Everything is excellent. Very clean and people attentive.

Great and very nice hotel near to the port. Great restaurants near by beach. I enjoyed to stay here.

First of all I am thankful to FLYNOTE. & Shivam who have arranged our trip and Recomded to stay at phi phi chaokoh Resort. This hotel at great location, just a short walk from the pier and also from local restaurants and bars. It was also quiet in the surrounding area which was an added bonus. We were in a newly renovated room which was lovely and modern. Lovely pool. And loved the view. Partial sea view with garden view from balcony. Highly recommend. Checked all properties but this one is best.

Good food, ambience, beverages and perfect view. The ambience was good It's beach side, you can just sit on the beach if you want. The staff understands English really well. The day view is pretty good But It looks all gloomy in the night although the place closes at around 10 which is too early but overall it's a great place to have your meals.

I really liked this hotel. Very quiet. The breakfast was good too. The rooms are very very clean. Only negative was that I booked a partial sea view grand deluxe and they gave me a view of the power lines. Oh well, at least it was clean.

Requested pool view but unfortunately the hotel is being renovated. Building noise all day. However room given had nice tropical view. A few maintenance issues initially which were attended to immediately. We were then offered a better room with sea view! Very friendly staff.

This hotel is currently in the process of being renovated. The staff are very nice and friendly and are professional. The room was nice. They provide you with 2 daily waters bottles as well as umbrellas, slippers, bathrobes and toiletries. It is situated across the street from a beach. Keep in mind that upon arrival they ask for a 500 baht deposit for the key.

Amazing rooms. Decent cooperative staff. Ok breakfast, can be improved. Great hotel location and facilities. Right in the middle of action. Shops all around for ease and enjoyment of travelers.

We stayed here for two nights. We called ahead and they had someone at the pier to greet us and carry our luggage. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Great A/C! The hotel is literally across from the water. Although it's not accessible but the beach is a short walk near the pier. There were only a few disappointments. The pool is quite small and not as inviting. And, even though the breakfast was included, it just wasn't the best for us. With that said, we would definitely stay here again and again! The pics are from when we stayed May, 2018.

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Staff always helpful and smiling (with some exceptions in some receptionists). Very clean. Great Breakfast and very varied served on a terrace overlooking the bay. I spent three nights to remember.

This is a lovely place to spend a few days. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the bed is more comfortable than the average thai beds. The staff is friendly and helpful and speak English quite well. They have a nice garden with exotic trees and plants and the hotel restaurant is also nice, both in the morning and evening. The breakfast selection is great and food quality is good, probably the best I have had on holidays in thailand and the view from the second floor breakfast table is great. The hotel also arranges a island hopping / snorkeling tour which is inexpensive and good. It was the best tour we went on during the stay at phi phi islands.

Definitely overpriced however all lodging prices on phi phi are high. Bathroom REEKED of sewage. We had to keep the door closed just to keep the smell contained. Breakfast was probably the worst we had in Thailand. Hotel bed was very hard. Chao koh will charge you for anything they possibly can. Lost room key is a fine of 500 baht! They are definitely lacking on the hospitality. Location in the pier was not ideal for us. Wish we would have chosen something more secluded and not in the middle of the chaos.

Rooms on the ground floor are the horror. Louder than staying at the station.

Stayed for two nights in a budget bungalow, night sleep is not possible, music.

The bungalow they gave me was horrible. Leave about 4 star it doesn't even match a 1 star rating. The toilet was so awful and couldn't shower it properly. They are building new rooms, but the old one looks awful and would not recommend it.

Stayed here for three nights. It was during our honeymoon and the staff made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and surprised us with a little decoration on the bed for us. I absolutely love the whole hotels decorations with the fish and wood. It's been the best hotel we stayed in so far during our honeymoon. This is the perfect location far away from the party side so you won't be disturbed from the loud music. It's also walkable to anywhere on the island. The breakfast was also Great! Reason for not 5 star is the paper thin walls, the noise from people closing/opening the doors. Also can hear housekeeping knocking in the morning for cleaning the rooms. I suggest ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Other than that I recommend this hotel. It's great for families and couples.

Beautiful hotel, nice views, super friendly staff. Close to the pier and has easy access to most attractions on the island. Would definitely come back again.

