It's 00.20 in the morning and we had to get out of our room because it was infested with cockroaches! The worst part of it (if there could be anything worse than seeing four cockroaches coming out of under the bed) was that the receptionist at the time refused to switch our room because it was full (I understand that, bad luck to us), refused to give us a refund and WORSE OF ALL insisted that it was our problem that we didn't want to sleep there. He said that it's normal, he will kill them for us and we can sleep happy happy… WHAT THE ACTUAL F*CK IS THAT!

We were happy with the friendly customer service & the location was most suitable for our needs.

We’re currently staying at the hotel which is far away from the pictures on Facebook. Everything is old and sloppy. When we asked for refund to move to another place, we have been jeered and ignored.

Great place good location only tow minutes walk to Beach room big and very clean. Staff so friendly one of manger here she so great people she name Game. If you guys want to know about information in Patong just let her know. She will give you guys good information in Patong she know a lot. I will come back this place again!

Good hotel for couples, bathrooms have no locks. Restrict about check-in time if rush is there. Best room in cheap price.

Rooms are clean and cheap but some don't have windows. The facilities are ok, the breakfast too — some fruits were not fresh and the options are very limited. On the bright side, they have wholemeal toasts and the staff is nice. It's a few minutes away from the beach so it's convenient.

Stayed here 2 times. 2nd time very bad experience in the end with reception staff. I paid 800 tbh for taxi the night before my flight and in the morning taxi didn't show on time and at all. Person who work at reception who I booked it through apparently book my ride outside of hotel or simply forgot. Reception girl told me this now and she also lost it shouting and yelling at me. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. Take care of your staff because rooms are nice but staff selection is definitely problem.

Stayed 7 days July 2018 What a great place, staff very friendly, understands English, the rooms are nice, so close to the beach, free coffee/ cappuccino/ hot chocolate machine at reception its available 24 hours. You can also read or relax or relax on the comfortable chairs at reception Thank you Armoni keep up the good work I will definitely book again and also refer people Regards Shaz.

I'd say the hotel is quite dated but renovated to keep it relevant. It's nice, pleasant and friendly. Watch out when stepping out of the elevator. There's a drop and you can trip! Hotel is situated in the heart of Patong area. Many local attractions nearby. Very convenient.

Excellent hotel on the beach side. I have stayed with my family for 10 days. Rooms so nice and large with balcony, tasty breakfast. Excellent location to reach entertainment spot (bangla road) 3 minutes away. Also convenient to get in Shopping mall (jungceylon) and other street vendors.

This is NOT a 4 Star Hotel, the service, there is none, the amenities, old and it looks old, breakfast below par, the TV channels are misty, the view, WHAT view? NOT recommendable! I did not like Patong and THIS hotel added to the misery, brochures are MISleading!

I'd call this a boutique hotel. Beautiful and clean. Fab rooms. Friendly staff & owner. Has a small swimming pool with sun loungers at the back. Definitely would go back.

A small guesthouse in a perfect location at a good price, ideally located for nightlife but still quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The scooter rental is also cheap and uncomplicated. The internet worked very well. In addition, a great fresco cart with some useful extras awaits in each room.

They have a very nice, spacious and modern lobby. I love the combination of colors and the interior design. The rooms, blankets, towels are neat and tidy although the door of our comfort room was not functioning well and they have a small space at the sink area. They have to thoroughly clean the balcony because birds poop are on the corner and a bit dusty. Can’t complain of the breakfast, they have fruits, juices, they serve mostly Indian food and the most interesting part is some of it is cooked and made in front of you. Swimming pool is very relaxing and they have a small bar on the ground floor, they also have a semi-private pool on the 3rd floor. Staffs are very accommodating, smiling and helpful.

Not so great but it has everything you need and has great location. The space is good but the amenities are old. Aircond is old. There was leakage in bathroom. However, would still recommend.

Clean and very nice staff. Very good location, all over the center but no noise. The only downside is that the only common area is a narrow terrace.

Hotel is at a good location. Clean room with small balcony for smoking. Aminities are basic. Morning breakfast is average. Walking distance to the Patong Beach.

The hotel is not a big deal but it is OK, the attention is not good. The employees do not speak English, only Thai and facing problems, as we had mismade the reservation of the tourism wholesaler, we had many difficulties in communicating and the deal was Decortez. The location is very good, one block from the beach but like most of Patong beach the streets are filthy, with bad smells with cockroaches and rats circling.

