My favourite hotel in Patong. Although I think it is overpriced. Very good breakfast and helpfull staff. The bathroom lights are not well placed so no good lighting and not enough space to put your toiletteries. Airco to hard. But still come back. As beautiful situated on the beach.

Located front of beach and close to night spot too. You can have beach activity during the daytime and drinking at night. Room is clean and drinks in the refrigerator are free. Restaurant on top roof also nice after sunset. And we rent a scooter in the Orange Car Phuket. Great experience
EXTRAORDINARY!
I'm here now… our last night. If you are uncertain which hotel to choose, your search can end HERE! Celebrated my husband's birthday here. One morning we spontaneously decided to rent a car for the day and contact with The orange car Phuket company They are very friendly and just 10 min later we were sitting in a car. We are truly IMPRESSED!

Love this hotel and have been coming here for years. Right on the beach and a real oasis from the rest of Patong.

Scammers with price. Price per 100gm for prawns. Asked to order per grams but told we can only order per prawn. Prawn weight being 100gm — 200gm. Of course charged the highest price.
Suggestion… bring ur scales!

We have spent the last 9 days in Phuket and this has to be the best restaurant in Phuket by far, food presentation, quantity, taste, price,
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that has a great understanding of fine foods. The chief even came out to see how our meal was, and the other restaurant staff where sensational with customer service, very professional

Great location nice staff and rooms right on the beach.

This was my fourth visit to La Flora Patong and for the first time ever — my most disappointing. I thought that with the opening of the new Kudo Hotel Complex nearby La Flora would have upped their game but not so. What prompted me to write this review was the fact that when checking out they asked me to pay for the slippers that were provided in the room for my use during my stay (as I always take them with me). I wasn’t asked to pay for them on my three previous stays at La Flora or for that matter in any hotel I have ever stayed at. When I went to open my suitcase at the reception desk to give the slippers back they said they had implemented this policy recently but on this occasion I wouldn’t have to pay. This is a ridiculous policy and it horrified me to think the slippers I or anyone else wears are then given to another guest to wear! In general La Flora needs a facelift — it looks dated now and the comments from another reviewer about the breakfast menu never changing is something that needs looked at. As a regular visitor I will be in no hurry to return to La Flora — it has lost its magic.

I love EVERYTHING except the price in this hotel, but I believe it's worthy. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and polite. It is just few steps to the beach. The room itself is huge and well furnished. It's definitely great for a romantic trip for honeymoon or LGBT. I personally would suggest to book a room on the second floor if you want to save some budget. There are great rooms on the first floor where you can jump into swimming pool from your balcony, but it seems not too many people use the pool during my stay.

Recently stayed for 3 nights. All of the staff were super helpful, friendly, and very attentitive. Location was excellent, centrally located in the middle of Patong. Breakfast buffet had a big variety and food was good. The hotel is dated, but is upkept nicely.

The service is too good! Friendly staff. If u r thinking of taking a pool villa, believe me, don't even give it a second thought! The people have the most amazing pvt. Pool villas ever seen! Feels like your own pvt. Wooden house! Its just too good!

Very poor condition of the facilities — almost ruined (please look at the real pictures taken there). Definitely does not cost EUR 230 per night. This is not a 5 star, but 2, maximum 3 star hotel. Aggressive, unfriendly stuff all the time lied about changing the room, etc. Smell of the humidity all around. Low security level. Very bad, all the time repeating breakfast — no service at all. P. S. Re: Response from the "management team". If You are the real “management team” and not lying this time as your employees did many times during my stay at the hotel and You are really "sorry' and "disappointed" – please return the money paid. You should have my bank account. I shall immediately inform everyone, if You do that. Until that I deem Your comment as another “blah, blah, blah” in Your employees style. Thank You in advance! BTW I found a lot of comments about unprofessional / bad stuff of the hotel. So You as a "management team" either are lying (this is the only thing the stuff does really perfect) — saying that I am the first one, who noticed that, or You are far from the reality and should be fired because of lack of the professional skills.

Nice hotel centrally located near Patong Beach! Enjoyed going to the pool right outside my room. All fridge items were included, no extra charge! Good breakfast layout!

Very nice resort staff very attentive great location close to everything good food great spa reasonably priced. Eddie and Pok managers at La Flora were great and Queen lateefah and the other receptionist were amazing.

Very good services mind. Great place with 2 private pools very closed to Patong Beach in the middle of Patong very close to Jang Ceylon department store walking to is so cool and convenience. Room is good designed and modern.

Excellent location, very comfortable rooms. Warm and welcoming staff. The kitchen staff took extra efforts to cook vegetarian food for us. Would definitely do again.

