The grounds are well maintained, large, there is a sports hall and a children's playground that the hotel is home to a lot of people are not felt at all. Huge pool. The rooms are spacious, there is everything, huge bed, fridge, furniture almost new, kondictoner, big screen TV and smart function, which for some reason under unknown password. The hotel can be ordered both lunches and dinners, but do not recommend, not tasty. It is better to walk on the street along the beach, there are a lot of places where cooking is good and not expensive. I can recommend "Irish Coffe", there is the best Tom yam on Bang Tao, and even borscht is tasty by the way. Not far from the hotel you can find almost everything: Beach, massage, café, exchange, book excursions, rent a moped, parking tuk-fertilizers.

The hotel is excellent, the food is good enough, if you take with dinner, you can do à la carte for 800 baht, the portions are big and that amount for the eyes. The beach is literally 5-7 minutes, looking like a walk. Nearby cafes, massage parlors, bars and shops, Minimarket. To the Night bazaar and Tesco Lotus minutes 20-30 on the Navigator (2km) if on the main road.
The hotel has about 60 rooms, so not crowded, in the pool clean Vodichka (chlorine on Minimalkah, but do not pleased that Thai right at us hours at 9-10 am it was raining, do not care that in the water children were), 2 zones splash and 1 with jacuzzi. The staff are helpful and friendly, trying to explain everything or understand, the main thing is to smile, they love it.

The hotel is small, cozy and very clean. The hotel grounds are well maintained, large swimming pool. The room was clean and the food was good. Coffee is delicious. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Always include ventilation. The plumbing works fine. We did not change the towels for three days, but we did not ask for it as a whole day at the beach. The beach is large and spacious, the sea is gorgeous. You can eat nearby. Everything is clean and tasty. In the evening it is good to walk on the beach, take a breath of sea air and go for a massage. That's why we're here.

This hotel is beautiful in photos open for only 1 year and already many things to redo bathroom with raw flows of decofrage, water comes out yellow from the faucet towels and sheets are not net the manager not at all to listen after several remark s I am really disappointed is what customers who leave good grades have gone to look behind the rooms of the ground pool side! And the rooms has the floor with breathtaking view of the mountains of rubbish Hotel frequented by the Russians and the Chinese nothing surprising no Europeans!
10000kms for the sun and the charleur we can find better.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. They are advertised as a 4 star hotel as a “resort & spa”. There are no amenities as a “spa” at the hotel. Our room was extreamly dirty. There were dead bugs, live bugs, hair in the drain, dirty bathroom, stains on chairs, etc. When this was explained to the manager of the hotel he was unprofessional and rude. He yelled and said he had no business speaking to me. I asked for his name and his boss and again said I had no business knowing any of that information. Then he accused me of creating “drama” because I wanted to change locations. I would NOT go back to this area and the hotel. I do not recommend.

Lovely hotel, breakfast certainly not very but we are not behind it in Tai eat. The sea is within walking distance, meters 300. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The hotel, the rooms and the staff live up to our expectations. A slightly unpleasant smell in the hallway leading to our room is caught up with an amazing buffet at breakfast. I had never seen so many choices!

Everything is super! That's just a lot of Chinese, very disturbing! Tasty and fresh food, there is a mini-gym, children's pool and slides, children's rooms. Everything is convenient. Near the hotel there are many massage parlors, cafes, shops, supermarkets, also there are many places where you can rent a bike. Prices are not high.

The hotel is great! The staff is insanely friendly and welcoming! To stay with children just right! The rooms are spacious, everything is in the rooms! The sea in five minutes, shops, massage salons, all nearby. The only thing is that only one fruit shop and the prices are just above. Good breakfast. There are children's slides and a game room, not a big gym.

Very nice, reasonable price. The service is amazing. I would recomended my friend to go there to stay if they ask me.

Great hotel for families with children! There is a swimming pool. The rooms are cleaned every day.

The pice and location are great. The staff is really friendly and helpful. However, the cleaning of the rooms where just ok (we constantly had to ask for soap and toilet paper) and the breakfast was honestly quite depressing. We could live with that, and if you can too, it's a very nice place to stay!

Great facilities all around but a big problem with lack of English amongst staff. Often there was not a single person in reception who could speak English, which made simple communications extremely difficult and unpleasant. Even though the culture seems to be rather quiet, out of office hour reception staff were very shouty. That made leaving the hotel very frustrating as checking out was a bit of a nightmare. This is not to say that most staff were super accomodating and helped wherever they could. We relied heavily on the bartender in the afternoons, to be our translator and help explain what we needed to reception staff. Absolutely great, large rooms with super big and comfy beds (bigger than super king).

Stayed in this resort for 4 nights:well clean rooms, confortable beds and a large swimming pool. Breakfast was ok and attentive and well caring staff. Manager Mario always ready for help us with any issues or just for give us an information. Will back to Chivatara sure.

Great hotel. When I stayed not yet finished. Resturant, gym and spa not open yet but. All in all considering this. Very nice.
