Review of The SR Residence 1*

The worse experience I ever had in my 40 years old years of traveling. I'm in Thailand every year. But would never be in this hotel/hostel again. Stuff are very nice. But, pics that on site are a lie. Mosquitoes in the room. Air conditioner barely working. Only direct On on side of the bed. Till u get brain freeze. Room Taking forever to get any coldness. You get only one key even. So whatever u buy for ur freezer don't waste money. I got milk and fruit, yogurt for the morning. Everything went bad. Freezer only work when u put key on wall for electricity. When u in the room. They won't give another key even tho me and my friends not always together. The worse of all it is I Had an argue with them for 20min of my life to get two towels to shower. Claim we didn't give them day before meanwhile we didn't even got any cuz we asked NOT to clean our room. Because when we did asked. Both garbage (room/shower) was still full. Floor was with hair. The coffee cups was still there with coffee. Basically they only tight the sheet bed. What hotel doesn't give towels for his own costumer to shower and on top of it calling us a liars for having them but we didn't brought them back! The lady manager just was pathetic with her service. So let me respond you now because I'm out of your country so We won't go to jail. First of all We love how you try to make us look stupid as we dont know what's up or wait for a second we forgot your country is hot! Air conditioner was on high when we just got in. So deeply thank you your guy for fixing it. Also, thank you so so much for having coffee / tea for your clients. Lmao. For your police part, I wasn't scared. I wasn't lie. I just didn't had the time for your BS In fact I waited for an hour & no body showed up. And I needed to go for my Muay Thai class. I sorry that even your police system suck! (I guess Somebody can die and they still won't show up right away! ) Reason I didn't replay till now is because you guys the Thai people don't speak English. So the Coins always in ur side over there. You told the police I was aggressive which was a joke & big lie And because of it your little ugly ass threat on me to go jail for two damn towels. You're so pathetic stupid ass. Go to hell. But yet u force us to pay 200b. And later on asked for more. Greedy MF And that for I'm a coward lol because you think you have power to do so! You're nothing but small person. We open balcony to put our laundry. And put our OWN towel we brought from home to dry after we took to the beach. Meaning we never took yours. You're just assuming! On top of it. You force us to pay 200. While you called caps Because you guys were good To threat us by going to jail. Put ur client in jail for two towels u assuming we took and didn't bring. In fact while you try to be SO nice now and "professional" when I realize I have with no one to talk because you guys nearly speak English. I start walking out and who start running after me like crazy? why didn't YOU mention the part you chase after me in the street, How you start cursing me, blocking my walk, standing in my face threading on me if I go and won't wait then I can't back to the room? How about you don't mention your staff put her hand on me to try stop me from walking away!? And for what for two damn towels! So let me ask you a question, are you sure I'm the one with emotion issues!? You're ridiculous mean little woman with short hair that look like an ugly boy.
