Beautiful hotel, room very large and clean. service on level. Very nice and friendly owner. I recommend it to everyone.

Pool was not clean at all, althought I complained several times, nothing happened. Room was worn and, electrical activation key insert was loose from wall (dangerous). Room not cleaned every day. The staff was very kind and helpful. I felt that I was wasting my time, as I payed in advance, I could not change hotel. The pictures available on internet is far away from reality. I would not recommend to anyone to stay there.

But you can't swim in it, it's dirty, the water is muddy and the tina floats. All 7 days of our stay hung the announcement with an apology and a promise to fix everything tomorrow. But unfortunately tomorrow for 7 days did not come. Given that this hotel was chosen precisely because of the presence of a swimming pool in it — this is a huge disadvantage. So only three.
I don't recommend it. In the same price segment nearby there are similar hotels with a clean pool (personally looked)

A relatively nice place. Compared to other hotels Phukett-opinion changed a lot. Large clean pool and loyal staff. The rooms are clean and with a safe mounted on the wall. A/S works perfectly.

Comfortable room. Close to the beach. Next shop near the food is tasty and not expensive. There is a swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful.
