consisting of bungalows overlooking the beautiful bay, direct beach access and swimming pool popular with children. Staff in the care. Beautiful terrace bar and restaurant with RECOMMENDEd BBQ. A true haven of peace!

Very clean, large Room with comfortable Bed. The Staff friendly, even drive the Backpacks back and forth, so you don't have to run up and down the Mountain on which the Hotel is located. If you don't have the Room clean every Day, there are no new Bottles of water.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel any further. We had booked a bungalow right on the beach. The bungalow smelled very unpleasant and in the toilet and also in the larger room there were a lot of ants. The bay was very rocky, the water seemed green and pond, very shallow. Just not very inviting to swim. For the most part, the staff seemed in a very abpleased mood. In my opinion, not a three star hotel.

Welcoming and respectful to the environment. Impeccable room service, very noisy air conditioning but otherwise nothing to say.

Really nice hotel and staff. Price at restaurant reasonable. Nice view but the beach is not the best one of the island (careful when you walk in the water because of rocks and some sea urchin)

Nice personal resort with direct beachfront location and small pool with lounge chairs. Rooms (double rooms with sea view) are comfortable and have the best view at the salad Beach, as elevated and therefore reach by steep path. Bathroom rather musty and typically Thai with simple shower next to the toilet and without windows. Towels already worn a bit. Breakfast okay but nothing special, also not adore a lot of choice (buffet). Great for families with children, but please book Beach bungalow Otherwise you will have very wide steep paths, which is rather difficult with small children. Nevertheless recommendation, as authentic and pure relaxation.

Good food and coffee. Service could be improved as all dishes for our party of four came at other times and they forgot to prepare one dish altogether.

Small complex perched on the coline with a magnificent view of the bay and direct access to the beach. The rooms are simple and clean, the view from the terrace is breathtaking. The restaurant is good and the staff very friendly. It feels a bit like home we meet some regulars and I can understand that we want to return.

Everybody here is like a family: guests, children, staff and owners. All is very helpful to make your stay great. Thanks.

Charming hotel, lovely staff.

3 years ago the first time was here and it was again very nice. Rooms are very individually designed and furnished. Plant pulls you from the beach high on the mountain, in the middle is the restaurant with great views, delicious food and good cocktails! Pool is small with nice view. Nice staff. Happy one more time!

Very nice! The huts are very cute and clean. View that dominates the beach and the forest! Really nice! The staff very friendly and smiling. The restaurant is good compare to the other restaurants of the beaches.
For massages, go to Ok Massage and try the one with hot coconut oil it's top! For can see the diplomas of the masseurs that are displayed on the wall.
Don't miss the snorkeling all the right side of the beach!

Very nice room with a beautiful view of the Bay. Bathroom with a huge shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant very good with a nice view.

This place was amazing but what made it extra special was the staff. The friendliest people ever. Always smiling and want you to have a great experience. You must get a massage down by the water so relaxing. And the ladies and gentlemen are very professional. And girl let's not forget the food! To die for! I could seriously eat there everyday. Get the Tom Yum my mouth is watering thinking about it. Breakfast is included with the room. Coffee is yum! The Iced Mocha Coconut is a must. They also have great amenities. I know stand up paddle boarding may sound intimidating but it is so easy and worth the try. Paddle out around the right side of the bay. (Take a couple baht so you can grab a beer at one of the restaurants;-) They can set up taxi service for you, ferry tickets, and recommend great places to see on the island. I would return here without a doubt!

Wooden Cottage with panoramic view. Hammock on the terrace, beautiful view quiet beach, attention some sea urchins. For snorkeling go past the rocky bar by the right.

