Beautiful resort. Nice pool and sand on the beach.

Rooms a bit pricey, air conditioning unit could work better. The pool is great along with the poolside bar.

A Very nice Hotel looked after well by good manager and staff, a lot of whom have been with them for many years. Lovely location and beach. Good quality rooms and facilities. Sadly they need to shut for a year to refresh and rebrand but am sure it will be even better. Can’t wait to visit again. So unlike their sister property Centara Grand Beach Resort in Phuket that is so badly below them in standard and service. Won’t be visiting Phuket again.
Would be good for the chain if they could improve Phuket to the standards of Samui.

First of all, the hotel staff. They all are very friendly and everyone wears the smiles on their faces and greets you every time they see you. It makes customers getting much more great experiences during their time here in Thailand. Secondly, the room and the hotel design is amazing. I mean it’s cozy and huge and the greenery environment in the resort makes me more relaxed. Lastly, the hotel location. Since it is located in Chaweng area, it’s easier to access to many famous tourist attractions. Great stay here and would recommend to others

It is a great resort the staff are friendly. If you are a vegetarian or vegan you do struggle with the food choices provided at the resort. They could so easily make the vegetaria/vegan friendly. They are a bit behind the times. With veg/vegan food they should tell you what ingredients have been used. Great place to be with children. Lovely views and sandy beach. Massage places are just ouside the hotel, really cheap. There is great food available outside. We went to Baci, Italian, and Hungry Woolf more than once.

On the check in you must pay money, The rooms are old, but the sea view is amazing… Morning lunch taste good and there are many options you can choose from. In the hotel all is clean and modern, the garden is fantastic and the sea is clean and save (not on rainy days because of jellyfish also on stormy days be aware. At the hotel everything is to expensive, but you can walk 5min in the city and find everything what you want mostly to good prices! On the beach are private sellers, I especially recommend the food sellers, and they have good prices too.

A nice resort on a very relaxing island. Would reccomend the club lounge, providing free food and drinks throughout the day. The choice of restaurants are not for everyone, so have a look online for restaurants outside this hotel.

Me and my friends stayed in room 101 for only one night but that night was really relaxing. When we weren't at the beach, we spent most of the time in the health area (an area where you can do yoga, shower for free and do a lot of sports). Lovely service, beautiful area, nice people, wonderful showers. Really, the showers were so good, they got conditioner and showergel hanging in the shower. I'm amazed. Keep it up guys! Would shower again for free.

Great location and amenities. There is tons to do and the resort is beautiful and huge. I highly suggest getting an ocean facing room. I would also suggest this for families — — if you want something more romantic and intimate — — go to Poppies. Our issues: the resort is so large that you lose the special feeling you get at smaller resorts, even though there are a lot of activities (planned nightly events and ocean sport activities) you have to pay for everything and it isn't Thai cheap (Wi-Fi and gym, too! ) Service in the pool area is spotty and nonexistent on the beach. Finally, the rooms need some renovating and deep cleaning — — there was some gross moldy stuff growing in the shower area and the tile looked dingy. Our air conditioner leaked so we had to put a towel down beneath it.

19.06.18. The hotel is normal but at 5 does not pull. Breakfasts are modest, the fruit is not very, monotonous. Cleaning on demand. The children's room is a horror as in 3. But the beach is super true for 5 days of sun was not once.

Good location for vacation destination. Allotted rooms with swimming pool were average & rooms were smelling and room service was lacking in name of 5start property. And common swimming pool was good. Beach is clean. Many water sport activities. Sports activities and kids room was good.

Simply the best location in Chaweng. Clean and well equipped hotel with 5 star room service. Versatile breakfast buffet, pleasant staff, clean swimming pools.

A very nice hotel on Chaweng beach wonderful water white sand.
There are day trips to the Mo Ang Thong National Marine Park which you should look at.
The food is delicious and the dinners on the beach are gorgeous.
The staff is very net and always smiling.

Another great trip to this resort last month and the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff was nothing short of amazing, in particular the daily entertainment/activity staff around the resort, Leon and his team did a fantastic job. I'll be back for another trip to this resort.