Perfect location. This on the Beach Hotel is set in the best location of Patong Beach. Food. Shopping and Night life is out the door. The hotel is well kept. Not a new hotel but taken care of. The room was cleaned very well everyday. The service is beyond my expectations. Whatever I want. Just ask. Now I read reviews of bad service dirty rooms. Not my experience. Been here twice. Also heard of smell in the room. Sewer smell. This is Thailand. They don't have u joints in the lines. They also have open drain lines for water in the rooms. All of Thailand is like that. Put a towel over the drain. Or don't go to to Thailand. Breakfast is excellent. More than you need. Highly recommend this place.

Excellence in presenting a beautiful place to stay for a few days. Breakfasts were great. Big selections of all kinds of food. Coffee… Fantastic… Very disappointed we were not able to get a poolside room as looked like one night stayers were mostly the occupants. Close to the beach. Very close to the action. But far enough away…

Definitely not 5 start as advertised, right in the middle of Patong beach so unless your going on Spring break stay away. Two out of the three nights there they called our room at 3am by mistake. Upon checking incthey gave away one of our adjoining rooms even though we were guaranteed adjoining rooms. Many nicer hotels in Phuket. Pass on this one.

A beautiful hotel right on the beach, and walkable to main attractions, shopping, dining, massages
They offer free shuttles to and from The Naka Phuket where you can enjoy the private beach and an excellent atmosphere.
Staff are so friendly and nice.
Pools are quite cold, but the setting is beautiful.
Wish they have more chairs overlooking beach because most of them were taken whenever I tried to get one.
Overall, I'm so happy that I chose to stay here.

Good location with friendly staff and good view. Made the right choice to stay with La Flora for the 3rd time. Nice rooms with good view and arms length away from the beach. Would suggest to have more fans around the restaurant and front desk area due to weather… overall my stay with La Flora was a awesome one!

Wondeful view, excellent service, room is clean, close to beach and free mini bar.

Nice rooftop bar, missed the crowd, after 10pm it's empty but still a nice place for a quiet drink.

This resort definitely earns it's 5 star rating. From the helpful staff helping us lug our backpacks in and upstairs (I'm sure they're not used to backpackers! ) to the quick check-out process, everything was so amazing after a few weeks spent in "rugged" hostels. The bathtub and shower combo in our room was very luxurious and the balcony overlooking the lap pool and into the ocean was just spectacular. Breakfast daily (and it's a smorgasbord), fitness room, reading library, spa, rooftop restaurant, and another pool (! ) amongst their top notch service and awesome location puts this resort at the top of our list.

I wasn't a guest of the resort, this review is about the rooftop restaurant, 'Surface'. Me and my girlfriend had the most horrible dining experience ever. For our mains, we both wanted a curry (different ones), but we both cannot eat spicy food. So we asked if NO SPICY was possible. Waitress said yes, so we said let's do it! When we got our mains (starters were average at best), I loved that they were full of little tomatoes (I love them! ). Unfortunately, as it turned out, they were not tomatoes. Then the waitress came to ask if the spiciness was to our liking. No, it wasn't; we couldn't eat it. She offered to cook new meal, but it was after 10 PM already by that time, we didn't want to eat so late, so we rejected. When the bill came, we had to pay full amount.

Amazing resort! Beautiful surrounds and excellent customer service! It is also conveniently located to many restaurants and close to the beach! The rooms are so nice! Also, love the buffet breakfast! Will highly recommend staying here! My friends and I loved it! Will be back! :)

I can't say enough positive things about this hotel and it's staff. We held a private event for 90 people at the hotel's "Surface Bar. " The venue was great, amazing sunset, great food and best of all an outstanding staff. The staff and manager went out of their way to ensure every need was met with a smile. I would highly recommend this venue for a private event.

Have been there January 2016. Very good hotel room. Very friendly and attentive staff. Minibar and water are free. Wi-Fi is not the fastest, but OK. Nearby, the Bangla road and the young are Ceylon, an interesting shopping centre. The beach in front of the hotel is the gay beach. Who would not be there just continues 50 m. All in all a wonderful holiday in a great hotel.

Very close resort to the beach! and it's in the middle of Patong, everything near you, just walk and you'll find eveything, Blang street.

Definitely *not* what we expected. LOTS of mosquitos (and as a previous dengue sufferer, I recognise the danger), dated rooms, bugs. The staff is very very nice, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the gym is very small and limited (if you have more than 2 people working out you'll be trying to maneuver around each other). There's a beautiful place just down the street so take another look.
