Is a very nice hotel, the price for one night is also reasonable. The Wi-Fi here is fast and good. It is not far from the town area, Lee garden and there have many tuk tuk infront the hotel.

Location Center, to Kim Yung, it only takes half a minute to get there, a family of four to live without additional charges, looking for food and massage are very convenient.

The hotel smells a little bit and seems a bit old, but the location is good and the room was big for the price.

This is the best hotel ever and this hotel is so compatible and there is bathtub room service tasty food delivery and massage in your room and cheap VERY CHEAP.

An old fashion Hotel. Like 10 yrs back. But it's in the good position near Kim Yong market.

Above average 3 star hotel, clean rooms with basic amenities. They could do with a change of pillows and also supply shower gel instead of hand soap. They had foot massage services available in the lobby.

The place is good for the money that I paid. The chef will cook fried rice and noodles separately without meat if you ask, which is good.

I stay at least 4 times in this hotel. Convenience location for doing shopping. I love it.

Check in was hassle free. Our air-con was not working; however that was fixed with a phone call. The bathroom was cramped. If you did not stand in the shower then the water would go all over the toilet. Room itself was slightly dusty. Location is quite decent. Less then a 5min walk to Lee Garden.

Room facilities ~kettle, fridge, king size bed long bath, without hair dryer 850 thai bath, price may vary from time to time. Kim yong market walking distance approx 400 m, 7~11, food, garment very near to the hotel, if u need thai massage just let the bell boy know he will arrange 4 u. Massage can do in room, real massage don't think other, 300 tbh for one and half hours.

Good price-/control ratio. The hotel was previously called Golden Crown Plaza and is still run under this name by many counselors. Now's called Golden Crown Grand.
Helpful staff for a short trip in Thalands south idel, because there is a lot to be reached from here. Airport about 17 km. In rush-hour, however, you have to calculate 1 hour, especially since time-consuming police vehicle checks take place every now and then before the Aiport entrance.
Just a city hotel in a city that is already rather boring itself.

Nice clean room with friendly staff. Has parking. However Wi-Fi signal could be better.

I had fully paid for the rooms using my credit card via the hotel website and had also checked that the payment was already reflected in my credit card statement. I had to leave Hatyai a few days earlier leaving my wife to check out from the Hotel by herself a few days later. During check out, the front desk staff held my wife's passport for ransom and refuse to hand it to her until she pay again for the room. They were very very rude to her. I am very disappointed in the Thai hospitality that I once held in high regards. Thailand will never be the same in my eyes again.