It started with the journey. Insufficient signage to the hotel or To the reception. On our way down the steep path to where we thought where the reception was, we were approached by some nice men cutting palm trees. One took our luggage off and led us just outside the room (doors stood wide on — mosquitoes juhu! ) and then on to the reception. So far so nice. Then went off. By Thai standards, we were rather insufficiently taught about the resort (where, for example, where. The lockers stand. Answer: In the kitchen). When we asked for a nice restaurant/street food nearby, no tips came. It was merely referred to a supermarket around the corner that we never found. All right. You can find your way around Koh Phangan. About 2 km walk over the hilly road is a small place where you can find good food.
+ + + After that came for us personally the cracker + + + FLECKIGE beds (yellowish spots and blood stains, Also among the covers that were simply over), ÜBEL RIECHENDE towels and a broken pipe under the washing bek that made the room smell like KATZENPIPI. Even by Thai standards, that was disgusting. The gecko in the hollowy mosquito net was somehow still cute and the bugs in the bath no problem either. Thailand. We gave a brief notice and immediately two men came back, who willingly helped us.

Amazing resort. The cottages are very quiet and relaxing. They are very big with a big bathroom. The views of the sea from there are astonishing. It is next to one of the best beaches in the island, where you can be almost alone. The swimming pool and the restaurant are also very nice. The staff is very friendly. I totally recommend this resort: for friends and families. There is also massage service, which is cheap and very good.

Great place to stay with direct access to the beach. Welcoming and helpful staff. They also managed for us good motorbike rent. Highly recommended.

Beautiful grounds with pool and great view of the beach from most of the rooms. Unfortunately, in the rooms it often smells a bit stale, which is a common problem in Southeast Asia due to the climate. The restaurant/bar also has a pool table. There is no more evening design. So more of a relaxing thing.
Since the plant is situated on a steep slope, it is sometimes very tedious.

I have been there on 6-8 October 2017 staff very night and friendly good service thank you they give information for us to travel Around the island good breakfast and I like happy hour beer and drink are cheaper we enjoy the view and activities there and we have some accident at the beach staff are helpful thank you shot time to stay there but I will recommend my friend and family I will back to stay again thank you for amazing time.

Great views! Nice little pool to lounge and relax, and well laid out restaurant. Very calming place. Stroll on the beach in the evenings to try out different restaurants or even a sunset massage.

Very nice clean cheap just super, like to like again: Am totally thrilled.

Stayed at Cookie's Salad Sep 5-8, 2017 and we had a wonderful time at this hidden gem. Room 28 holds breathtaking views of the beach out of big sliding glass doors. The deck has a hammock which is great for watching the sunrise, or cuddling up and listening to the gentle waves. Those waves are just steps away, and the water is crystal clear even knee-deep. The hotel staff took outstanding care of us. Laundry service was fast, renting a moto for a day of driving was painless — and the restaurant/bar is top shelf. Recommend ordering the no name (a Thai island local favorite) with an icy caipirinha (made with real cachaça, just like on the beaches of Rio). We stayed at three locations during our trip to southern Thailand, and Cookie's was hands-down the best. We'll definitely be back.

Stunning, comfortable and laid back piece of paradise. Resort is great, friendly and in an amazing location. There is not much around apart from a few beach bars and hotels but that's what we were looking for.

Great place, good view overlooking the beach, nice balconies, good breakfast, massage is right here, located on a hill.

We stayed 4 nights. The Sea View Room offers a great view over the bay of Haad Salad. Room was stylish and in good condition at an attractive rate. Water pressure in the shower was too weak and water was rarely warm during showering. Staff was polite but not so friendly. Waiter offered marijuhana unasked which was a strange occasion. Breakfast was rarely okay. Restaurant in total okay but prices overshot quality. Salad beach itself is also okay but if you are looking for an extraordinary nice beach spot, you have to move on to another bay and ressort, what we did.

Smelly room thé staff who think they are thé victim when they scam you …

Itself quite ok, but price / performance is not true unfortunately. The bungalows are 30 years old and since then not significantly renovated estimated. Unfortunately not so great compared to the rather excessive-price. Overpriced food and small portions, prefer eating at other restaurants on the beach. Breakfast at your whim of the staff, just ok, once sparsely. I'd not again book.

The beach of the hotel is not good for bathing, the rooms cheaper are very simple and the sun comes in the morning and not let you sleep, we find on the stairs that ascending room toads, snakes and lizards, care night by is not nada. La swimming pool was green and the hydromassage does not funcionaba. El bar wings 10 PM close it and you have to go to sleep because the beach has no movement of bars, and not anything there is only cerca. Lo good breakfast and meals that are not expensive and are well.
