Unbelievable friendly staff and clean rooms. The employer gave me a coconut as a welcome present and drove me to the food market after it.

Very friendly staff, very clean place. There's a TV plugged to a computer, so you can play anything in the lounge area. Theres a bar also. Great place to stay and meet people.

Saka is the best owner ever, scooter rental, free toast n jam, tea or coffee for breakfast, water and hot water. Very cool free bbq during full moon party and bar being installed downstairs. Fridge, lockers, air con room and very cheap price. If you need something, just ask. Also free use of nearby blue moon pool if needed. Once again just ask.

Absolutely amazing place, with ALL the modcons, which honestly wasn't expected at the cheapest price around! (aircon, lockers, Wi-Fi, breakfast) Slept like a log and the ensuite bathroom was beautifully clean and towels were massive :-) Excels even European standards. Lovely breakfast and happy people, a really nice chill hostel, thanks x.

A home away from home. I can't really say why this place clicked with me so much. It's in the middle of town and not on a beach. The beds were averagely comfortable (I had one of the fat mattresses, the thin ones are awful) and I'm usually not really fond of only one ensuite bathroom per dorm. But somehow Blessing gathered a perfect mix of guests as well as really nice proprietors. Instead of only staying 2 nights before moving on, I stayed for a week and rented a bike to travel to the beaches. The free breakfast and snacks were also really handy.

Staff vary. Some don't speak any English at all and might be the only one on duty. Mattresses are not sprung. The vibe is pretty dull. The fun people go to koh tao, Samui, or at least to the best beach, which is on the east side of the island.

This place is awesome! If you are looking for a very relaxed and clean hostel on Ko Pha-ngan then look no further. The guy who runs it is an absolute gem and really helped us to unlock the benefits of the island. They provide all kinds of other extra facilities and services too, they will really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable such as a private taxi service (100 bhat will get you to most places), scooter hire, free breakfast (noodles/toast/tea/coffee/etc) and and a really cosy rooftop area with a bar where you can chill out at night or through the day. Also its a great community as the guy who runs this place is very popular amongst the locals and his friends were just the same: kind, friendly, helpful and willing to help you out when you get stuck. Its also very safe, secure, low cost and did I already say clean? Its a 5 minute walk from the Port and you will be greeted with a happy face and great hospitality. Top Tip: ALWAYS hire your scooter from the Ga, the guy who runs the hostel, its the same price as any other scooter hire on the island (actually cheaper than some places too! ) but they will not attempt to rip you off for damage you did not do. A French guy who we met took a nasty sting from a scooter hire place down the road when they tried to charge him for a scratch that he did not do (they wanted like 5000 bhat from him :|), even though he had a video proving that the scratch was already there prior to taking the scooter out on the road.

Fantastic staff that will sort you out with whatever you could want, will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Stayed here for a few days in off-season. Really friendly staff, comfy dorms and breakfast included (most of the time you can even grab breakfast in afternoon if you're a long-sleeper like me). 7-eleven just around the corner. chillout lobby with big TV and many movies. Good vibes.
