VERY BAD DIRTY DISHONEST Condo (this is not a hotel) where the manager with the staff cheat their guests!
1) Swimming pool: Water in the pool is very dirty, sunbeds are black in the dirt no one washes, 2) the gym (only cardio and dumbbells) falls apart: The armrests are torn and no one is up to this case, lived there for a month-no one fixed, two bikes only works one, in The whole gym is flooded with water. In such a gym there is nothing to do: (Wanted sports, but did not go there. The manager knows everything, but does nothing.
3) The rooms are not just dirty, they live some larvae everywhere (on the walls, furniture, curtains), blankets unpleasant stink. The rooms are empty: there is no cup, no doki, no broom
4) The staff in contrast to other condos are very irresponsible and deceitful. Any your request will be ignored under the sonorous laughter.
5) cheat with the price! The price for the apartment is not registered anywhere, each client is told different price for the same number on the same day! Checked by us! One says that this room costs 32000 baht, another 35000 baht on the same day.
6) The agreement is not always signed, no one gave us the contract, we paid and got the key to the apartment.
7) can drive you to another room at any time if there is a customer on your room who wants to rent for a longer period than you! They do it in a very disrespectful aggressive form!

Our accomodation from Airbnb. Nice new apartman. We had bathroom, bedroom, living room with kitchen corner (fridge, cooker, microwave oven, sink and dishes) and balcony. There is washing machine too.

Overall a good place.
+ great view from the window;
+ Park nearby;
+ Convenient location.
Cons:-Balconies pour rain on the upper floors;
-Zhiroulavlivatel in the kitchen. Constant stench even after cleaning. I do not recommend to enter room 5/272. The problem was never resolved;
-Frequent breakage of air conditioners (can be only in my case). The inspection is done free of charge, but only for your money;
-The reception is feeding promises, and the problems need to be reminded constantly;
-There is always no free space on motoparkovke.

High quality rooms. Try finding a good deal on airbnb.

The breakfast was delicious, the fruit and vegetables were very good, and the back of the restaurant had a big shed, fresh vegetables to pick, and the pool was great! That kind of boundless. The hotel is close to a big park! The green covers the entire park, with a backdoor directly accessible! Rooms are apartment-style, there is a cooker but no pots and pans, Wi-Fi is not very stable.

This is a modern very comfortable condo/hotel near old Phuket town. The rooms are very well appointed, and well maintained. On site secure parking, a beautiful infinity pool, a shop for buying basic supplies, and the nearby O-Oh Farm restaurant which has a wonderful mix of Thai and Western food, much of it organic and grown in a hydroponic farm on the grounds between the hotel and the restaurant. This hotel also has direct, gated access to a park/lake/green space/exercise area. You can run, walk, and workout just steps from the hotel with a wonderful relaxing view. We really enjoyed our stay here, and while it's not beach front, it's perfectly located with access to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, and reasonably close to the airport.

The rooms are very clean! Service is vry good too. Def would recommend to stay. The breakfast portion is quite big and taste good!

Clean and cozy apartment. Living room with kitchen, separate bedroom and toilet with shower. Shared swimming pool and gym. Shopping Mall just a few minutes drive away. Small shops, restaurants, and markets near the residence. Perfect place for a stay in Phuket Town.

Overall 7.5/10 would definitely stay hear again my visit was for 28 days. Pros: Nice room, great shower, clean, all in working order, great pool! Clean water, good gym but basic. Good positioning in regards to sunbathing. Safe place for parking, very quiet. Clean facilities along with good common areas around the lobby and a sunbathing spot out the way on the 9th floor. I was impressed by this. It's safe as can be, 24h security guard on the look out downstairs along with key card access unabling you to be able to go up in the elevator. Cons: Small sofa (and I am a tiny person) depending on what internet your using download speed is around 8mbps and upload is 1.2mbps for me it's too slow for work. Brekfast I have not had, neither a pro or a con looks basic but nice and all looks clean and we'll looked after. My room had no microwave or kettle bare in mind I did not book though agoda or other sites like this so the rooms will be different.

Good B&B, with swimming pool and Gym.

It's condo. Breakfast really turrible just only bread and jam no salad no egg no eveything only fake orange juice and water I cnet event eat. Room was ok small bed and small sofa.

Why people say it is fab? Gym (treadmill only), slow Wi-Fi only available in lobby and at the pool breakfast (fruits, cereals, bad juice, coffee, tea, two slices of toast and cheap jam). TV program is just thai, or thai sub Receptionist girl cocky and incompetent (what a combination) Rooms and pool are spacious, modern.

Nice big apartment and with a good view from 11 floor. A little downside that there where no Wi-Fi in the room and only at the swimmingpool and reception area. We booked a airport shuttle but the staffs lack of english made it come late and we had to pay 400B more than was agreed.
There is a perfect organic restaurant by the same owner as the hotel just near the road. I highly recomend a visit here.

All good especially for vegetarian festival. Except for the room I stay for 3 night giving me and my mom sick. The toliet in floor 11 seaview room 5/257 (if I didn't remember the room number wrong) the room have a strong smell of shit even cleaning agin and over, I guess the waste tube system isn't good or broken. We bear with it till we got gas posion, vomiting few time as we mostly stay in room. I would come back again for the good price, nice and new but I would go for other room or floor. Oh plus reception should do more friendly and more helping.