Very tired hotel, dirt and insects! Hit by accident, "Nash"otel not confirmed… The worst option for 5 times poseshhennija Thailand! The staff were very nice and the room was clean. The air conditioning on the ceiling is right above the bed, for 2 days… The smell of cigarettes in the room after returning from a walk. Damp, mold in the bathroom, cockroaches! The towels are grey, with holes. Tomorrow is the same, scarce. The staff was very… And the most uncomfortable beds)! For kids, not a suitable option. Plus it's a beach close by and coffee) ) ) but more here, never!

Worth for the money spent. Near to the patong beach. Received good information and help for phujet tour. Help to book cab at affordable price. Breakfast is also Good. Vegetarian options also available.

Lies. No window. No balcony. And the elevator is a total death trap.

I went there with my friends. We rented a two bedrooms suite it was clean, well maintained the balcony was spacious with an amazing view. The hotel location was very good it was about 10 minuets walking to Patong Beach and Bangla road which is very nice places to visit while you are there. Here the view from the balcony.

We recently returned from a long weekend break in Phuket with my friends and we stayed at Armoni Patong Beach Hotel. We found it a very nice experience. On arrival to the hotel, the checking — in was done swiftly. Cleanliness throughout and the staff team was friendly and professional. They really go the extra mile with the customer service and guidance in all our concerns. The front desk team was amazing doing their best to make our stay very comfortable. Both attention and assistance have been provided before, during and after the stay. Thank you guys, we'll surely be back for our next holiday in Phuket. Such a great location and massive satisfaction.

No booking! Do not book! Deluxe Room with balcony and city view booked and got a standard room without daylight! The staff rude, the bathroom full of mildew and everything just plain filthy! The breakfast is just a joke! Just keep your hands off me! The photos speak for themselves, look!

The hotel needs a makeup, it's not a luxury hotel but overall I had a great time here. The doors of the rooms were a little bit outdated but the room was decent, spacious, comfortable and clean. Large wardrobe, seif, air conditioning and 2 free bottles of water every day plus free towels for the beach. The staff is amazing they will do their best to help you. Breakfast, freshly prepared in front of you, lots of fruits and salads. Everything delicious. 2 swimming pools opened until 9pm. Lots of restaurants around, 10 min walk to the beach, 15-50 min walk to the night market. Definitely worth the money you'll pay.

The hotel looks like a nice boutique hotel very close to the beach! We arrived at the hotel at 11am and they gave us priority early check in. Very grateful for that as we were exhausted! Rooms were very spacious and clean! The style of the rooms was pretty nice for a 3 star boutique hotel as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit! They have a 1 and 2 bedroom apartment too which we didnt know about but after taking a look it was very impressive! Thanks Armoni team! Great Service overall!

Booked Deluxe Rooms (described as rooms with balcony) for 3mesjaca before the trip. Checked in: One room can be said with a miners window, another with a view of the laundry window, it seems. After rantings the front desk was offered to settle in another their hotel, where the rooms are chic but located minutes away in 40hodby from the beach (and this one is 3 mins) with free transformers for breakfast and beach (1 times a day). We refused. With great reluctance promised in 5 days to move to released rooms with balcony-wait… We thought that this happens only with Russians but no-this situation is repeated daily with tourists from different countries. The breakfasts are very meager: boiled eggs, eggs, omelette, sausage and sausage, rice and chicken, watermelon and pineapple, 2 yogurt, tea jam and butter consisting of soy, sunflower and palm gidrogentzirovannyh oils. The menu for 4 days does not change, tables are not selected, a dirty napkin under the table lies already 3rd day. Definitely not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were spectacular! I booked a deluxe room for a reasonable price and got a room better than I expected. The size of the room was massive! There was tea coffee etc and the bathroom was very modern and clean. They gave me 2 extra towels for free no fuss and amenities whenever I asked for it. The staff was very welcoming and very nice. They recommended many good things to do in Patong. If you are looking for a nice quiet modern hotel near the beach I would recommend this hotel :)

Definitely not a fan of the hotel, the staff or the room. Just did not like it. The staff was not at all friendly. The room were just okay. Plus they did not have a lift. The only good thing is the location. It's very close to the Patong beach and 'The Walking Street'. Also, giving a heads up for the people with back problems they have spring mattress. Would never book a room with them again.

The staff was excellent! They were very friendly and accomodating The rooms were very big which was perfect for us because we went as a big family. They have 2 bedroom suite also which we upgraded last minute at the hotel at very good price! In total we booked 4 rooms total and rooms were clean and very comfortable. Bed was great!

