I really warn everyone who are considering to check in this place to not book here. The owner named Pung was very rude, shouting to her guests. Bad attitude, no customer service towards the guests and her staff. We were checking in today and Pung even encouraged us not to book with them since she and her husband are fighting. We are just here for holiday and we only wanted good vibes but apparently, this place is all bad vibes. The rooms aren’t even properly cleaned but generally fine. Our main concern is the “rude” owner Pung.

The view from my room is amazing. The best location for sunset. All staff is friendly.

The staff we're very friendly and helpful The accommodation was perfect. The whole service is was excellent and the place are perfectly stunning.
The manager named Lucas was helpful to his all guests and giving his all best for them to make comfortable and relax.

This is a great private place. Also, be a beautiful atmosphere. The owner and staffs are so nice. It was an amazing time for me. I will visit again.

Beautiful resort in the nature style, near the sea, on the sunset side and in quite place! The best place for people who want to enjoy relax. There is bar and restaurant too. You can order breakfast or something for lunch or dinner. They have a lot of drinks (alcohol coctail included). There is perfect sitting near the sea, where you can enjoy the sunset! There is shampoo and shower gel, towels, 2 small bottles of water free (for 1 room/ for 2 people/per day).

I had a nice stay at this place. Very close to sunset beach and walking distance to other beaches and "walking street". The rooms are cleaned daily. Functional and clean bathroom. Mosquito net (with few holes) is provided but still need to take repellent or incense. Is a restaurant that serves nice food and mojito by a very friendly lady.

Beautiful location right above a (relatively) quiet beach. Clean spacious bungalows for cheaper than most other places. Food is overpriced, but is on the beach so not surprised, so walked the 10-15 minutes into town to eat.

Spend an afternoon at Bay View's beach with friends and really liked this beach. Though the sand is not as white and powdery as on Sunrise Beach, the bay is beautiful and quiet and you can easily swim out quite far. My friends' bungalow was small, but tastefully decorated and with a little balcony so you could enjoy the mountain view and had a fridge and AC.

Just eat at restaurant on beach today. Great sitting area, deckchairs on beach, feet in the water at high tide. Had a fresh coconut, pad Thai with sea food Big plate, price 180 reasonable, for right on beach. Quiet compared to other beaches, great. Chocolate brownie nice as well.

Small room but nice view. Really love the decoration style. There is no shuttle transfering but you can ask the reception for the business card of the taxi. 50 THB for 1 person. As the island is quit small I think going everwhere is the same price. If you have the transfer to the land quit early, you can order taking home food from the resort resturant.

Very precarious place, no breakfast, bad housekeeping, away from everything.

Wooden bungalows were nice, but offer little protection from the heat. The nearby beach is great for swimming and relaxing, but avoid low-tide as there is very little clearance over the coral or rocks. Easy enough to walk to the 'town' area. Taxi drivers often drink alcohol and drive passengers, so be wary.

Good and very nice bungalow, fairly priced, but the mosquitos are just overbearing in the garden view bungalow location.

Very nice bungalows, good standard, room service and quite place. I would recommend everyone.

Location and restaurant are great but rooms are not as depicted on Booking and/or Agoda (only place were we can book). The Deluxe room is not the Deluxe you see on their website. The staff did not apologize, just said that is how it is and complained about fees from the booking sites. Our room was very small (basically no place to put anything or do something except hang on the bed), balcony was nice, bathroom had good infrastructure but due to the construction with insects, etc. Bed was comfy but might have had bedbugs as our skins were very red afterwards. Koh Lipe is nice but very touristy.

The basic bungalows, not good sealing and out there entered mosquitoes and despite having mosquito nets in bed one would not be inside him locked up all the time. It is not so far from the port, as the island is very small, but to get there is a steep slope and q with the Heat Q babe is tiring, especially with backpacks and TB we had rain, so there are places D Q Street is flooded. Although it is next to the beach Sunset Q There are some steep steps down, the beach is very dirty and at noon there is no beach, xq the tide rises to the sunset. At reception there was never anyone, there was always a paper 15 min break. I wouldn't go back. The only good thing on the last day we asked Q will lend us to heat water and agreed.

Cozy environment with nature sounds, near to Sunset beach. You may relax and unwind in front of terrace or down to the beach. Cafe provided with sea view. Facilities: Water heater Cafe with sea view Hot water may get from staff Basic facilities like towels. Coffee. Brush… etc. Motor taxi available with affordable fix rate Down side: Mosquitoes around terrace often during night time No heater No air-con No laundry service Far distance to walking street compare to accommodation around Sunrise and Pattaya beaches. The major downside are moisquitoes comes often during night time. Staff here able to communicate in English and absolutely friendly especially that mid-age mexican guy.

Sea and warm but nice temperature.

Awesome place. Quiet, very new Bungalows made of wood. Nice style and most importantly very nice and helpful staff. Family owned I think.

Great views. Comfy bed. Breakfast was OK.

Great views, best beach for snorkeling, happy personell who help with everything. Big plus for the always smiling housekeeping lady.

Very quiet comfortable place. That's about all island.
