Great location, great service.

Best location in Laguna. Quiet and serene within large resort.

Location terrible unless you just want a typical resort style experience which you can probably get at home. If you want to experience Phuket don’t stay here. If you want a resort thats just ok it’s for you. Rooms stink worse than the whole of Patong whereas at least Patong has character and culture. TV doesn’t work no food or bar after 7 seems it’s designed for retirees who go to bed before 8 and need and afternoon nap And like golf (May be perfect for you) no fun character or vibe. I’d skip the whole of the “Laguna bay resort “ area and am glad I only spent 3days out of 14 here. Rooms are big. Local bars on the beach past outrigger are good fun and realistically priced. You can go through the outrigger to get to the beach. As always Thai locals are lovely find Kip / first bar on the beach, great service, cocktails and food.

Just arrived cannot give much feed back yet apart from the apartment is very clean spacious and we have a great view across a golf course to the mountains.

The Allamanda is quiet, not crowded. Everything is clean, gardens are spotless. So easy to relax here.

Clean and spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Free bus shuttles for guests allow easy transportation around the compound. Our room was fitted with a kitchen and a dining area. There's also a big pool available free of charge. Great place!

Only played the golf course. Okay condition, but the greens were being seeded (late August). Very friendly and happy staff.

We lived here 2 years in a row from autumn to spring. Gorgeous rooms. The air conditioning has never failed, the kitchen is good. I didn't need a pool, but mine went there. And of course convenient is that allamanda is in the Laguna system. You can use the shuttle and the water tram. The beach has never been good. So went to the others to swim, sunbathe, swim. I'd love to come back for the season. Hello world.

Nice location. Reasonable price for a big bed room, living room and small kitchen. Staffs are friendly.

Area quiet and good view. The room is big with clean and tidy environment except the wash room is a little bite small. Nevertheless the price is good.

Our apartment was bigger than my house back home. So spacious and lovely. We also locked ourselves out Of our room late at night and had no trouble with reception helping to open the door for us. Will be back!

Nice hotel, quiet. A large swimming pool is on site. To the Sea 15 min. The rooms are large, albeit a bit shabby furniture.

Pros: Spacious rooms, access to the pool directly from the rooms of the 1st floor, Landry right in the building on the 1st floor.
Cons: Remoteness from shops, impolite and unhelpful administrators, do not clean a pool, service on 1 star, instead of on 4, at check-in even did not spend to a room and did not assist with luggage. At the time of waiting the check-in did not offer even coffee, the check-in was expected from 7am to 14 o'clock, there are no near establishments of catering with norms of kitchen and prices, after the question why do not clean the pool, the receptionist offered to swim in another pool! This is a 4 *! In the room only a day later appeared soap and shampoo. Asked for an iron, promised to give the next (! ) day. This is not a hotel. It is rather apartments for rent with a janitor, a stove, a refrigerator, pots and utensils.

It's a great hotel. Diverse accommodation. There are apartments 4 storeys. There are kind rooms — windows on the water. The green area is well-groomed. There is free parking. There is a wonderful pool and cafe beside it. The menu in the cafe is varied. It's a quiet place. Maximum relaxation.

Beautiful location on a lagoon. Can only be appreciated fully when you are there.

Allamanda is a residential complex with many apartments. The furniture is old but mostly in order and functional. The kitchen equipment is adequate. Daily housekeeping. The central air conditioning at the lowest level is quite noisy at night. The pool is too small. A vehicle to go shopping or eating should be available. Overall, the apartments and the grounds are very nice. Nevertheless, I rate the price Leistleistungs ratio as rather mediocre. Have had in Thailand already equivalent apartments for much less money. Phuket is just not Thailand.

Beautiful place. The people are lovely, helpful and friendly.

It's a quiet place. Polite staff. Infrastructure on solid 8 (3). Everything is more expensive than Koh Samui.

The suite is beautiful and gives a great view of the lakes and the golf courses, it is well equipped and decorated with care. Features two terraces, a beautiful kitchen, a real living room and a king size bed. The pool is very large and nice. Security is at the point with vigilantes at every parking entrance.
I take a point because apart from the suites and the pool there is not really any equipment, no lobby but just a small room as a reception, no gym etc. We could have the suite in the last minutes at 58 euros and it was well worth the shot. Be careful not to venture down if you are not motorized.
The beach is not far away, and this is the best of Phuket in my opinion. I kept the name to preserve his intimate side:)

Beautiful peaceful, beach within a easy 5 minute walk, golden sandy clean.
Apartment has lots and lots of space so quiet, needs a touch up mattress little old now and it feels worn out, there is not as much going on outside so if you want clubs and bars it's not here.
Staff helpful but seem to struggle with understanding, not sure why as everywhere we've been it's been fun and a pleasure to interact.