Good location. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shop, exchange offices, pharmacy. The hotel needs renovation. Good breakfast. Not all meals are included in the price of the dinner, for example over the sea food on the grill had to pay extra. Nice beach. There is a speaking girl at the reception. Overall solid 4.

Beautiful grounds, clean beach, balcony overlooking the garden and sea. Delicious breakfast, though the range has hardly changed in the time we have been there. Wonderful location, nearby restaurants, shops, near the Festival shopping center.

The hotel is for a quiet and measured rest.
+ The hotel staff is professional.
+ The location of the hotel is quite convenient: 10-15 minutes walk from the bars (5 min by Transport) + pharmacy (English-speaking specialist), currency exchange, excursion tours (do discounts) all can be found across the street from the hotel.
+ Eden Massage Parlor directly from the main exit to the right (1-2 min walk). The prices are a little more expensive than everywhere, but there is an elderly woman who makes a terrific massage. You can haggle about the price (before the massage).
+ Coastal Restaurant in the daytime there you can lie and sunbathe, in the evening dining with sea view (Ocean) + entertainment for adults and children all day (every half hour/hour replace each other) animators work on excellent + nice pool + plenty of sunbeds all over the territory The hotel and the beach (palms and trees create a natural shade, there are sunbeds under the sun, umbrellas are plenty) + great, wide, clean sand beach + enough gentle entrance to the sea, at the same time the depth of overtakes is fast enough + in an ocean view room stunning View You can relax in the sun and on the balcony (armchairs easily turn into sunbeds) + Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel perfectly, including the beach + on arrival you can join the club and get the following benefits: A full breakfast with a decent European choice, Regular snacks, soup for lunch, from 5 to 7 p. M.

The coast bar was wonderful and right on the beach. I would give it five stars but more than half our party came down with food poisoning after eating at the buffet. Some of the seafood items were not properly iced and I'm concerned it may have come from there. However, they are being responsive and looking into the matter right away.

Amazing hospitality, friendly and helpful staff. A must place to spend holidays with family and friends. Enjoyed our stay here for last five days. Koh Samui a quieter place to shop.

Chic hotel! Yeah, not new, but the grounds are well kept, spacious, nice and very worthy!

We were very excited and impressed by the hotel, it is not quite in the middle of Chaweng Bay but everything is easily accessible. The staff is very accommodating and very friendly. The rooms are very spacious, everything is clean and tidy. Even though the front of the road is raging the garden of the hotel is still an oasis of tranquility! What you really should try is the hotel's wellness oasis, I can only recommend the massages, just like the whole hotel!

Quiet location 20 minuted from the airport (400 Baht taxi) but close enough to the action (200 Baht taxi). Large rooms looking a bit dated. Great pool area as well as beachfront bar with happy hour. Breakfast offered a huge selection catering to everyone.

First time visiting Koh Samui. Hotel is Beautiful, rooms and service lovely. Right next to the beach. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Samui.

Location on chaweng beach overlooking miles of sandy coast line. A stones throw away from the hotel. Next door is an dining place called coast, if you prefer not to eat at the hotel. Very reasonable rates. Service at coast and hotel was exceptional. Staff went out of there way to accommodate every last request. Extremely pleasant and humble and nothing too much of a chore. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is not new but in very good condition and very hospitable. The food is delicious (buffet) The neighborhood is planted with 15 meter palm trees. From the nuances that our forks are bad at their sockets. You can recharge the gadget of course. But come a long time to "catch" the contact. It is better to buy an adapter. There is a mosquito for this in the rooms in the boxes there are fumigators. But there are only two spare records. So stock up.

Beautiful hotel, lovely setting with great staff! Stayed 5 nights, few issues with room got sorted by management. Breakfast is great ask them to make you anything extra like green curry or spring rolls and they will do it. Outside the hotel are 2 supermarkets 7-11 and familymart for drinks and snacks. Central mall and town is a 15 minute walk for restaurants and souvenir shops.

