Good location nice rooms but the restaurant could be better.

Very nice hotel pool at the foot of the rooms very welcoming seaside Restaurant.

Helpful and kind staff. Beach side restaurant and 3 pools.

The hotel would need to renovate its facilities and a regular follow-up.

A scam for tourists.

We were so happy to stay again at Florist hotel where we already stayed there 6 years ago in 2012. As we had a great time, we've decided to stay there again. A few months ago I contacted the hotel to book my holiday in Kho Samui. After fews email, we (the hotel and us) agreed to have 5 rooms for 14 persons (10 adults & 4 kids). We requested them to have 2 rooms for 4 persons without any extra charge if the room had only 3 beds! The manager, Mr Sukrid confirmed me that all wa…s ok with him and that the 2 rooms for 4 persons will have 4 beds without any extra charge.
When we arrived on the saturday 17/02 the 2 rooms for 4 persons were only had 3 beds! I asked Mr Sukrid to bring us the extra bed and he said that we had to pay for the extra bed! … I showed him all the emails and as we already paid the rooms, he did not want to bring us bed if we did not want to pay! now we were blocked here for 13 nights already paid and 2 beds is missing!
I tried to be as nice as possible but Mr Sukrid did not make any effort to resolve the problem! well he will as he already has our money and we can't change to another hotel! I really not RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! I really love Thailand as I come here almost every year for past 20 years and it is the first time I have such a bad experience!
PS on top of everything, the internet connection is very very bad…

Good value for the price.

Not the best hotel but to stay two or three days is great with pool and beach.

Lovely place to stay. I like the interior and the outdoor place in front of your room, it feels quite homely. The toilet is european, but one that needs to get the knack in using it (and sometimes even that doesn't help, just keep flushing). The personell is friendly and in most cases competent. There is no bar or a restaurant within the Hotel grounds (though there is something like a breakfest place at the beachfront, and through the day you might get coffee and stuff till about 8:30 pm), but just in a walking minute there are many other places, Thai and other, to eat and drink well. Prices for these do differ very so. In some, you pay around 200 bhat for two meals and two drinks, in others you might very well pay twice and more than that. Umbrellas for guests are free of charge. We are very pleased with spending part of our honeymoon here and can highly recommend it to others.

Has the most inviting beach side cafe along the stretch. Nice plump me down bean bags and breakfast tables are placed on the sand, where you can have smoothies and breakfast with your feet playing with the sand. Minuses are they ran out of most do try fruits for the smoothies on the menu. Had limited choices of fruits available for smoothies.

I loved this place; clean, quiet and well-located. Excellent price for that quality. 1-2 minutes walk for the beach and about 5 minutes walk to the main street (bar, restaurant, convenience store, …)

Nice place, the room was great. Plenty of nice swimming pools and the beach right next to us was great too! Reception told us the wrong time for our bus away though which caused a bit of a panic on our last morning.

Good place to stay … Relax.

Beautiful hotel complex, the employees work quite slowly compared to the German worker mentality but very very friendly staff! I was bothered that the pool was very rarely cleaned and then with little success!

Inadequate host. Cockroaches and ants in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hate the Russians.

Loved this place! Beachfront property with beautiful beach, perfect for lounging and swimming. Clean, comfortable, accommodating, and inviting! Private patio and a swimming pool just steps outside my door. Thank you!

Too expensive for the familiar rooms, No differentiation to other hotels on the beach, the price performance is not right, no inexpensive train services possible.

Nice resort to spend some days :)

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Everywhere is well maintained with pretty gardens and a pool right by your room. The rooms are a very generous size with a big comfortable bed and loads of storage space. I loved the quiet location right by the beach. Also very convenient for the Lomprayah ferry and new immigration offices.

Nice hotel with very nice staff. Price/performance ratio is excellent here.
Best to take the villa by the pool are the newest and you have a small pool right in front of the terrace.

We are having a great time in this cozy hotel. The swimming pool direct next to our room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the beach. The hotel staff is very friendly and have got service in mind. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. The young managers do a great job. We would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Best place to stay on the island great staff great food and the room and relaxing. Would be back again for sure Thankyou peeraya and the team.

Its nice and ok. Friendly staff. Food quality is good, but due to the bright energy saving bulbs it is not as romantic as it could be. Price value is good.

Very small restaurant and as a barracks.

The resort is very nice and located directly on the beach. In the time I've been there, I've received even an Upgrate.
Breakfast buffet: slightly lean but what expectations you actually has?
Toast, butter, jam, tea, coffee, cereal, mini pancake, french toast and eggs prepared fresh. Of course upon request.
The restaurant itself you must not visit, there are also Thai was dishes, only Burger, chips and co have priority. Well but geared towards tourists. Too bad actually