Had booked 6 months ago by mail 2 rooms from 30.12.2017 for 4 weeks. Were also confirmed as I am known in the house. On arrival we were informed that no rooms would be reserved for us. The owner was only reachable by phone. He shared with us that the computer in the House would have broken down 2 months ago and all reservations would have been deleted. After asking how he wants to solve the problem now that I have a confirmed reservation, the succinct answer came that he could not help us because all the houses would be booked out. So we stood there in the high season without accommodation. We found a room on the outskirts of Patong where we could stay for 2 days. Without aircon without fan and at night suddenly no more water when showering. Was really great so completely soaped to stand there. Then spent the first two days of my holiday searching for affordable accommodation. We now have to change the hotel altogether three times because for such a long period nobody has room. Finally, two more comments. Every Vernüftige company has a backup of its system. Secondly. This gentleman runs another hotel in which he can use the same Reservieungssystem and also manage the bookings of both houses. I guess he got a better price than we agreed. I have only one word for this, but I am not using it here. I would like to see my review published.

This hotel is almost bang on the beach, just a 100 meters walk from the beach and all the restaurants are close by. The rooms are pretty good and the staff are very friendly. I'd avoid the cheap backpacker rooms as they're located behind the main building.

I think the hotel is great! Of course, it is not as chic as in the photos on the internet but still central and the street is very quiet. Good restaurants massage beach and laundry right on your doorstep.

The choice fell on this hotel due to its 70% discount and location almost on the first line. The road to this hotel is cul-de-sac which makes the street quiet. Good staff who are ready to come to your rescue. Now about one minus, which crosses all the pros. It's the roof over the terrace. In case the night will rain, you do not get to sleep ( (noise from the drops of rain threshing on the roof, akin to hammer blows. We were unlucky, there were 4 night rains (. I'm not a fussy tourist, but the desire to leave this hotel arose from me every rainy Night.

I stayed in the family room, and it's really spacious. The room is well-furnished, it's also got an electric kettle. It is just a walk away from Patong Beach. The cleaning lady often forgot to give us new water bottles after cleaning. The glass we used aren't cleaned. Breakfast menu is repetitive, but overall the people are friendly. They tried to charge me with a bill stating that I took a can of beer from the snack bar, tho.

Got upgraded for free when we got there. The staff were so lovely and helpful at every opportunity. The room we were given was amazing, even had a view of the sea. Breakfast was great, good selection to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Pictures of the hotel are very nice and the lobby is true to the pictures. But unfortunately the rooms are not very clean especially the bathroom. When we checked in our room I noticed the shower was wet and they're hard water calcium stains all over the bathroom. And there was a lot of calcium deposits on the bide (not to neglect house high water pressure was coming out of the bide). The bed was extremely uncomfortable due to the springs that you could feel through the mattress. It's also very near the red light district which is something I should've researched before booking the room. I have nothing against Working girls but it was quite depressing to see them all set up in front of the massage parlors. Not to mention how aggressive all the shop owners are in order to get you to go into their store when you simply just want to go to your hotel room and sleep. The hotel is also full of young bro's on holiday so around 11 PM until 4 AM you'll hear lots of loud drunk and frat boys stumbling through the halls. Also the Wi-Fi might as well be nonexistent. I don't want to leave a review that's completely negative so I hear a few things that I didn't like, the breakfast buffet is lovely and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is probably great for traveler on a budget but if you can't afford to stay in more high-end definitely do that.

Centrally located a 10 min walk from beach. Definitely not 4 star. The photos looked much better than the hotel is. It's tired and low quality build. They've done a good job on the rooms to make them nice. The buffet was disappointing with little variety and not the greatest options. Really bad coffee too, a must for me. Staff were super friendly and helpful and really saved the place. Generally I wouldn't avoid but I would want a great price, otherwise explore options.

This is small but clean hotel. Liked the hotel for the price. Location is the beauty just 2 minutes walk to Patong beach, 10 minytes walk to Bangla road. Free coffee/tea in common area. Try for room x01-x05 for small balcony otherwise some of the rooms has no balcony.

Loved this hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful, stayed here with 2 young kids and they couldn't have made the time more pleasant, from start to finish they have everything covered with a smile,

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and they were great, all the people working there friendly and always smiling and the best Wi-Fi free for five days they will give you the name and the password with the keys of the room, room were clean and beautiful and great view from the 10th floor where I stayed, there's playing room / swimming pool.