I think the staff are excellent! However to be a five stars hotel, I dont think they meet the quality. First of us, the air conditioning not cold enough, the first day of our arrival, we changed three room to find the coldest room, the average room temperature in the room is 25 and can't go lower than that. Secondly, the hot water in the bathroom is not hot enough. Most importantly, the restaurants inside the hotel, at the bottom of the stairs that one, we had Thai food there one night, we ordered really all traditional Thai food, but the quality was. Just poor, the spring rolls not even hot inside, roast red duck curry, the duck wasn't roast, the curry was watery, I meant even the street food is better than that, and they charged 5 stars price, was really disappointed.

Super modern Hotel on fine white beach. Breakfast that you don't forget.

I like this place. We have stayed here and even put our parents here when they visit. The rooms are nice, they have everything you need. The grounds are great, lots of pool areas, Coast restaurant has something for everyone and the seating beach side is excellent. This is great for a 'family focused' vacation and always lots to do for the kids too.

A very nice well maintained and cosy hotel. Despite its size, it is never overflowing on the entire site, even at breakfast. On-site beach with sun beds, parasols, palm trees and beach towels provided by the Hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet and very attentive staff.

Amazing resort! We had a room with a fantastic view over Chaweng beach. We love the beautiful exotic garden, the large swimming pool area and the food. Excellent breakfast.

Good Property to spend time with family. They lack on Indian food, even the basic Indian tea is not available with them. Indians who are addicted to Indian masala tea should look out for a different property. Otherwise all is good.

Location is excellent. Beach the best. Staff are very helpful. They can't do enough to please you. Hotel needs updating. Hence the 5 star is not true. Air conditioning units are old and so not cool sufficiently. New wings are a copy of the old wing and seems outdated. Signs of wear n tear all around. Sad fact the staff have to bear the brunt of customer complaints through no fault of their own.

Lovely place, nice staff. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the location. It is quite noisy and not as serene as was told.

Fantastic Resort located right on the beach!

We were at the Centara in early May 2 weeks. It was a nice holiday. The staff were super friendly and Hielfsbereit. The food very good varied and it was always refilled, the furniture had come a little over the years. But the beds are great. Beach right next door. Shopping facilities are easily accessible. The food mile about 100 meters further is the very best. Great food. We've been there twice. Island and People Super.

Every day they clean the rooms and the breakfast is super plentiful. The resort is located close to shops and is not far from the center. If you do not want to walk in front you can rent a scooter a few euros per day (200 bath = 5euro I handed it in the evening 150 bath) The sea with the beach is nothing short of postcard… my 10 day wedding trip was gorgeous and relaxing. Council of. Visit the island C is a lot to see. To the Coast Ho. Ate. The spaghetti with the lobster and were exceptional excellent also the spaghetti with the clams. The pizzas instead, it will be because they are Italian and bell…, yes. Can improve. The staff is great. I will return…

Hotel on the most beautiful beach section of Chaweng. Is no longer quite the latest, but well Maintained. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately few locales of locals more on the beach.

Definitely central Hotel. Beautiful aesthetically and in front of the sea. But the housekeeping of the rooms leave to be desired. I found both in my pillow and in my husband's blood (not ours) and the rooms cleaned them at 14 and 30 past (under solicitation, because if not who knows when they cleaned them). So if a person after lunch you wanted to rest a moment you had to wait for them.

Excellent place beautiful beaches only one drawback i. E. Hallal food is difficult to find. Even seafood in the hotel menu is fried in same oil as pork.

Well maintained hotel, a bit old but clean and staff is friendly. They try to make the experience positive.

Great location — liked again.

Good maintained even it gets old. I asked baby crib for my baby and an extra bed for my daughter. Crib was good but old. All bed sheets are changed everyday. Complimentary water serviced a lot everyday too. But running water smells bad so that we have to use drinking water for mouth wash. Also could be seen some dirts in running water. During my stay, several electric black out happened on storming day. But I could say this hotel is good compared with other 5 star hotel costs.

For Thailand this is a good hotel.

Very poor hygiene, didnt change our bed sheets the entire stay even though we didnt put the sign on the bed to consent to reuse and room was never made up to the late afternoon. Room service food was delivered cold. Would never come back very disappointed paid more thinking I would get better service dont waste your money go somewhere else.
