We stayed in room 11 and was very satisfied with our experience here. Great sea, island views and very peaceful. The room was really clean and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful, kind and always at hand to give advise on what to do and where to go! Can go to all the sites straight from the hotel pier, really helpful! Main town is a little coastal walk away but you can get a water taxi really easily from the hotel. Would like to point out the steps from the pier to the hotel itself are steep but you can stop, rest and enjoy the incredible views if you need to? Definitely will book again, what an amazing place! Harry and Nicole.

Loved our stay here. Long beach best beach on Pi Pi water crystal clear. Sharks point right on beach you can swim with the black tip reef sharks if you get a long tail boat a short way to the rocky outcrop. You could swim but bit dodgy as long tails come inbetween. View point a must saw monkeys, lizards@ snakes. Idyllic location away from the madness of the town, but still enough to do. Nightly fire shows on beach. ONLY regret not staying longer than 2 nights. Lovely meals at restaurant amazing.

The hotel is good but is too far from the center of the island so if you want to go outside the hotel you need to take a boat or walk for about an hour to get anywhere so if you are on a budget is not recommenmended or practical.

It was an awesome place. Far from the noise and up a mountain so with a beautiful view in the morning. The bengalos were great. Overall I would recommend as a place to stay.

Warming! I have been stolen in this resort! On the second day a staff was cleaning my room and after that when I came back to the bungalow my wallet was open and 650bath disappeared. The manager was very rude, when I informed about the problem. Next day (everything happened when the reception was closed) in the morning no supervisor or manager was there to fix this problem up! Be careful. I don't recommend this place! I'm very disappointed.

Beautiful resort. Bit of a hike but they're building new stairs that'll make the trek easier. Breakfast is convenient and decent. Loved the huge windows and the sea view. Bathroom is a little lackluster considering the rest of the resort.

Into the calm wild! Not so far from Tonsai Pier, it could be a perfect solution to stay at Koh Phi Phi Don and get one of the best sight of the island. At the same time it's easy to reach the main pier and make many boat trips with the HIP Resort staff. I really appreciated my staying there.

Unfortunately more the cons of the pros. When we went it exploded the generator and we were without electricity and running water so then we moved to another resort. A good disservice! Nice view but the stairway from the beach to the long tired.

Great potential… Not at all honeymoon quality. The room had mostly boarded up windows. They were doing construction the entire time on new stairs and had only a partially functioning kitchen and no bar. This made the 100+ stairs to the next closest resort a pain. The sound of a metal saw blade ripping through rebar during breakfast was pretty lame too. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. This place has the potential to be a nice spot. It’s not there yet.

Away from the crazy crowd! If you are looking for tranquility on Phi Phi Island, you want to avoid noise, loud music and confusion This is the place for you: away from Tonsai, on the far end of beautiful long Beach and close enough to walk in town or with a Long tail boat. Spartan Bungalows, non-existent finishes, no bathroom door but a tent, plenty of breakfast to order the day before, 100 steps to get down to the beach, cleanliness in the local average… on the beach you find a good family restaurant (do not look Too much cooking…) And a nice restaurant with grilled fish.

Nice bungalow, shame that it needs hyper 102 steps to access the hotel!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room had everything you needed, a bit basic, but very comfy bed. Breakfast included. Amazing views. Enjoyed our stay.

The views are the best on Phi Phi Don. I can't stress that enough. The bungalows themselves are OK, but not the nicest you'll find on the island. The walk back to town is nice, but will take about 40 minutes one way. Their breakfast is great and the views…

Great bungalows, very clean and comfortable. More importantly, great location away from the guff of central phi phi. A quick, 100bht trip to town if you need it and the hotel does great breakfast. All the staff are very friendly and helpful too.

The place is magnificent but the resort does not excel for cleanliness and comfort. The view is spectacular…

Odnaznachno, if you come to Phi Phi is worth staying at Long Beach-chic beach! The hotel has a beautiful green area with blowing views, but there are a few drawbacks: the houses do not open windows-either sit under the kondeem with the risk of catching, or in stuffiness, the second-the menu of the restaurant monotonous and very expensive-to eat Go down to the beach, hotels which on the beach there are chairs and umbrellas, here only rent them for money! In general, the rest is very pleasant, but next time you want to stay at the beach Resort or Paradise pearl-they seem to be perfect!

