Present in very accessible location in kata. Staff is co-operative. Pocket friendly.

Typical hotel. Located on the main road and about 10 min away from Kata beach. They have a free shuttle to the beach at predefined times. Several tour agents nearby. Efficient staff. Sometimes felt they were too mechanical.

Excellent service. Great location. Fantastic staff! They remembered our new and room number despite it being very busy while we stayed here.

They took it by big bus. I'd like to be in a limo. Met without flowers and orchestra. Very easy to relate to the settlement. Fast, which is amazing. The rooms are all the same. Not personal. Nice room, for three of us, it's a nice hotel. They clean it every day. Pleasant staff. For breakfast give almost the same, but the range of dishes is present (I came maple syrup:).

The hotel itself is convenient. Nearby is a busy street with many cafes, shops, massage parlors, etc. The beach is 7 minutes, several times there is a shuttle. The hotel has one small adult pool and one frog for toddlers. The main drawback is the rooms, or rather their area. Russian hotel at the heart of Kata beach. 1 step from the sea. Nice small but clean and basic rooms, decent size swimming pool. Very nice breakfast with a variety of european food for picky Rus tourists. Good for couples and families.

A chain hotel. The design of the exact rooms is exactly the same as in Samara, or any other city. Maybe a little more tired. Quality and minimalism. And there and here like everything you need, but still remains a light taste of what you saved.

Smalll room, outdated hallway. Wifi is not only unstable it's less than 3MB/s of download speed. I think AOL in 1994 was faster than this.

Solid threesome. Stayed in a standard room. The hotel staff is polite and friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is far away from Patong Beach. Beds were not comfortable. Wi-Fi wasn't working gud.

Good. Clean. Hotel. Awesome a variety of useful breakfasts. Nice staff. It is 7 minutes (by foot) from the sea. 20 minutes from Karon Beach (Peshom). The sea on the Kato is pure. I recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there is no personal care. On good secure parking the girl from Turkmenistan, perfectly possesses Russky. Mostly Russians and Chinese, Russians more. Good luck and good rest.

Good hotel for it's price, very good service, clean rooms. It is allowed to stay here with pets, for me that was terrific. Defenetely, I will choose this hotel again.

The location is very good. One for adults, another for babies. The hotel rooms are very small, but the balcony is tiny. The cleaning is done daily. Breakfast Buffet: Two kinds of soup, noodles, rice, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, potato potatoes, dried beans, vegetable cutting, fruit mostly pineapples, watermelons, papaya. Tea, coffee, and all. There's no hunger in staying. You want cooler, pick a hotel cooler. Close to the hotel. I really enjoyed the Thai massage and butter massage. It's a nice massage. Prices are very affordable. Of 300 baht and above. The hotel has a lot of places and shops in the nearest neighborhood. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The beach is very nice and very good. Nice hotel that offers shuttle to the beach. Close enough to venture out to local market for fruits and produces. Restaurants up and down the streets. Alot catering to russians since I see a hoard of them here in Kata. Would come back and stay again if I venture back to KATA.
