Stay there in January with my husband daughter and granddaughter we had a lovely room at the pool staff were lovely breakfast ok rooms were lovely and clean cleaned every day & free water left would stay here again.

The room big and clean its comportable to stay for me and the staff verry friendly… the pool so nice and clean and also the breakfast buffet all food its yumyummmmy.

The restaurant is really nice, good food, good service.

Very good hôtel in front of the beach of Patong. Peacefull To relax and à great swiming pool. People are very very kind. I definitely recommend.

We had a 7 seater car. The staff always made sure we had a place to park.

Lovely helpful staff, organised a trip and transport for us, no worries. Room was exactly what we needed, lovely pool on site, right across the road from the beach, and easy walking distance to all the markets, will come again.

Great happy staff, good rooms and real relaxing. The also have an awesome tailor right by the front door.

Conveniently located on Patong beach. A little bit away from noisy centre and at the same time close to all the infrastructure. The hotel is right on the waterfront. The hotel in snovnom standard rooms and 6 rooms with sea views. Personal polite. Clean hotel at a good level. The pool is clean. Stayed in this hotel from 2010 to 2018.

This place always the best job. Always clean and comfortable staff always to the best to ensure your holiday is relaxing.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Maybe could change shower curtain as there is mould on it and some places around bath. Loved the pool. The staff are very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent 3 ⭐ Hotel for family and non-only. The pool is super. The first line from the sea. The breakfast is delicious but monotonous. I'm happy for that kind of money.

Nice room, clean hotel, Wi-Fi catches perfectly. Rich, but very bad Breakfast. In front of the sea. Its own underground garage. Overall excellent for a 3 star.

Have booked a standard room for 49 €/person. Standard rooms do not necessarily include a window, and the furnishings were already very well-worn. The shower comes with a small shower head therefore, the other bathroom furnishings have the best days behind… The room is located on the 4th floor without elevator and on the balcony which should not be used by us was standing right next to the not close door the air conditioning! For a kostengpnstiges room certainly akzeotabel, for very high-attacked €49 unacceptable.

I chose it with care.
Given that the sea and the beach in Patong are of a low standard, if you are interested in nightlife, it is the right hotel.
Sleep in silence a 5-minute walk from the casino. Nice rooms, good breakfast, and if one day you do not want to move to the sea, the beach you make it go.

The location is good but the hotel is so so.

What a fantastic stay we enjoyed. Two weeks was great. Ideally situated opposite beach. Great value for money. Close to everything. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

A huge minus: the sea opposite disgusting, stinks, boats oil fertilize, ebb strong once a day. If you choose because of the proximity to the sea-definitely not. The rooms are not seen, say nothing. Common area on the C grade.

We had a great time at this resort! Clean rooms, clean pool, generous international breakfast, friendly staff and very helpful. The location is perfect, facing the sea, outside the noise of the center but at the same time close by the same. On New Year's Eve who also offered dinner and party! Near there is the street food Malin Plaza where you can eat the ones you want at very low prices. I would definitely stay here again. The prices are low and the quality is good! Recommended.

Awesome stay for my first time. Pretty much had the place to ourselves and definitely worth a few extra bucks for a beach view. Close anuf to everything with out being crowded like the other end of the beach.

The hotel in Sonovnom has standard rooms and 6 rooms with sea view. Personal polite. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool is clean. Stayed at this hotel from 2010 to 2017.

We are currently staying here for a week. Baan Boa was recommended to us. The price is very reasonable so our expectations weren't high… However, on our early arrival our room was ready for us on the third floor, overlooking the pool! The decor is lovely and the attention to detail extremely high. Being so near the beach is a plus, but we enjoyed the pool more. So private and quiet. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful hotel. Staff are exceptional, front desk staff Hern, Bank and Jo are so helpful and will do anything they can for you. Beautiful pool and great location. We will be back and highly recommend.

Quiet, clean, good breakfast, near the beach, restaurants & bars nearby.

Great location, situated at tritrang beach which is adjacent to patong beach. Quiet part of Patong town. Yet 100m away from the local drinking joints. Slightly aged hotel, still considered well maintained and considering the price range, isn't that bad. Have a rather long pool should u choose to stay in to chill out instead of going to the bust beach.

Next to the Patong beach a quiet and friendly staff hotel. Superior room is big enough for two. Next to the pool and with darkened glass door so no one looks inside. Furniture looks a bit tired but not broken. Elektricity sockets are worn and chargers won't stay attached as nite as you want. Wi-fi is good and internet speed is fine. Bed is big but matress not that good quality you'd want, still good enough for a few nights. I love that I can jump into pool with 2 steps out the door.

No lift, but the staff will bring the suitcases up to the room.

Great Location right on Patong beach and 5 mins walk to Bangla Rd. It is quieter then other parts of Patong where there is a lot happening. The inside of the rooms are average with old furniture and showers and toilets are all a bit old. If your not going to spending too much time in the room and just need a place to crash this place is good value for money. Breakfast is good there is a chef onsite to make eggs the way you like it. If your looking to save money on accommodation and wanting good location this is the place to stay.

Very nice location with sea view. Brakfast is average. Staff speak English and helpful. Moderate prices and 10 minutes to the walkkng street.

We have booked a 18 days roundtrip by ourselves in bangkok and before we went back to Bangkok we've visited Baan Boa for 3 nights. Hotel isn't very special, ok. But the location is great. Staff is very friendly, good and cheap laundy service. Patong is a nice city to walk around and drink a beer.
