We went there 2 years ago and everything was perfect. We had our private pool and enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were clean and there were no issues at all. I liked the food delivery for room services (via canoe on the canals of the pool). The massage provided in the hotel was perfect and the lady who did it (Ping) had the most beautiful personality and incredibly strong hands. She was very skilled and I felt awesome after every session.

Surrounding is not bustling enough, the hotel does not provide computer services (can not guide photos) … But the room outside the balcony can be out of the pool, this is good!

On arrival we were offered breakfast althou the restaurant was about to finish. Great selection especially the egg station. We even had 2 free meals during our stay. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Lovely hotel spacious clean room with bath and shower. Free transport to the beach twice a day — and a lovely stroll back. Great location about 10 mins away from the town. Would highly recommend this lovely peaceful setting.

Great hotel and very clean. Staff are great, some they doesn't speak any English at all, so that is sad for custom service. The access from room to straight the pool are awesome.

Great hotel. Amazing friendly staff. Always clean and tidy. Yes it's an older hotel and it needs a little refub in the bathrooms n pool areas. But it's not the end of the world. Pool is nice and wet has seats in it outside your room. It has everything you need. Regarding breakfast yes the do Thai and Chinese food but also omelette toast fried acts and a selection of fruit cereals pastys and plenty of fresh juice tea and coffee. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff are very friendly and attentive. Swim up rooms are heavenly. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. If you need English, they're a bit marginal but you can accomplish most questions. A bit hard to find since its behind the stores on the main road… our taxi driver dumped us about 150 yards away… in the pouring rain!

Interesting concept, but one can easily notice the hotel is not being looked after on a daily basis: missing tiles in the pool, blackened pots with plants with mould for instance spoils the general impression of the place. Great job with Christmas and New Year celebrations. That was unforgettable!

Had a fabulous time rooms where a great size, comfortable cleaned thoughly each day, and what a great idea to go out of your patio doors and jump straight in the joining river like pools on and off through out your day. The staff went above and beyond there work dutys to make sure your stay was going great. Absolutely recommend.

Rooms are clean but facilities are dated. Parking is sufficient. Breakfasts are not fantastic. Spa is cheap.

The setting of the villas are fantastic. Open your balcony door and the pool is there. It is so beautiful, The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they can't do enough for you. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff who are always happy to help you with anything you need! Pool access to the rear of every room is pretty special! Lovely big rooms and comfortable beds! This is a place I'd definitely return to!

Great hotel, nice pool, good restaurant. Rooms are large and easy to access.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful could not do enough for us. Rooms were cleaned everyday and beds changed whenever requested. Easy access to the pool from the room and loungers available both on the room and around the pool grass areas. Food was very good in the restaurant. The beach is in walking distance and taxis are available to travel further. Would come back to this hotel in the future.
