Neat, air-conditioned, warm water for showering, breakfast consists of toast, jam, coffee, 2 eggs and fresh fruit. That's totally okay.
The family is super friendly and helpful. Really cordial.
However, there is nothing here. No Market/7-eleven, no restaurant, no bar, no scooter rental, no place nearby … Nothing!
To take a trip to the sea/park, the accommodation is ideal.

Quite nice, clean yes, expensive one,
You have to bring food from the surrounding restaurants or shops.
Oh, yes, if you want showers, you shouldn't necessarily let yourself be stopped from cooler water. But it's fine. Am warm scapper!
What has been extremely disturbed is that the resort versus very loud music game.

This is a very beautiful place to stay and it is very close to the dam/pier where all of the boats leave from. There are some very large dogs that live here at the hotel but do not be fooled by their size because they are all VERY sweet and walked with our group whenever we visited the surrounding places. The shower/toilet are outside and there isn't a roof, but it is very private and beautiful to shower amoungst the local tropical trees. The staff was very nice and invited us to join them for their Christmas dinner! Amazing place if you like animals and have an open mind. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Very beautiful spring in the middle of nature close to a beautiful river. The bungalows are very nice and comfortable, the guests are very helpful and speak good English. Breakfast included and very good. There is little to eat on the spot for other meals. A very good restaurant has a 5 mins walk. Otherwise we're really far from everything. Plan a bike or scooter or a little taxi budget. Very good address to ask after or before a tour on Khao Sok Lake.

Awesome place to stay if you are going to Khao Sok for a boat tour. Very close to the Dam.

Family run mud house resort. Friendly people. Idea of using mud for building material is great!

Very nice. Not a resort but a farm like. Good spot for entering morning after the kwadok, (The chickens will wake you up…), food…not here, have to to elsewhere, but breakfast OK.

Pro: Friendly staff. Great atmosphere in the middle of the jungle. Bath with roof outside makes a great feeling too. Spacious room. Con: not the cheapest in the area, especially if you conside that breakfast has to be paid extra. Neutral: hard to reach if you do not have a car.

Lovely spot, had beautiful bike rides. The only downside the bed was a bit hard.

Special place, inside the forest, very nice rooms, the owners are polite and good people. Small Breakfast, you can pay for extra. Tv, a. C… nice.

Overpriced, isolated and outdated. It is not realy a resort, they do not have the facilities for it. Rooms were big with three places to sleep. Bathroomfloor was always wet (I think from leaking toilet), no hot water, just slightly warm. Beds are nice and firm. Bedcovers are claen. The roof does not fit the room very wel so little animals get insite. And the airco is to small for the room Free bikes, but quality of the bikes is poor. The nearest restaurant is accros the river (10 min by bike). Breakfast is toast with jam and Coffee. You have to pay more if you want an egg. The offer Tours to Khao Sok. Plus points: good beds, quiet location, tour possible Negative points: isolates, outdated bungelows, expensive for what you get.

Warm welcome, very nice people. Clean, spacious, bright bungalow with a good bed with for Thailand very soft matras. Stayed here 2 nights and slept very well. Very relaxing atmosphere. Love the chickens and ducks and the puppy. Did the boottrip at the lake, they organized a private boot and brought us to the pier, 1500 Baht, good value for the money! Breakfast 120Baht but also good value; best fried eggs ever!, brown toast, yoghurt, fresh fruits,, orange juice and coffee. Hope to return here some day!

Very good hotel, new facilities, 15, 001 night a big bed and a small bed. Cheap, and dam sites Thailand to Guilin 3 minutes drive.

You get a small breakfast, if you want to get an omelette or something extra you need to pay 100฿. They got some nice activities for you, like bbq at evening. The bathroom is pretty dirty.
