We had 2017 guests there in January and these were very satisfied with the booked Parterre apartment as well as with the support – gladly again.
The location is centrally located in Rawai, so that a large number of restaurants and also small grocery stores can be reached on foot easily.

Great place. It is a 30-minute walk to the beach and 7 minutes by car. In the distance from the road but if you go for the silence then better other place as many families with children.

Very spacious rooms, fantastic for families. Great staff and all the necessities you need to spend the perfect holiday are there : bbq, swimming pool, terrace, laundry and not far from the beautiful nai Harn beach. Our family spent 4 fantastic days there!

The power kept going out (that means no air conditioning, tv, lights or Wi-Fi) and the faucet in the bathroom would sometimes not flow at all when you turned it on. The staff also leaves early in the evening and leaves no way to contact them if you have any problems. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Wow… Excellent rooms with pool to relax. Good place for kids aged 4 n 6. As my kids loved moving around the villa, playing with toys in swimming pool. And its romantic too in night. Very quiet away from town. Ee have to hire a bike to move to places. We spend the while day going a ride in scooters, have a dinner at night pubs, get cozy inside the villa to sleep.

Stayed at 1 bedroom. Great place to be based to explore south end of Phuket. Room clean and spacious. Lovely pool and garden area. Well-equipped for breakfast, cooking other meals might need more space. Great location for Nai Harn Beach, Ra Wai seafood restaurants and local Ra Wai wat (for evening chanting) and night markets. Lively expat community around. Staff extremely friendly! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for about 1 week two years (2014 and 2015) in a row. It feels like home away home with large rooms and functional kitchen. Friendly staff definitely makes any small inconveniences negligible. Very flexible and practical for a family with young kids. Good location as there are plenty of fun places for kids within 1-hour driving. You can go to many nice beaches within 10~30 min driving. We cooked most breakfast and dinner in our room as there are many good markets (both modern and traditional) within 10 min driving. Since it is a small place with shared pool and garden in the middle, the overall quality of your stay may depend heavily on your neighbors.

Very nice villas the staff are very friendly and Jah the wife's owner is very friendly as well, we are still enjoying the rest of our stay in this pool villas, excellent place I highly recommend this place…

Great hotel! In the quiet and greenery, with a minute's drive from cafes and 5 minutes from the sea. Swimming pool with salty water. Small drawback is the noise from the neighbors above.

Everything is just great! And location and staff! With us was the son of 10 years old, he is quite happily slept on a sofa in the public lobby. He just brought an extra set of underwear and had not taken a penny extra fees! The administrator, a wonderful woman named Džâ, the tills there as èlektrovenik and still manages to assist guests with car rental, motorbike, or with the purchase of bus tickets to Bangkok and t. P. New Villa boss Italian villas and maybe everything exclusively arranged perfect.
