Good price, good Wi-Fi, good aircon. Room small but clean. Have minimart closeby. One downdide is that it is very far from thr beach.

Nice location, staff is very polite, food here is good. It is situated a little away from the busy streets of the very famous Bangla road.

Hotel to enjoy the nightlife of Patong is very close to the March street a 5 minute walk, the downside is that there is a lot of noise in the street with which it costs to sleep, has enough supermarkets nearby.

Good location, meet and clean. Hotel people really helpful, Patong beach 8 mins walk. Near by local market and 7/11 Store. Good varity Breakfast included with stay.

Do not waste your time with this hotel. I booked a standard room and while inspecting, I saw at least 40 dead flies/mosquitoes across my room. The wall was also cracked and there were stains on the wall… I do not dare to question what it even was. I reported this to the hotel manager and he upgraded us to another room to stay in but on the bed sheet was a disgusting stain. When I lift up the bed sheet there were yellow stains on the mattress and blood. I do not want this experience happening to anyone else so please DO NOT stay in this nasty hotel. Mind that I booked 6 nights in this hotel too.

Great place in the center and quiet the stuff is wonderful I will be again if I come to Phuket.

The hotel has a great location as it's just off the main road so you don't get all the noise. The rooms are clean and are average size. There is a small balcony which only fits 2 chairs. I wasn't a fan of the bathroom as the shower is not seperate so you shower in between the toilet and basin so the bathroom floor is always wet. The TV's are old and the reception kept cutting out. There is a big cupboard and security box. We got charged an extra 3% to pay by credit card so best to pay by cash. The restaurant downstairs is always busy and does both Western and Thai food. The restaurant staff aren't overly friendly but they are efficient. If you want something simple, away from the noise but walking distance to everything that MVC Patong House is for you.

First things first: when reserving a hotel in Patong online — with any of the top sites, prepare to be disappointed. I made a reservation for a different hotel initially here in Patong, and upon arrival. Was completely shocked — the place looked like something from an 80s horror flick — and nothing like the pics provided online. So I did some footwork — spent a few hours walking in and out of hotels (many of which can be found online — with attractive prices and pics. ) but most were anything but appealing. This is where MVC comes in. The place is easily up to standards for even the selective western travelers. I spent 2 months, living at the Palms Place in Las Vegas (one of the premiere 5-star resort hotels in Las Vegas — home to many celebrities) so I'm not impressed easily. This certainly is no 5-star luxury hotel, BUT. My point is — even for someone like myself, used to luxury, this place was more than enough to suit my tastes. Above all else — the entire place is meticulously clean. The cleaning staff does an impeccable job (most don't do this, but I actually tipped them daily — just to thank them for their great work). You will be hard pressed to find a hotel this clean, superbly priced, and well located (beach is barely — a 10 minute walk — if that — and it's a pleasant walk, along side many great restaurants — it's literally — 2 short blocks away). It's another 10-15 mins from Bangla road if that's what you're after.
