Beautiful place, stunning villas very private, staff amazing!

My wife and I have just spent 9 nights at The Pavilions Phuket. From the initial welcome gong, we have had a great time. The staff could not have been friendlier. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were all so attentive. We had a Ocean View Villa which was fantastic. The food quality was great, especially the Bubbly Breakfast. We have had such a great time and would certainly return.

We stayed at the Pavilions in Villa from 05/12/19-13/12/19.
I could literally used all the best adjectives for this place like fantastic, brilliant, beautiful, amazing, surreal, etc, etc!
What makes this place even better is the staff!
If you want to be treated like Prince or Princess look no further this is an absolute place to be!
Right from our checkin to checkout everything was fantastic.
Be it their sumptuous dishes to choose from to their housekeeping services!

Kim always remembered what I always wanted to have for my dessert, a platter of papaya! Always use to smile and I remembered her saying "I want to cry" on our last day it was like family and never felt like we were away from home! Thank you Kim, Jeab and the crew of Firefly!

Dear and Anne! special mention to Zummie who is an absolute asset to this place.
Observation made~ we had booked for a tour to Phi Phi Islands and the van which came to pick us up looked full, at this point Zummie told me 'looks like it's full where are you guys gonna sit? ' I was like not sure!?!

The food at the restaurants was great and very reasonably priced. Drinks were wonderfuk, especially wine, there was a reasonable selection. The service from most staff was excellent. The staff helped with a car rent on Orange car Phuket

An excellent resort in which to relax. Best value for money with all breakfasts and dinners included. Rental company was also good, The orange car Phuket. The experience of staying at the Pavilions Phuket was completely superb. From being greeted at the airport, to arranging excursions, and all of the exceptional service in between draws our attention to return to the Pavilions within the future. To see the sunset from other locations we rented a car in The orange car Phuket.

Had the most wonderful holiday there last week. Beautiful villa and the staff are just so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The massages are out of this world too! Highly recommended!

Heaven on earth. We had a blast their during our honeymoon. The hotel is located in Scenic and breathtaking location, just over so the hills. Ideal for couples who seek privacy. The food was delicious.

Great place to have a relax holidays with natural environment surrounded. Green is her colour scheme. Food is good and fresh and you can have many choices as well. Should try. Facilities are comprehensive. You can just stay here to enjoy.

I can not say anything about the hotel, I have never lived there, but the friends who lived there are very praised. We visit the hotel's bar 360 very often. With great cuisine and panoramic views. The bar is one of the best in Phuket.

Very relaxing place, kids are welcome and can have a great time in the fantastic pool. Food and drinks are great too and very well priced. There's a good selection of wine, cocktails, beers and other drinks. Lunch and/or dinner equally good different menus. The restaurant is open air so no aircon but there's plenty of fans going.

Beautiful grounds with friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast is not included in the buffet but a set of suggestions which cannot be changed. Balcony with 3, 5 am too small. Wake up call morning at 5 o'clock was forgotten is bad if you have to get to the airport otherwise nice staff and very nice spa.

Not sure how the resort could possibly be any better. Room and view were outstanding, all staff were fantastic, views cannot be beat. Tatiana has an incredible memory and makes it look so easy. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a romantic, relaxing get away. Try the afternoon tea at Firefly, cafe lattes at Pavilion Club, and the private dinner bbq…

The most amazing trip of my life. This hotel has everything you dreamed of and more. We visited for a week and had some of the best service in my life. I visit places extensively but nothing compares to the overall beauty of this place and matches service. They have vertical elevators to take you to your suite. We did a two level with a spa quarter. Had a five course meal prepared in our suite. The run, chef and concierge made it look seamless. On our last day we lite a lantern and sent it away. It's like heaven and you'll never want to leave.

We can argue about price-performance ratio. There were some discrepancies here. Overall, we were very satisfied. A visit to the 360 ° bar is a must.

A place apart on Phuket well hidden pavilions and other villa or loft are superb nothing to say Comfort Deco… and especially space.
The restaurant is also wonderful a real high end gastro.
The personal is great.
We just regret not having booked for longer.

The Pavilion of Phuket is by far the most outstanding place we have ever been. The quality of the villa, one of luxury with everything you could ask for. … Staff amazing from organising tours being picked up in a buggy on request, to enjoying the cuisine of your restaurants, to the lazy nights at the 360 bar. I've really enjoyed my stay in The Pavilions Hotel. Everything was amazing. We were in the villa (type of room) which was really fabulous we enjoyed it a lot. The service is amazing. The stuff are so friendly, decent and so helpful. U will enjoy yr breakfast in the restaurant with this charming view over the green mountain … the reception and the way they they welcome u when u arrive I really like it. The whole atmosphere was really fabulous. We enjoyed every thing there. Even the spa … Here are some pictures (mobile) I captured during my stay.

What a great location, no need to travel so far from the airport to experience sensational beaches and luxury like this. So many F&B options if you want to drink in the atmosphere and relax on property with wide views, lush greenery, serene surroundings.
The Spa is a godsend, well appointed, professional staff and broad range of treatments.
Nothing was a problem for the staff who were very attentive to our needs and even anticipated our movements. JP, Dominic, Chef Belinda, Khuns Jeab, Palm, Ale, Pang, Noon, Nan, Pan, Joe, Boss, Val, Yui, Senmee, Yo and a host of others, thank you for a most refreshing and re-energising break! You are all wonderful and I can't wait to come back.

This place was nothing short of spectacular! The villa was amazing and spacious, and the private patio with pool made each day that much more luxurious. The staff were always friendly and we never had to wait more than 5min upon calling for "buggy" service around the property. I would recommend this resort to those staying in/near Phuket that want to relax and feel pampered.

Located on a hill overlooking the Andaman Sea, this adults-only villa complex is approximately 30 minutes from Phuket International Airport. We stayed at the Penthouse Villa and the villa is very huge with a private pool. Breakfast Included with lots of choice (a la carte and buffet). The resort is spacious as it is private and peaceful. Lovely Layan is the nearest beach and their open-air shuttle service will take you there in minutes.

Stayed here for a week in April. Our villa was amazing, staff were very helpful. We had some great meals, kudos to there chef. Trying to find an excuse to go back. Also the private pools are nice. You are a fairway from the busy patong which I liked.

Increible Paraiso in a green and quiet area of the bullisiosa Phuket. Is that not fancy or out of them villas private with swimming pool where the privacy is the point strong that I more appreciate. The delivered service, decoration and amplitude, with a good price very good, especially if you're going in low season. The food is delicious, we ate anything that was not especially exquisite, and for a very reasonable price.

Will never forget a second or an inch of this wonderful and romantic hotel I miss this place and hope to go there again and again.

I stayed here in 2012 — it is one of the most luxurious places I have ever been, and surpasses even the Aman resort I visited in Bali once for luxury, tranquility and calm. There was a portrait of a lady with a cigarette over the toilet — I felt that she wanted to burn my penis, which was disconcerting — but apart from that all brilliant.
