A very lovely hotel and spa. We had a pool villa and it was very nice. Villas are spacious and the best was very comfortable. The spa treatments were good. I had the signature X2 massage and the Thai massage, both were just what I needed after the long flight. Breakfast spread is decent and the view is lovely.

Wonderful hotel service at the top I highly recommend.

Beautiful villas. Good equipment. A lot of smarthome are serving over Apple. Very good sound system for inside and out. We had "Villa Julia, " highly recommended.

Believe the buzz place and massage is free of anyone to choose from.

Nice hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Great spa and great service. Only the sea Melkovato and had problems with Vayfay.

Wow, this place is made for a couples retreat. Very private villas, we had a pool villa that was fantastic. All the staff are super friendly and the green keepers never stop to make the grounds perfect every day. The resturant servers very nice food in an open beach front experience. I personally used the free Spa twice and was a nice touch to the Resort lifestyle. Swimming in the beach is possible but maybe a 200m walk out at low tide as there's a sand bank right out front if the hotel, high tide the water comes right up to the Resort and it looks amazing but the water is only. 0.5m — 1m deep. But the private pools and resort pool makes up for that. Please try this place you won't regret it.

This hotel and personnel is ecxellent. I like to came back to this hotel again with my family and injoy here.

Nice view and expansive price.

The staff was very kind and the hotel was very very very bad. We were really looking forward to the pictures we can make in our pool with Waterfall. Breakfast was OK but tedious, if you wanted to have a sausage and cheese platter you could order the itself however under a plate I understand something else is not enough to get tired of it, and to order each time again a plate was a bit uncomfortable. But the breakfast is a matter of opinion.

Spent 4 nights in X2 Koh Samui overall I had a lovely time, staff were polite, room with private pool was brilliant and the unlimited spa treatments were great. The hotel has great amenities including bike/car hire. However: The entrance way has rotting wood. The beach was filthy. They made no effort to pick up the rubbish on their beach in the mornings so we had to walk along broken glass and plastic. I booked a spa treatment for 8am of my last morning only to be told I had never done this and I couldn't have it anyway as you can only have spa treatments with the package on days that you are staying overnight. I understand that the package has limitations but they were never explained to us at any time and this was not what I was told when I spent ten minutes with the receptionist booking it. Our transfer from the airport was scary as he tailgated and sped dangerously, I was more safe driving in Bangkok than with him. So on our last night we asked reception to book us a metered taxi instead of the transfer, we phoned reception in the morning to confirm this and was told it was all booked. When we arrived at the desk we were told the transfer is coming in a few minutes. We queried this and were informed the hotel has no numbers for metered cabs and so couldn't call them. We refused the transfer on safety grounds and they managed to find us a different taxi, which was still twice as expensive than a metered taxi would have been.

We did not stay here but we did eat at the 4K restaurant several times during our stay on Samui. The restaurant is fantastic, views are stunning and the food delicious. If you ask nicely they will even let you use the stunning swimming pool at the resort.

We have loved staying at X2. It's remote area and limited number of rooms meant that we could truly relax and unwind. Yet it was still easy to hire a scooter and get into the hustle and bustle of the local towns. This is truely more of a couples resort and we will be recommending it to all our friends. Thank you to all the staff for being there when we needed you yet giving us our personal space to enjoy our surroundings.

In 2012 the year I bought a certificate for accommodation at x 2 Resort.
Lived at 6 days — 30 April to 6 May.
We have settled, as was indicated in the certificate, the Villa with private pool. Of course, in our opinion, it was too steep. Surprised that the shower and toilet are in no way blocked.
The disadvantages can include even only the location of the air conditioner. While we prinorovilis′ to him, it's time to pack our things were already home.
It blows directly on the bed! And without it you cannot sleep. The first night I tried to turn it off and open the outer door. Dušnâk and cries of tropical birds are not allowed to sleep. Eventually became to veil his beach towel and place it on 26 degrees.
Oh and my personal problem-child 4 years in our bed. He used to sleep at very freely revolving overnight on 360 degrees. My wife is such a "fan" in bed brought out already in the first night. Given that the total width of the bed is 180 cm (King size by the standards of Thai people! ), it was difficult for fit and relax for the night.
Under the terms of the certificate except breakfast we can choose optional lunch or dinner. Chosen dinner. Later it turned out that the menu on complementary lunch/dinner was unchanged for the whole week of our stay. Well, at least you can choose between two types of complexes. But still the middle of the week we are sick and tired of eating the same thing.

So different yet so good! X2 Samui blends quality of service with a fresh and pure design. Love the totally private pool villa with a lot of living space. The bathroom is huge with separate shower and gigantic bathtub. Respect of the environment, sea front restaurant with great selection of food. The Wine & Tapas served every day is a "must try" to enjoy at sunset. Spa is very intimate and lovely staff. Everyone is so friendly and location is quiet enough to be away from the "buzz" of Chaweng but also easy access to local attractions that can be arranged with the hotel directly. Just love it and I suggest everyone should stay there to get a different experience in the "Land of Smiles".
