Hands down the BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I would honestly give the service, hospitality and aesthetics 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My husband is vegan and they very quickly found creative ways to serve him his complementary breakfast every day. The grounds are kept very clean and it is noticeable how much the groundkeeper pays attention the details. The swimming pools are cleaned by hand every day. We were also very impressed with the house keeping. Very trustworthy staff as we sometimes left our valuables out. We will definitely come back to this hotel, the next time we’re in Phuket. Thank you for showing us an amazing and stress free time. 🙏🏻

Not the first line, but not so far to the sea. Shops from all sides, pharmacies too. Not a bad breakfast and a bar in the pool. I liked the hotel, to be honest, I didn't even expect it from the category 3. The grounds are spacious, very green and well-groomed. The hotel has 4-5 pools, I don't know the exact number, because we didn't bathe in them, there are umbrellas and sunbeds for the rest. Towels for the beach hotel provides, you can change them at least every day. There are also as far as bars where you can eat (drinks, fruits, burgers, pasta). The hotel has 5 enclosures, we lived in 4 buildings. The room is large and spacious, there is a mini bar (paid), a fridge with a freezer, a kettle plus tea accessories (tea, coffee, sugar free). There are 2 glass bottles 0 in the bathroom. 5 litres with clean drinking water that change every day. Bottles do not need to be thrown out after you drink water from them. There is a hairdryer, a TV, a large double bed, air conditioning. In the closet there are hangers, umbrellas, slates and there is also a safe. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton wool. Discs, a shower cap report every day. When you enter the hotel, you will need to leave a deposit of $100. The hotel is great, loved it! Large green area, several large pools, one with sea water, the rest fresh. To the beach with his foot 500m. Resort was super awesome. Just some of guest were rude at times as I am from South Africa. And one night I dropped 1500 Baht and one of the kids picked it up, the parent didn't even acknowledge my presents. Until today the camera footage was not shown to me. Other than the staff are real awesome especially Ryan. He displayed outstanding respect at all times and went out of his way to assist to make our stay great!

Great hotel. In Turkey such a hotel would have 4 *. Breakfast was good. The beach is 7 minutes walk, every half an hour from the hotel to the beach is a mini machine. There are 7 swimming pools, a billiard table, a mini-football field, a bar in the water and a children's playground. The SPA Center (was not in it) and the gym. All in all, I got it all arranged.

Great hotel for family holidays. Large groomed area, several pools. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. To the sea on foot 10-15 minutes. Every half hour there is a shuttle to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Probably the only minus is Wi-Fi, it has been loading applications for a long time, but Viber worked well (for those who need a connection, most of all)

What an awesome place. Friendly and helpfull. Lots of amenities for children. Open air movies at night enough slides into the pools for them… Will always remember my 1st visit to Thailand & our stay at Kata Sea Breeze Resort. Sue.

Everything in this hotel is, and massage and ATMs and bars and pools and kitchens. But… I currently reside in it and tired to go to reception. The service is very low quality. The water will forget to bring the towels will take a new do not deliver, then the soap will forget to change it. And so every day. And when I forgot the key in the room and could not get into the room, I went to the reception 3 times. And each time I was promised 5 minutes and someone will come. Nice hotel, well maintained grounds, 4 pools. To Kata Beach 10-15 minutes walk, to Karon 25-30, it is with the wife, Spiid and wheelchair |-O without all this goodness can be quicker. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are spacious, the views from the windows are mainly on the hotel grounds. The rooms are clean. We did not spend much time in the hotel, we all enjoyed it.

In general the hotel is OK, breakfasts are decent, sanitized territory, pools and gym.
But! The room was very clean. On the third day of stay at the hotel (Poslenija with the receptionist) in the room daily began to remove trash from the urns, to put free water, replenish the bathroom and everything! The bed linen was not changed at all, just redone what was (noticed this thanks to the stains on the sheets). And what hated most: towels were missing, instead of replacing them with fresh ones just carried from the room (3 cases in 10 days). Come late at night to the hotel, and instead of shower and sleep spend time to fight the nerastoropnym staff on overgrazing towels. The hotel has a deposit of $100. So you need to be very vigilant and respond to the missing items in the room quickly. Then you can't prove anything. Neither in Russian, nor in English.

Autumn is a good "Treshka" for your money. You need to understand where and why you are going. It is not "allinclusive" in Turkey or Egypt, not "Treshka" in Europe and not "five" in the Emirates. An older but well maintained and renovated hotel with lots of families. Outdoor films, cute little events, restaurants, popcorn machines and bean bags mean it is a nice place to relax. Staff are eager to help but not all of them are Phuket locals so be sure to ask the designated concierge for any local recommendations. Honestly, though, I didn't stay here because it was very overpriced. Would rate it a 3.5 star hotel at best.

This hotel was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was cleaned regularly. The breakfast buffet on offer catered for a wide variety of tastes. I truly felt relaxed which in essence is what you want to feel while on holiday.

Awesome resort. Great breakfast and dinner buffets. It seems to be popular with couples with young children. We enjoyed the pools and swim up bar. It is close to the beach (approximately 700 m) and close to all amenities. Overall great rooms, well maintained and pleasant staff.

The staff was very friendly and reception. When buying the tour said that the reception person knowing the Russian language is constantly, but for 10 days of rest saw it only twice. Have stayed here twice and I have to say it is the best place to stay in Phuket! The beach is so nice and you don't have the "non-pleasant" tourists you may find in places like Patong. The service was wonderful, the food fantastic and you really feel you are in Thailand! Rooms are clean, comfortable and very well take care of, Is one of those family run hotels where you can feel that service is taken to a personal level!
