Beautiful hotel very quiet it lacks music or atmosphere in the evening and during the day you have to go out all the time to find a bar, very quiet city it takes a touc touc to go to patong where its moves.

I really can recommend this Hotel, they are so friendly and nice and the pool and rooms are awesome! Thanks a lot for everything!

Recently stayed for 3 weeks and never a bad moment. All staff were friendly from housekeeping to reception. Will return as a great spot.

Big resort with large, comfortable rooms. The pool is big, it needs a little bit of reparation. Staff has a lack of English knowledge, but it bought us with sweetness.
Location is a little bit far from Phuket’s main attraction, but the you get more for what you paid. You can rent a scooter 20m from the hotel. Hotel offers a shuttle to few beaches everyday. Overall I give them 9/10, there is always place for a upgrade.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Well located and close to excellent beaches. You can simply walk to many restaurants surrounding the hotel plus the seafood market is close by. You can rent a scooter and drive yourself around using this hotel as a base. Excellent selection for breakfast at hotel. Excellent tourist desk at reception that can arrange anything without overcharging.

In the low season, very quiet and you have enough rest to relax.

Extremely clean and beautiful grounds. Rooms are immaculate. Really enjoyed our stay here, it is close to the beach and food is great. Only issue is that the staff struggle with English so I would advise learning some Thai phrases when coming here.

For the hotel cleanliness is not rigorous, for the buffet it is suitable and the pool is nice. On the other hand beaches are far needed a shuttle which is free by the hotel but with few schedules. There is no souvenir shop next door. There is a seven eleven nearby and restaurant on the street is nauseating.

Very nice hotel, a true 4-star. Beautiful pool and clean, however the beach is a hundred meters, it is necessary to cross 2 roads, it is not easy! And you can't swim there, it is reserved for small restaurants in edge of sea with food nice and not too expensive. All the wastewater is discharged into the sea so not really want to soak a foot. It is necessary to take a taxi to go on a real beach. Ideal hotel if you prefer the pool and that you love to eat.

Beautiful and very efficient! Clean and welcoming! Breakfast could be improved slightly as after a week we were tired of the same type of food.

Good hotel to recommend for more tranquility to the south of the island. For more detail go to the sites to get more detail. You have to plan a taxi or rent a scooter to move as it is a place a little isolated and in the evening from 7.30 pm there is nothing to do at the arbords of the hotel.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. To the ship's beach. Nice big rooms (we were in the family), good breakfast, chic pool, children's pool with mini sandy beach.

Hotel with large rooms, no bar for the evening even if crossing the street, and there are many themed bars. The maids are very noisy in the morning around 8: 30 and the waste chambers left the day at the end of each hallway for all to see. The breakfast is just in the variety of products. The chairs of the baths are redone as aging. The pool is quite shaded, but adapted to the population of the hotel. A shuttle service is offered to all to two close beaches. 4-star hotel, but fair for the price.

Comfortable hotel and staff smiling and pleasant but located too far out of Phuket town and its activities. Transport by taxi can quickly become a real budget. Sea nearby, but no beach so no possibility of swimming.

The breakfast is not so good however what has bothered me the most is the cleanliness of the staff the positive it is quiet however everything min moped in 10-20 min achievable depending on the driving style even longer the negative was I found hair everywhere in the room which was not mine En also everywhere were dirt stains on the wall the curtains mold at the sink in the bath tub limed shower heads This should have been fixed but.

Good holiday clean hotel. The breakfast is very correct. The staff at the reception is professional. By contrast, the staff room is a disaster, it still lacks sth. I put words all day. Also we went to the beach with their shuttle, they we have forgotten. For two hours we waited. I advise you to rent a scooter.

Lunch for breakfast, next beach where you are allowed to swim is about 1.6km away. We were upgraded to a private pool access room but since there is just a narrow passage yo the pool, there is no circulation and the water in our small private pool was pretty dirty. A few evenings per week, there is a all you can eat buffet. Nothing spectacular but good. The room was nice and the ac worked well. I would have expected that the sheets would have been change more often in our two weeks stay, but that just happened when we asked for it. Cleanliness? we slayed a mosquito on the third day and it still lay there next to the sink when we checked out… summarized it was ok.

Good but would need a hell of a refreshment. Air-conditioned room. Nice pool Good overall but not at the pinnacle of the hotel.