Recommend for family's or couples or the single person who just wants to chill. So anyone really.

Very nice place. Nice apartments. A bit far from downtown and few affordable shops or restaurants nearby.

Quiet and beautiful places. Less traffic.

I was here for the third time now and would have given 5 stars last year. The system is still very nice, but also a bit worn out. You notice the 20 years of use, but almost all defects were put to an immediate effect. From this point of view, price and performance are still right. You have to know that there is no hotel service apart from cleaning the rooms, especially breakfast. You can buy vouchers and have breakfast in the neighbouring hotel, but this is strongly discouraged. On the other hand, the furnishing of the rooms makes it easy to produce a decent breakfast yourself.
A stay at the Alamanda requires renting a vehicle. There is a well-functioning bus shuttle service on the grounds of the Laguna, but you have to leave the premises for shopping.

There were two seasons for several months… I know that now there are no breakfasts, there is no retsepshena, but we were in the last year before the hotel was deformed and turning it finally into a condominium, so we caught everything… Of course it was great! Huge rooms, their small pools… But the most important thing is that Allamanda enters the system of Laguna… That's Why we used the water transport to pass to the sea, used a small bus… As they called It-the shuttle… About the weather and nature to speak no sense. I think everyone knows That. Price-the quality is very good have been before at the hotel and now the apartment to shoot profitable… This is information from friends of former last year… Recommend.

Clean room, reasonable price.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone on a budget. It's a safe spot for people with kids, but the perks end there. On the resort everything is twice the price, and even if you walk outside the resort everyone wants to charge you double if they see you come from there. Overall, this place made me want to choose another island.

I come here more often. Very love place. Relax to see good view sea sand and sun.

Rooms are big spacious and airy. Does not have a restaurant. The front desk too closes by 9.00 pm.

Allamanda is perfect gateway in Phuket for indoor and outdoor activities and relax.

Good place to stay but beach too far. But parking space not enough' parking outside the building… quiet place…

Rooms were large and comfortable. Some car park issues at night. Breakfast was not on property but at adjoining hotel. Food was nearly the same over the course of five days. Without a rented car it would be quite inconvenient to get to Patong.

Was this year 2010, then it was all very good. Large green areas, excellent rooms, though a bit outdated. Delicious breakfasts. Was a private beach access, but only via boat across the lagoon, but that was not the problem, there was even a great romance in it. At the end of year 2015 walked across the lagoon, entered the allamandy-both the hotel and the sea-sad somehow. I would not say that the devastation, but over 5 years exactly all deteriorated. So now it's more feedback on memories and probably what was then the hotel. Now I'm really glad I didn't succumb to memories and never went there, and chose another hotel in the lagoon.

The hotel is situated in the Laguna Phuket Resort. With absolute certainty this amazing place can be called a pearl of Phuket. It has a huge green territory with different hotels integrated to a single wonderful concept. Our room has a little kitchen with all necessary stuff, a living room, a bedroom with big and very comfortable bed, and a bathroom. The room was light and very quiet with the window and a balcony facing into the golf fields. Our room rate included excellent everyday buffet breakfasts at Holiday Club. The room is equipped with a color LCD TV, air conditioners, fans and great Wi-Fi access. The reception staff was very courteous and helpful in checking in and out — excellent service. Also you can use mini shuttles on the whole Laguna territory for free. We love everything in this resort from start to finish. This is a place we want to go back again, and again, and again! It's the place to feel harmony with nature.

This is the worst possible place I have ever booked. When we arrived there is no reception and there is a poor guy who just checks the booking. He took us to an absolute hovel of a room which smelled so bad and almost toxic. We could not possbily stay there. We complained and he moved us to another room which was so dusty and dirty it started my son's asthma. They were absolutely useless in the hotel and the cleaning staff were useless. In the end I called Agoda and asked for a full refund and moved to another hotel. Please DO NOT BOOK this place. It is appalling.
