Lovely hotel on a great spot for us, because got stuff to do at Bang Tao beach. The rooms are great for the price, but thats probably because of low season.

I loved it! A huge room with a separate exit to the pool, clean, cozy, there is a bath for lovers to lie in warm water, and not to stand under the shower! ) Window to the toilet is a controversial decision if you are with children.

Nice and wonderful Hotel, raisonnable price in term of the room and service, close to Surin Beach.

HOTEL FACILITIES: The room was great. Free beach mat and beach towel every day. Breakfast is 200B. And you can chose among some different sets: american, thai and pancake. In case you get tired of it or not enjoying do not worry: very near there is Surin Chill House with nice food too. The swimming pool view is not as in photo as new "simple" buildings has been built nearby, but we neither had occasion to use it: the beach is so near and the water so warm, we always went there! PLACE: I loved surin beach and his warm water. It is definitly a very relaxing place for beach… massage… food. We went also walking to: Laem Sing beach (but was "closed"-May2018), BangTao beach, Pansea Surin Beach (walking through the rocks starting from Surin beach, it is like a private resort beach). Surin Beach is a part of Phuket more relaxing, if you are looking for night life and big street markets and shops, you need to move to Patong. Even if Surin is nearer to the airport, you will spend as much or more than going to Patong as it is less visited. (500B from airport with taxi meter, 700B to go back with scheduled price). TOUR: If you have more than few days, maybe the best option to move around is to rent a scooter. As we have just few days we decided to do a tour suggested by the hotel (F program for 1050B). This consists of: 1) Kata view point — nice. Similar to Laem Sing view point, but more crowded. 2) Big Buddha-very nice to go there. Just 30 minutes stop was too less for us.

The rooms have a nice bed, large and comfortable, overall not bad, but the bathroom grjaznovata. It would not hurt to clean the toilet. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. The pool is small very, but clean. In general it is possible to live a couple of days, but trifles spoil the general impression.

Great location, within walking distance the store is sharing a restaurant and massage parlours and taxis and most importantly, quiet. The price/quality ratio is completely true.

Excellent value for the price. Penthouse suite is very clean and spacious. Short walk to surin beach, great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were staying in the penthouse suite, spacious room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and huge lounge, the room is on the 5 floor and 4 days stayed two days did not work the elevator, there was no hot water in the bathrooms. I would not stay again.

Good service. The loaning of beach towel and beach mat is excellent. Rooms were generally clean. There's hot water in room but water pressure is low.

Staff were so helpful. They helped us with everything we needed. Rooms are good and clean.

We stayed at this hotel for the whole holiday season. Rooms, nice, modern, clean. Staff prepared, good reception.

Period: 23-27DEC 2017. Room no: 204 The Stay (good) : The room and toilet is clean. Huge enough for a couple to stay. There is a toilet bowl and a shower over the bath tub. The other door is to access out to a small pool located just outside. The Stay (bad) : Bed is hard and a bit sandy even after the cleaners have cleaned the room. Shower pressure is quite weak & unstable but it's OK. You can get a decent shower anyway. At least there is hot water. The portable room clothes hanger is a little short and flimsy I feel. Need more pillows for the bed as well. Facilities: Breakfast is average. Sometimes the both of you only get a plate of fruits to finish of. Inconsistent I would say. Normally I don't care but it's written on the menu that each will get a plate of fruits so… there you go. The breakfast in terms of food is average. It's not bad, you get your stomach filled for 2-3 hours anyway. What's around (good) : A convenient store called family mart opposite. The beach is located about 5-10mins walk. There are restaurants all over with a walking distance of 100m — 1k. Audy's restaurant is good. Try their masamam curry. There is also a muay thai training facility nearby called Sutai muay thai if you feel like burning some calories. The management (good) : They are very helpful and kind. Keep up the good work.

We had a beautiful room with a swiming pool tohether with next people. On the breakfast was 4 choose, no so big portions. The hotel complex didnt be so nice, but the room was perfect.

This hotel is located a few minutes away from the beach. The rooms were spacious and we'll maintained. They also offer beach towels which was really helpful. We were given coupons that got us discounts in a nearby massage place and a restaurant. There is a swimming pool and I wish they were constructed better. Though they are clean, using regular tiles for the pool flooring made them extremely slippery.

Very neat and clean. But water problems. It's hard to take a shower. The water is cold then hot pours. It is not very convenient that between the room and bathroom glass. Though it is closed by a storm, but it is visible. And the view from the window is not very.

Stayed there recently and this hotel is good, the only issue is the showers : (The water pressure is up and down hot and cold every time you take a shower and it sucks cause the room and bathroom are nice otherwise. Nice room, nice bathroom, super clean, close to beach and restaurants, but the shower issue they REALLY need to fix cause the way the water pressure jumps up and down and hot and cold is something you would expect in a super cheap budget hotel. (Maybe water pressure better on 2nd floor? ) Hopefully owner/manager will see this and fix it cause it would definitely make a positive difference in the experience.

We stayed here for 4 nights. From the outside the Hotel is unimpressive, but the rooms are great, just a little noisy. The nearby beach is a dream.

Good and basic Hotel, not the best finished and lacks charm, good for a nights rest and lose to Surient Town!

Nice rooms, quite spaciuse, clean every day, AC is working good, same as Internet. Swimming pool nice but rather small. Nice, friendly staff, helful.

Wonderful hotel closed to the beach at reasonable price during the high season and cheap during the low season. Very clean and fully equipped rooms with nice balcony. Super-welcoming and helpful staff :-)

From the outside, I thought I'd landed in the wrong area until I got to the entrance.
Very nice hotel, nice staff The rooms are cleaned every day, the consumed refilled. There is a flat screen, moderate channels, wireless internet is free and OK. Breakfast is relatively expensive, it is worth it to get out there to eat or eat from the next 7Eleven or Family Mart.
There is a pool which is freely usable.
My room was incredibly large and had the dimensions of an apartment.
Conclusion: Especially for the money, I have seen in Germany nothing of the same.
In comparison, such a room would cost 150-200 € per night in Deu.
In the rainy season unfortunately not to use because unfortunately most of the attractions are far away and you can not swim because of the strong waves.

We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great time. Since the weather was bad, we couldn't go to beach but the hotels pool was lifesaver. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, everything was ok. For the price I have no complaints.

Rested in February 2015, Deluxe room. + The hotel is new, clean. Friendly staff. Was cleaned every day and very fast (time for Breakfast). The bed very comfortable. Every day in the fridge put two bottles of water and poured water into the kettle. Breakfast is not diverse. But it's good. Gave large beach towels. — I read in previous reviews, but did not attach importance — does not work the mixer in the shower. Ie does Not mix with water. Either cold or hot. Had to get water to the bathroom to wash and then rinsing with cool.
