It's not bad at all. The staff are very nice. Morning tea, coffee, fruit, sandwiches for free. You don't need breakfast. Only to the sea is not convenient to get.

A warm welcome and a top service. Very reasonable price, clean and spacious room (super king size beds in the family rooms). The staff are very friendly!

Small hotel without pretension but with a super friendly staff. Too bad that at night, the noise of the road passing by is so strong. The room is spacious, Italian shower, large bed, fridge, coffee and coffee + water offered daily.

Really top hotel. Breakfast is free up to 12 (! ), with biscuits, lots of different fruits, vegetables, several toasts, lots of toasters and incredibly much spread, cheese and co. Tea, coffee and cocoa. The chill area with terrace very cozy. Everything is super clean, every day is cleaned (even make the bed with new linen every two days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You get a towel that you can take to the beach and one if you want to change it every day. Laundry costs only 30 B. Super Wi-Fi! Bathroom next to the dorm. Hot shower and everything clean. Own locker, which fits in the relaxed a big backpack (padlock is provided free of charge) only unfortunately outside the room, but does not do anything, because you can use the curtain equipped bed next to 2 sockets (international) and a lamp, also Has a save. Amazing pace for a budget stay in Phuket. The staff were well mannered and courteous. I got a free upgrade to a family suite, which was amazing. Only concern is availability of food in the in-house restaurant as most of the times it was over. Also breakfast was average. But location, cleanliness, service and staff 5 star!

We stayed here for a couple of January. I liked the hotel with its unobtrusive simplicity as a café with a menu on one leaf (when the dishes are a bit, but they are cooked steadily well).
Life in a hotel on charged distance from the beach gives a lot of advantages:-restaurants, cafes and shops here are always cheaper, and sometimes quite appreciably-no fuss from the Brownian movement of people and transport, as on the beach territory-there is no dichajshego number of sharp Odors from street food merchants if you choose Karon Beach to relax, then when exploring the first coastline you will find that there are only greasy chain hotels with a corresponding price tag. You will pay in such hotel for a meal (though in City Café you are fed not worse), for a gym (in which you go once for a tick to pedal on a stationary bike), for a pool (in which to walk simply insulting to itself, at minute walking Accessibility of the Andaman Sea).
If you are set on a large number of movements around the island while resting, and even can take a bike, then this hotel will be a great solution as a modest cozy base point of sending to your local travels.

In the principal I was satisfied. Very friendly staff, good location (near massage parlors, shop and café) to the beach, too, 5 minutes. One of the most beautiful beaches. On a moped to Patong 15 minutes. Bed was changed every day, breakfast toast and fruit, there is a fridge and a storage space for a backpack. There is a safe near the bed. I rented a moped and I loved the location.

Great place to stay in Karon. Read Liz W review below, it is spot on. For our stay in Karon, we manage to visit the Big Buddha, Phuket Town, kathu waterfalls and the cape view point. All around 30-45 minutes motorbike ride from the hotel. Not to mention the daily visit do the beach which is a 3 minutes motorbike ride to either karon or kata beach. And for muslim travellers, there are halal food available within 10 mins walk from the hotel. All and all, thank you to the staff for the wonderful stay we had.

The location is Great. The road to the sea is not difficult, as it goes along a lot of shops and cafes. The hotel is clean and comfortable! Definitely recommend!

A great place to stay for a cheap vacation without sacrificing quality! Close enough to the beach to swim every day as well as good restaurants!

Absolutely lovely and super friendly staff, clean accommodations with firm comfortable beds and pillows, each day the rooms get made up 2 fresh bottles of water are included and the linen is very clean. There are laundry facilities and a water osmosis machine right outside the hotel as well which is very convenient! Also the Wi-Fi is included and has quite a strong signal and fast speed. This hotel is a little far from Karon Beach (15min walk) but this is actually very good as restaurant and souvenir prices inflate the closer you get to the beach — also there is a market Tuesdays and Friday nights at the nearby temple, a better place to pick up bargains than many of the nearby tourist trap shops. Reception are also happy to organise taxis, mini bus to the airport and answer any questions you may have with a smile. The included breakfast honestly leaves a little to be desired (bread, toaster, margarine, jam, crackers, kettle with free tea & coffee) but there's a café attached to the hotel where you can order (reasonably priced) food and also LOTS of nearby restaurants that are definitely worth investigating too. If I ever return to Karon this will definitely be the hotel I return to!

Electricity is switched off in the daytime, respectively from 12 to 15 you are without air conditioning. As is known on the beach at this time you can get Burnt. If you have an early excursion, then you stay without Breakfast. Lunch boxing refused to do with the Evening. There is a menu in the room, but if you ask for a meal, then send to the café. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The noise from the road is Constant.

The staff here is very uncooperative very rude behaviour of house cleaning staff nothing for emergency service everything is paid. One of worst hotel to stay with family.

In very good condition and services! Recommended. About 7 blocks from the beach, but as it is by the Avenue or you realize the distance.

Good price/performance ratio. Everything you need as a backpacker and a lot more. Clean + small breakfast to strengthen inclusive. A few minutes walk to the beach, as well as to various markets. You again.

Flew from Moscow to Phuket 24.01.2012г. At 8 : 00 local time. The flight was exhausting. Took off from Domodedovo Charter at 16-00, Boeing 767-300. The flight was delayed, I had to just sit in the aircraft 2.5 hours, it was stuffy and hot. Flew almost 10 hours + 2.5 hours of delay at the airport because of lack of filling water in the plane (there was a strong frost)! Total of 12.5 hours on a plane! The time difference is +3 hours. But on arrival in Phuket, all the unpleasant moments compensated friendly staff meeting party — the tour operator "Biblio-Globus"! Honestly, agreeing despair on tour in Karon Living Room 2*, were ready to count on the worst conditions, but in reality it was Vice versa! To Karon beach, in the direction of the circle, walk strolls 25-30 minutes (walks us absolutely is! ), past all related delights of life — massage parlors, supermarkets and travel agencies, restaurants. If you go straight towards the beach of Karon Living Room — "Ho Chi Minh Trail" (the landmark of the beginning of the trail — tower mobile operator for hotel Karon Living Room, then a small «bridge» across the stream). Through the palm grove with coconuts the neighbouring hotel, the Old Phuket — Karon Beach Resort 4*, no more than 10 minutes to the sea. Sea and beach — separate things. For understanding the distance from the sea, the beach of Karon begins long before the sea!
