Superb customer service. Best value for money and amazing location.

Hard to find in back shopping alley. Close to beach and Bangla road. 1000 baht deposit required at check in. Power in room doesn't work unless the key is in a slot by the door. Bed in our room was surprisingly firm.

Very good and new hotel inside a busy alley. Cheap and best. My kids and me were very comfortable. Not too small. Just about right size.

Comfortable and big hotel with very cheap prices. The service of front desk is good! Very close to the beach, only one minutes walk.

Great location, right across the road from Patong beach. Probably 5 minutes from Bangla, and 3 minutes from Mcdonalds/Starbucks. For its price, it offered great value, location, and convenience. Most importantly, it was clean. Rooms are on the small side, and if you want bigger, make sure you upgrade the room / go for a better room. Tip: When ordering a taxi / Grab, aim for Starbucks Patong. It is located in an alleyway of clothing street vendors next to Starbucks Patong. Look for the teal sign. Our taxi had some difficulty using Google Maps because it isn't technically next to a road.

A great stay! Contemporary and clean. The desk agent worked so hard for us. Some days we came back and some other guy was there-no real complaints, but they weren't going the extra mile like she was. The housekeepers were also helpful. It was an easy short walk to the beach and to Bangla. They had beach towels, a laundry service, a little coffee/breakfast bar. I would totally recommend this place. You DO have to walk down an alley of vendors on both sides who try to sell you clothes and trinkets, but it's not awful, and vendors are inescapable in a tourist town.

Small but very cute place! Very conveniently located by the beach in an alleyway with other shops. The front desk are very accommodating and will help within their means to make sure your stay is comfortable! The service and cleanliness was our biggest highlight. I would definitely consider this place when you're in Patong Beach.

Small Hotel located very close to the central Ed. Messed up Bangla Road although it does not suffer in any way of all the chaos as it is located within a little street of Indian shopkeeper. Only downside the lack of an elevator. My girlfriend was injured at one knee and it was frustrating to see her go up and down on the second or third floor. Also difference really disproportionate between superior and deluxe rooms. Obviously I would never recommend the superior as really tiny! All in all a good solution for those who plan to stay in Patong.

Close to the bangla road. Very clean. Good place to spend the night.

Good location a short walk from the beach.

The room itself was a little bit to small, but we booked superior. Location is perfect, everithing is near by. Our room was looked on a firewall, but it was really quite. It is a little bit tricky to find first time the entrance, you need to go into the shopping way.

Not very good, the access is for an informal trade area, the cleanliness is not the best but the employees if they were friendly.
The location is convenient very close to the sea.
On the 2nd floor there is no good view, we took a room with balcony but it is not nice.

Stylish, pleasant hotel made in original design. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms have a large bed, a fridge, safe, kettle with tea, coffee free, every day put in the room water with its logo) large bathroom with shower. If you go to the beach at the reception you can ask for a towel and a special litter on the sand, all of which they put in a bag with their logo. So we went to the islands and asked to give us their towel. About breakfast, if you have it on, on arrival you fill the leaf that you will eat (sandwich with ham and cheese or with tuna, croissant or something else, apple juice or orange and coffee from the coffee machine) and your breakfast will be waiting for you at the reception in a special Original packaging with logo. There is no special place for breakfast, eat or at the reception or in the room.
Of the minuses, that in the shower strayed the temperature of water and received a contrast shower, or goes hot water or cold or warm. Also we got a room with a view of the wall of the neighboring house, had to always close the windows. The rest is fine.

Okay, I just got to take something.

Horrible disgusting experience. The manager at the reception Named Sora Sak is a person who is ready to fight 24x7. He is very arrogant and will want you to go to local police with whom he is in hands and gloves. They both will cheat you. Family should not dare to go to this hotel. My self, wife and kid (doctors) were their their and this Sora Sak was on the verge of beating us. You will spoil all your holiday if you visit this hotel.

We stayed here for 5D4N in deluxe room with balcony. The rooms are super big, clean, comfy and with complete amenities. It has safe, mini fridge, big mirrors, hair dryers and amenities. The staffs are extremely friendly and polite. They always greet us with smile whenever we go out or return to hotel. :) Everyday the staffs ask us whether we want to have room cleaning service (which we never had in any other hotel at all). The bathroom is super big and clean with nice shower! Though they don't serve food but it's not an issue for me as there are many eateries outside. Location wise is very good as well. It's very near patong beach. We changed into swimming attire to go swim and walk back hotel within 3 minutes for hot shower. Taking a few mins walk you will reach the patong beach night market. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our comfy stay in Tiras Patong Beach Hotel! Try to get deluxe room with balcony and you will never regret it! :D we make use of the balcony by hanging our wet clothes from water rafting tour and it will dry the next day hahaha. We even feel that this hotel is on par with 5 star hotel standard!

I just asked for one bottle of water and the staff rejected me! At first he asked for my room number, and I told him, then he said one room is only two bottle of waters. Well, now is already 01:48, consider next day! He is sleeping on the sofa now!

Lovely friendly comfortable spotlessly clean recommend to stay here anytime staff very friendly and helpful.

Very near to the beach. Just a walking distance from Bangla road which is the most gathering place at night in Phuket. Clean and tidy room, comfortable beds. Front desk female was too rude, actually she doesn't have knowledgeable about customers service may be. I wasn't given the room I booked and the boy in front desk tried for alternative hotels. No Breakfast or restaurant in the hotel but all renowned restaurants are nearby. Budget hotel but location is too tough to locate. Inside a local market where there are some annoying shop keepers who actually is too much bothering.

Best service, wonderful staff — very attentive — 24/7 help with anything at all! Food recommendations, lifts into Phuket town, party spots, we felt more like their good friends than hotel clients! Definite recommendation if you're looking to stay in the patong area. Would rate 6 stars if I could!

Was very good just very noisy evening and night although we are not necessarily book Patong Beach we saw it that's enough.

Just arrived in Padang, because the place was not cooked, after hotel staff telephone communication with our drivers, into the road up to welcome, very thoughtful. Boss enthusiasm surrounding the introduction of authentic Thai restaurant, very nice!.
