The place is nice but is a kind of prison… no space for walking… on the beach only… and the sea is turbid, not a beautifull color… dont understand why people pay time and money to came here…

The perfect hotel. The nice staff. The clean and beautiful beach. The wonderful look-out over the sea. Warning! There is a laundry service a stone's throw away the hotel. It has nothing to do with the hotel. But it is really very close and you may think that they are a part of the hotel and want to have your clothes washed there. It is a wrong idea. Never use it! They spoilt my clothes… not… they destroyed my clothes. I will have to throw things away. When after a while I found it out and came to them to solve the problem, they were very rude and unprofessional. They disacknowledged their fault and refused to remedy the situation or compensate it somehow. Moreover they accused me of trying to deceive them. So, the result is: destroyed clothes and deep mortification. Save your clothes and nerves. Don't use this service! This is not about the hotel. The hotel is wonderful. Just warning.

Hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit direktem Zugang und Blick aufs Meer und hat sich aufjedenfall gelohnt. Echt der Hammer und wunderschön. Auch relativ ruhig da kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Very nice rooms, worth to get one with direct beach access. Rooms come with a safe. Skip breakfast here and find something around the corner. Big beds and good showers!

Excellent place with rooms with exit to the beach. Pool. Very good breakfast. Excellent staff.

Some rooms were renovated in May 2017. Room was top, great proximity to the beach. Friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, but for small money you get a great breakfast around the corner.

Rooms are clean and spacious … People are friendly … But the breakfast is a joke and the toilet can be better!

Very nice and helpful personnel. Tasty breakfast. Great location and the hotel has its own swimming pool. Personnel can help with sightseeing organization, transfer from /to airport and motorbike / car rental. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There's free Wi-Fi and awesome local restaurant just across the street.

Wanted to stay 3 nights, actually stayed 8 because we enjoyed it so much. Directly on a beautiful beach, very friendly employees, especially to our 1yr old daughter. Very clean, quiet at night, well working A/C and nice restaurants nearby. Great deal for the price.

I love this place if you travell alone. You have got one of the nicest beaches. But because many tour trips with speed boats and ferries the water is sometimes not of good Quality. But the whole infrastructure is perfect. You have a lot of euro Restaurant. And the walking street us just arround the corner once in the week After wendsday Greetings from Jacky from swiss. It was also my whole Bucket with many good smelling body lotions shampoos etc. Went suddently gone as I arrived at the new stay in lamai The one cleaning women is really a bit strange. And I have given all of them presents. But. Maybe lay. The place is ok just take care if your belongings.

Great hotel with a LOVELY lady at the reception (seriously the best ever! ). Still, we give it only 1 star because the cleaning staff stole both our fragrances/eau de toilette! If it was just one that was gone, then perhaps I would have thought we were just stupid enough to lose it, but it was BOTH of our Diesel/Jean Paul Gaultier perfume which were in seperate bags on the table. It happened on our last morning and the (Burmese looking) cleaning lady looked extremely nervous when we checked out. Now we understand why. The owner needs a serious talk with this woman because this is of course unacceptable!

Had a honeymoon sweet with ocean view for 8 days. Could not get enough of it. Had an unforgettable experience. Superb view, 10 m to the sea, best stuff ever. Best hotel in the area.

Clean spacious room king bed and very hospitable. Directly on the beach with lounge chairs, a nice place to the stay.

Apart from the room which is great and well done all housekeeping is horrible, nauseating odours of septic stink up the bathroom and the room, horrible furniture difficult to slide the doors of the wardrobes, insufficient lighting just to see the dead, defective sunbeds patched up with strings, economy on everything.
The stingy receptionist, a real Pitbull who dares claim 80 baht for 2 bottles of water while we paid 60 days for 57 days and a 5 day trip or we didn't have 10 small lunch the six overcharged 3 days. Rooms are payable in advance and a month we to answer that last shame to her and to the particular commercial sense.
More hotel pours sewage through a pipes directly on the beach like many others, the sea water is turbid polluted and foaming.
The beach is in the North of the island and the Sun is therefore difficult to see.

The Staff are 10/10. The place is just so relaxing. The view is to die for. Would recommended it to anyone to stay hear.