At this resort, the spirits are different. The staff is very nice and friendly. Help me right now. The breakfast I found delicious. You could order everything that stood on it and if you were still hungry you got everything again. Super. The infamous stairs to the resort I found not so bad. It's probably more the heat and humidity that make the whole thing so hard.
What I didn't like was that the bungalows are very dirty ants everywhere bird poop on the terrace also the staff did not remove the bird poop despite multiple requests. For almost $100 a night I expect something else. The bungalows look crappy and unlike the Aonang Palm Kiri Resort is absolutely unacceptable. Luxury is sought in vain here. It's definitely not worth the money. There are better and cheaper bungalows on the Long Beach. And under resort I understand something else. The view from the terrace nice and good but on the beach the bungalows offer the same. A resort is definitely not. Would never book it again. I travel very often. And that was a set of X. That was probably nothing.

Bungalows are comfortable and clean, with a fantastic view. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC unit was the best I've seen in Thailand. The room got cold almost immediately. The view was very good as well! The location is the only drawback. It's about 100 tough stairs up no matter how you get there. Getting to town is either 100 baht/person via longboat or a 45 minute HIKE.

Amazing place. I suggest the cabane with view. Nice staff. Kitties are around. But breakfast is so so. There are stairs to get to the cabane. But the staff takes care of the heavy baguages.

Charming Bungalow hotel located at the end of Long Beach. The location is ideal, it allows to reach tones on foot in a big 20aine of minutes by a path lit at night or faster in Longtail boat, without suffering the largest mass of these. The beach at this level is spared by noisy bars but allows to eat. The staircase of 103 steps is facing shark point where one can very easily observe the local fauna including sharks.

The views are certainly just amazing. But in order to enjoy them, you need to climb the stairs uphill. You get used to it quickly, but people with heart problems are better to choose another hotel. Nothing Rooms with hot water, mosquito net on the door, powerful air conditioning, hot water. The hotel grounds are well maintained by Thai standards and spacious, not jungle. The mosquitoes eat in the evening, in the morning flies attack at breakfast. At night yelling monkeys, in the morning birds. There is an impudent fold cat, which is difficult to outrun. The shuttle bus back to the pier had to be paid for. In the evening supper almost all go down, there are cheap worthy establishments. And yes, the luggage is not to be dragged upstairs, there is a lift.

Location was great in the sense that it is very silent and remote. The view was also great. But there is no real beach to the hotel, staff wasn't friendly, prices at the restaurant are quite high (even for Phi Phi). So all in 3.5 stars.

Phi phi was a great place but the resort not that great. Rooms were strictly ok. Climbing up to the resort was a big task but I guess that is there for all resorts in phi phi or you pay more for sea touching resort.

Friendly resort with incredible views on the island of Phi Phi.

Great view, calm, clean! The bungalows are clean, the breakfast served at the table as a large variety of choice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Direct access to the beautiful beach of long beach just down the stairs. There is taxi boat service if you need to go to town (100-150B) I highly recommend.

Had a great time here — would highly recommend. Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. If you aren't active or have mobility issues, not the place for you as about 100 stairs to get to the resort. We quite enjoyed the excersize. Beautiful views, but restaurant somewhat limited. Complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. Long Beach is definitely amazing, but the resort is about as far away from the town as you can get, and we found food options quite limited and lacking on the south side of the island.

The breakfast is very good.
The view from the room (cabin) is very good. The room is very comfortable, clean and spacious. It has an armchair outside to enjoy the view.
It has many stairs, we did not stop anything, the view is worth it.
To be quiet and enjoy the beach is the best beach to stay.

Nice place, it is simple but really comfortable and forces you to stay in shape because to get to the cabins you need to climb 103 steps Hahahahahhaha also has a good breakfast and air conditioning.

The view over kho phi phi Ley and the opposite rock formation will leave you resting on your terrace. Breakfast is OK. The 103 stairs up from the beach keeps you fit. Service is welcoming and friendly. We had villa 11 with seaview — a bit exposed but with a great view from the terrace. It was quite expensive during christmas period.

HIP resort is situated on the far side of Long Beach so if you've just arrived, it's definitely worth getting on one of the boat taxis to take you there. Getting in/out of these at the Long Beach pier is always fun (make sure you advise the staff what time you'll be arriving as there is no lift. The walk up the steep stairs to HIP from the pier isnt for the faint hearted (seriously) but once you're up there the views are breathtaking — just don't forget your suncream when you leave as once you're down you wont want to go back up! The manager was lovely & the omelette we had for breakfast was incredible. The cabins include aircon, satellite TV and a safe. Sitting on the balcony outside listening to the crickets was a great experience too. If you want to go to the main town then the alternative to the taxi boat is to walk along long beach, climb through a wooded area and continue through other resorts. This is a beautiful walk, but again, not for people who have difficulty walking.
