The hotel is brand new and clean. However, I could hear the door closing sound from the neighbours and I experienced a bad group of customers in the morning. They talked and shouted in the corridor since 6.30 am till almost 8 am. I try to call to hotel reception via hotel telephone and my mobile phone with every numbers I could find in the internet. No staffs received my call. HOW YOU COULD CALL YOURSELF AS 24 HOURS HOTEL? To be fair, apart from the absence of staff, everything is ok. Good location to rest before exploring phuket town.
