➜ Quite quiet, except the usual street noise far enough away from the party hustle and bustle. Nevertheless, everything is within easy walking distance. For my taste the best location in the quiet part of Chaweng, Super Beach section. Always happy to return. The bed was very comfortable, the room very clean. Shower and toilet were plastered, but the hygiene stands and falls of course always with the respective inhabitants.
➜ Saver Guesthouse is functional and at the very back of Beach Road. It has 2 communal showers, 2 toilets and a communal balcony.
Very friendly manager
4 stars for it all as far as ok is 1 star deduction because not all fans work and it does not have a refrigerator.
But for 400 baht, you mustn't expect too much. All in all very ok.

Really hot rooms even with two fans it was hard to sleep and horrible to sit in during the day. Shared bathroom was cleaned daily. Twenty minutes walk to the beach, 40 minutes walk to the most popular part of the street. Owner wasnt very welcoming and nobody on reception for most the time we stayed. Overall, not a good stay but good value for money as it was so cheap.
