The location near the old town centre is positive. Cons: The bed sheets were dirty, to have an extra pillow they asked for a supplement, breakfast staff who did not speak English.

The rooms were clean, the price was good, the food was good as well, the staff was awesome, only they need more staff speaking in English.

We don't have anyone who is aware of English… its difficult for Indians… breakfast can add some fruits… fully Chinese style not preferably for Indians…

The actual state of things in the hotel does not correspond with its presentation! There is no minibar in the room and the fridge does not work. The hairdryer is not a part of the room´s equipment and the Wi-Fi connection does not work. The bathroom was dirty and the floor full of somebody´s hair! For three days nobody came to clean up and refill the toilet paper and the room stank in general. All night long there was a neon light from the street shining into the room so we felt like sleeping in the shop window. The staff was unwilling to help.

Great hotel for a short stay in Phuket with a nice breakfast. We chose to stay here due to its proximity to the Old bus station which takes you up to to Khao Lak. Reception staff are nice and can offer basic directions to nearby places. Also there are many restaurants around if you need them or a 7/11 just down the road for any groceries. If you're in Phuket for a few nights this Hotel is a great place to stay.

Definately good lobby service and able to communicate in english. Clean room and nice room design.

which costs 900 from the airport but 650 if you arrange it yourself at the airport may 2017)

Excellent hotel. Very well located to take the ferry.

Good place brand new bldg. But the room cleaners will not change towels, not sweeping the floor, the toilet has no exhaust fan, anyhow the staff are friendly.
