Nice roms, good location and lovely staffs!

Very clean and price is reasonable.

Everything was good including the hospitility. The price is very reasonable for the space and freebies (drinks and snacks). If im going to phuket again, I will book this hotel.

Nice place and friendly staff.

Very convenient place to stay. Bus stop was across the street at the 7 eleven. Went straight to the airport. Walking distance to a lot of different markets. Friendly staff willing to help you.

PROS — Good housekeeping, aircon, shower pressure, spa and massage excellent, minibar free but only soft drinks — go across road to 7-11 for grog. CONS — staff do not answer emails, very limited English, traffic noise — no sleep, midnight worker drilling concrete in hotel, breakfast very limited, no info in room eg: to contact room service, no menu, no phone details, no outside phone line, TV audio/video speech out of synch, TV resolution out — everyone looks short and fat, hand basin cold water only have to boil kettle for shaving, mirror on wall 90 deg away from basin, minibar not cold and no ice — go across road to 7-11 for ice. would I stay here again? no way.

Great and comfortable hotel. Service is excellent and they are connected to a restaurant, Cafe and spa, so if you plan to spend at least one of your days in Phuket relaxing, then there is no need to look for. Also only a couple blocks from the weekend markets in Old Phuket Town.

Quiet beautiful, have details of the place. Full of orchids in the glass hut, hear the birds calling in the room next to the spa also give people surprise ♥lol.

Short but pleasant stay at the Sino House. Clean and tidy room. Very small room In the evening the Standard room is slightly dark, a little more light is welcome. Air conditioner old and noisy but does its job in the heat of Phuket. Good experience SPA, typical massage very strong and intense. In the evening at dinner in the hotel restaurant we ate well, eating local.

Strange smell in the room and the place is dated. Good points, great shower and nice breakfast.

Nice and quiet Hotel near to Phuket Old City. Our room is really wide and clean. There is a fridge with free water/drinks and a kettle with coffee and tea. Staff is really kind and helpful.

Another amazing value hotel located in a great part of Phuket town. It's close to some very tasty restaurants, Marco Polo 222 is just around the corner and has such great food! Definitely check it out. Back to the hotel, HUGE rooms and they are very clean and from what I can tell recently renovated. The spa is unlike anything I've seen before, 50% off for hotel guests and the whole experience is beyond exceptional! This hotel is a must stay if you're checking out this area. Couldn't say enough kind things about this place but we'll definitely be back if we're around again! Cheers!

Great option for a nice and affordable place to stay close to the ferry. Big rooms and nice bathrooms. The included breakfast is sensational!

Staffs are welcoming, more space for relax and drinks and cookies are available. Toilette is clean.

Worth the money you paid. Big clean rooms. The welcome drink is at the nice glass house. Free parking for hotel guess, free drinks in the room. Friendly staffs. We enjoy our stay here.

Nice hotel, with a decent size rooms, that have some style. Advantages — -location easy to walk around -Free parking -50 percent discount on regular raintree spa that make you stay for free if you ise it:) (90 minutes hot oil massage highly reccomended) spa clean and massaur professional. — not bad breakfast (but don't expect something special) Disadvantages: — stuff speak not that good english especially housekeepers. — aircon efficient, but extremely noisy, extremely even in earplugs could be heard like a combine:) also could not be adjusted on desirable way of work either too cold or warm.

Roomy bedroom with different style in the heart of Phuket. Roof-top breakfast is memorable.

I'm a returning costumer. The rooms are quite big, you get free minibar and 50% discount at neighbouring spa. The bar in front of the hotel is also nice. But the street noise can be annoying if your roomier to the 'wrong' side.
