Nice quiet place for family with kids. Unlucky the rooftop swiming pool closed for renovation. Walkable to famous jungceylon and bangla rd. Gorgeous room with super clean toilet. Nice decoration for toilet. Good view of the beach.

Definitely a yes! The room has a very relaxing ambience, and is done like a spa room. It also has a bath tub in the room itself whereby you can just take a bath with your partner, if you so wish! The best part is that it is just across the beach, so all you need to do is walk along the beach, cross the road and settle down in a bath, and probably watch a bit of television!

Perfect location! Awesome views of Patong beach, SUPER affordable, helpful and friendly staff! Quiet, yet within walking distance to their beautiful mall and great places to have drinks and eat… although their food is some of the best I've had the entire time I've been in Thailand. If I get a chance to visit Phuket again this will definitely be my hotel of choice!

Room was great was expecting a partial view of the beach but got a full view! Roof top pool is very nice, thought the tiles seem to be falling off. Staff was helpful with organizing transportation. Hotel is located in a quieter area of patong, but all in walking distance. Nice place!

It was really Nice, clean and Good service but all rooms need balcany, a pool that are not broken in the floor and wash all the windows. Because u have a great view byt tis bad because all the outside dirt.

Good hotel in Patong and gernally one of the better we've been to in Thailand. Very new and with a great style. Unfortunately too expensive, especially for our "partial see view" which turned out to be a "mainly construction sight view". Furthermore, the heat of the shower was constantly changing drastically and the breakfast conditions (how much for what, and how about children? ) were not clear, even after asking.

Stayed here for 5 days in a spa room and really enjoyed our stay. Staffs english wasn’t the best but their friendly smiles more than made up for that. It’s located down the more quiet end of Patong so if you are looking for a place to get away from Bangala road this would be one of your best choices. The rooftop pool is amazing and their room service cocktails are way cheaper than you can get at bars in Patong (100 baht if I remember right) If you want somewhere quiet and relaxing close to the heart of Patong. This is it.

A room with a view… on a wall. Swimming pool falling apart. Whatever price you paid for a night there, is too much.

Nice comfortable place to stay. It is a beach facing building and the roof-top swimming pool is just breath-taking. More importantly, it is pretty centrally located (one end of Patong's Bazaar street… the Hard Rock Cafe end). The staff are very polite and helpful. Not the best place to stay in Phuket, but I wouldn't mind going back to stay here.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. What we do not like is that from there we hired the transport in a minivan to go to Krabi in fact we are on our way there and we are very upset because to start they passed by us to the hotel much later than we were told, we were taken in the transportation for continuous R picking up the other people and later the "Sr" dole at a gas station set out to smoke and then send us to another super dirty minivan, battered without heads and stinking of cigars do not know why we did this and in these conditions clear you can not communicate C On them nor do you get an explanation because they do not speak the minimum of English but I want to tell you that is lousy this service the company's name is Chado on TOUR in Pucket so I hope someone can give an explanation of what happened.

Stayed here for 10 or so nights. We stayed in room 205 and 502. Rooms were modern, clean and with great views but preferred 502 as it was bigger and had a nice balcony. Internet was fast and reliable, room service was cheap and convenient as was location. Rooftop pool was also a nice touch. In all a great experience!

I have stayed 6 times eachtime min 2 weeks and l liked it.

Got renovated, much better than last year. Close to the beach. Hotel name got changes to Patong Boutique Hotel. Okey anyway, as long as it got good room rate for hotel in the center of Patong area.

You pay for what you get. We got some dirty towels and a broken door knob, but otherwise OK.

Like: excellnt price, good for someone dont looking for actives.