I stayed 1 week in this hotel very quiet, staff pleasant, breakfast identical every morning, cleaning very succinct rooms, bath towels regularly forgotten!

We found the hotel to be a quiet, beautiful swept house. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is not located directly on the sandy beaches, but there is a hotel's own beach shuttle that works well.
There is also a beautiful pool complex in the hotel.
We were there between November and December.

The room is nice, spacious, made in Thai style, very cool bathroom made of artificial stone, there is a terrace, the pool is just chic, with rapids and fountains. Friendly staff, not very good English speaking, but can arrange. The breakfast was very good. From the minuses, the hotel looks quite old, the doors of cabinets creak, noticeable wear of the finish. Water chlorinated is perhaps the most unpleasant. Ponds with carp some smell of algae, I think living near them is not very…

We can recommend this Hotel very much! Great location, fast and very friendly Service, Breakfast is completely sufficient and really something for everyone! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic we had a Deluxe family Room with Pool view but have asked after 2 nights to a room change (we were at the front on the street side and it was a little too loud) and the request was promptly fulfilled in a Delux Pool View room which is more than a dream (in the middle of the Hotel is very comfortable the volume)
Who wants super good food and a scooter to rent the go in the direction of Peer (from the Hotel left and then immediately right and then straight! On the left hand side (just before the Peer) you will find a Bar with German flags
The Bavarian is the greatest! On the right interior page from Locally. There, Hans (owner) and Nam (the cooks fantastic Thai food and creates very good German dishes, the some German not so good gets). Thorsten scooters, and also offers tours of the Roller Top (never older than 2 years, insurance are gives and helmets there is of it) and the price is amazing! To all-in-all a super nice place to have a good time.

Beautiful landscaping well maintained hotel grounds. Rooms clean, pool access rooms a must to stay. Wifi weak but everything else is good. Have stayed here for 6 times.

It's my first time in this beautiful country and I love it. The hotel is awesome, staff are friendly and always smiling just sometimes the language barrier is a bit hard to communicate but this is the most quiet resort that's in Phuket.

Nice Hotel, good service, only flaw and that is not 200m from the beach but at 200 m from a non-bathing port, beware of the Eden travel catalogs that indicate the port as a beach, offers a shabby shuttle bus that leads to the beach at scheduled times And uncomfortable, however the staff are friendly and helpful.

A brilliant resort for people with kids! The pool is their playground, with the rain showers in the main pool and the shallow bubble area my kids loved. Friendly staff, very reasonable pricing from the pool area through to the in room mini bar which is unusual for a hotel meaning that you can trurly relax and enjoy yourselves. Would recommend to anyone with kids!

Very good hotel in a quiet corner of Phuket. Food rooms, large and clean, and with direct access to the pool a dream! There you can swim directly from the terrace to the pool bar and enjoy the happy hour. Huge pool landscape with its own, small Sandy Bay for children. Free shuttle several times a day to different beaches. Twice a week also free shuttle service to the night market to Kata beach. Staff very friendly. All trips booked at Hotel (Phi Phi Iceland, elephants big Buddha and especially Phuket FantaSea ride, ) were super organized down to the smallest detail! Also have become unfortunately necessary doctor visit in the hospital was not a problem. How were in September. October 2015 for 17 days on this wonderful island. Thailand — at any time!

Absolutely terrible! I arranged to check in earlier than the normal check in at 2pm, weeks ago and on arrival was told, I had to wait 8 hours — even though I paid for an early check in. After two hours, I enquired if there were any rooms available and was sworn at by the receptionist. Finally been able to check in to a smelly musky room. The buffet breakfast, no staff were happy to greet you and when I asked for an omelette, the chef walked away and came back and spoke to me aggressively in the local language. Absolutely terrible resort. The pool area is dirty and with empty beer bottles everywhere at 8am in the morning. Horrible resort.

Great resort with lots of facilities. Location was bad, but they offer a free ride to 3 beaches which is nice.

Nice rooms and good value for money. Great for kids they will love the pool. Great dining, massage in 3 to 5 mins.

Check in was atrocious. You would think after a long day of traveling, the hotel staff would greet you and be polite at the very least. Sadly, this was not the case. The man at the front desk was combative and frustrating to work with. The air conditioner stopped working overnight and the Internet went out every 2 minutes. The large, beautiful pool is the saving grace of the resort. Overall, far from par compared to other 4-star hotels in Thailand.
