Beautiful rooms, garden, pool and people. The Chalet is across the road from the beach and super handy to shops. The wonderful staff were very attentive to our needs and we were sad to leave after 5 days. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Lived here for a few days. Great Cabins (shower is great, clean), close to the beach. Around the green thickets and gorgeous flowers. The breakfast is not available. The neighborhood is full of restaurants.

Not a famous beach. But you can get budget hotels to stay in Phuket Island.

Did not manage to get a room as all 10 chalets were fully booked but had very good lunch at d restaurant. Yummy!

Once again we had a couple of fabulous days at the Bang Tao Beach Chalet, a charming, warm hearted and comfortable accommodation! The location could not be better as it is less than 2 minutes’ walk from the beach and despite being close to restaurants, one are not bothered with a lot of noise. Their welcoming caring atmosphere and good service makes us longing back. /Peter & Christina Lindvall.

Quiet and nice Hotel. The pool is small but enough for the number of rooms, about 14. The staff is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. A place with style.

Front desk was polite and the property was well manicured. The room was over all clean. Hoever, our sheets has tears in them and the shower was covered in mold. The shower heads sprayed water everywhere leaving the floor slippery. We requested a metered taxi thru the front desk which they agreed to arrange. Unfortunately, they ordered a fixed rate of 800bht which we had to pay directly to the hotel. This left us feeling scammed and frustrated.

Sorry negative review first: $ price is too high compared to value. not enough staff to run hotel properly. only 2 chalets occupied, breakfast took 45 minutes to deliver. Aircon will not cool down chalet, had to ask for fan. need new sheets and towel too old. addressed all these issues with Management, without satisfaction. Positive: Location to Beach nice impression (see pictures) Wi-Fi is OK.

Traditional Thai style Cottage. Location is on a quiter beach, Bangtao. Clean and not so many people on the beach, need to walk abit ard 50m fm hotel. Hotel itself has a nice and cozy pool, ambience very nice and relaxing. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned daily and they even helped washed some lunch boxes that we brought. We booked tour package to Phang Ngha fm hotel and was helped to get a very good price. Food in the restaurant is very very good taste. Halal food. Try the porridge for breakfast, superb! Car parking might be a bit problem (in front of hotel has space only for 2 cars), but can park on the street.

Wonderful location and staff… it's all you dream of and more!

Ok. Clean, but prepare to deal with lots of mosquitoes… if not renting and driving your own vehicles, then transport will become very expensive. Be warned.

Nice resort large room. Green garden view. Nice to relax around the swimming pool area. And halal verified restaurant.

Great place with EXCELLENT customer service! 1-2 minute walk to beautiful beach with many good restaurants close by. Loved it!

Best place to stay at bang tao beach. Just 1 minute from the beach. Luxury accommodation at very much convenient rates. Morrover, they have Halal food Restaurant.

The beach is terrible ( ( (coastline in the tide at all! Dragged here with Kata and already 10 times regretted.
