A cozy, peaceful, family-run hotel. Lots of greenery. Great breakfast! Coffee with good milk is what you need! Toast, ham, sausages, yogurts, rice are eaten every day, but on the hot every time a new Thai dish. Clean and spacious rooms, there are still bungalows. The pool is a big and greasy plus to the hotel. The owner lives with his family in the hotel's property and controls everything that happens (service, cleanliness, breakfast food). The hotel is recommended by everyone.

The rooms were cleaned every day but they have an ant problem. And absolutely terrible customer service. Our rooms were filled with ants and all they cared about was payment. Didn't do anything to compensate the fact that we were eaten every night for 4 nights. It's much better to stay by patong beach. There are cheaper and nicer options.

Very nice and clean hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast from 7-10, but be careful if you do not eat-fine 500 baht. Talked to front desk (their English was not great), told us mgmt would check tapes. Next day we were told only maid was in room, she claimed no wrongdoing. They offered to call police, we thought that was too extreme. Eventually they offered to refund missing amount, which we agreed to, but at check-out there was no mention of it. $20 isn't a big deal, but feeling like we couldn't leave anything of value in our room sucked.

Great hotel. It is a pity that does not work with Russian tour operators. Not big, but decent at least 3 stars. Quiet, tranquil and not far from Karon Beach. 10 minutes of quiet walk on foot. Location Friendly staff. Great stay together.