Very nice hotel close to the pier. The room we stayed in was nice and modern and the bed was softer than most places in Thailand. The shower gets warm but not hot. We set the air conditioning pretty low but it never seemed to get too cool. The pool is nice and they provide free beach towels. The beach that is closest is ok to sun bathe on but not good for swimming as it's shallow and there are so many boats around. The good/party beach is about a 10 minute walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants atound. The hotel is far enough away from the party areas so is quiet at night.

The staff here is really helpful and friendly. The room for the most part is clean, there are pockets of dust here and there. The pool seems unused at best. The best thing this hotel has is the fact that it is close to the pier. So it's not hard to get to after arriving from the ferry. You also don't need to fight your way through lots of crowds when you leave. Its close to the beach. Nothing on the island is far, so it is close to shops and restaurants.

So the best thing this place has going for it is the location. It's close to the ferry. We didn't try the food here or anything like that. Nothing is far on Koh Phi Phi Don do restaurants and bars are also really close. In terms of cleanliness, it's quite clean, but if you're looking for a party, you're not going to find it here, you're better off looking closer to Loh Dalam Bay.

The worst hotel I have stayed in whilst traveling through Thailand! Actually — the worst hotel I have stayed in, in my life. The rooms do not match the pictures and the staff are the rudest people I have ever met. When I said I got the wrong room and could I change, four reception members laughed in my face and start speaking in Thai and laughing uncontrollably. I left the hotel and stayed in a much cleaner, friendlier hotel down the road! If I knew how to give zero stars I would!

Very good friendly team. Breakfast, we are not just like it used to, but when you consider that everything must be with boats to the island, it is ok. Spacious rooms, always clean, gladly again.

Very nice and clean rooms, pool could be bigger but hey! Thats hard to change, staff is friendly and speaks good english.

Scam alert! bunch of thieves! and if you can't cancel the reservation, be aware to count your money every day, and don't ever leave it in the room and a specially not in the safe.

Rooms were clean but small and the water in the swimming pool a little bit dirty. Breakfast was good, with sea view.

For the options available in the island this was a good choice. The hotel is 5 mins walking distance from the ferry. The room was spacious, modern and well equiped. Free water and coffee facilities in the room. The bathroom was also modern and the walking shower was well design with a seat also. Staff was friendly on arrival The pool was quite small for the size of the hotel. The hotel seems to have some older rooms that are not in the hotel building so make sure you book the ones that are new/renovated.

Hotel was very clean and close to the pier. Rooms were spacious and well kept.

Great location, great service, but you can get better accommodation at this price, and the Wi-Fi is only in the hotel lobby.

Excellent hotel! Very good value for your money. They location of this hotel is everything, 2 min walk from tonsai Pier, in the heart of everything. An the Best part your are garanteed a peaceful sleep away from all the loud clubs on the other side of the island who usually play extremely loud music till 2am. The pool was nice and cleans, towels were provided. The bed was big and super comfy, extra pillows and plenty of towels in the room. AC was perfection. A lot of people were complaining about the furniture being "dated" honestly that was the least of my worries. The rooms had a closet, table, couple of chairs, even a little balcony to hang your wet clothes. Overall an amazing stay, staff was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Simply put : Stay away from this hotel. Accessibility : This hotel (resort they call! ) is about 10-minutes walk way from Phi Phi Pier. Price : Hotel charges were a rip off and for the (lack of) convenience. I'd not recommend to stay here again. Rooms : Rooms are very poorly designed, they simply lack privacy. Room had a simple sliding door (very lightly shaded), one has to put on screens for privacy. The bath/washroom that we stayed on, was so pathetically looking and wasn't even painted. Cemented walls were just open and also, lack proper air ventilation and started to smell bad upon use. Showers were rusted and lacked any water pressure, whatsoever. Running water I think was simply the seawater and it was so salty that one couldn't rinse their mouth. Food Options : Breakfast options lacked options and was tasting bland. There are lot of food options near by, but they all come at a price. Sanitation/Hygiene : This point is not about the hotel, but the overall area. It rained once and all the scum/sewage started to float out, in the open in the overall area! It was so unhygienic with foul smell. It took hours to clean our foot wear and still the overall place smelled bad, next day after rain. Watch out.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff always willing to help. Rooms with air conditioning, bathroom well equipped, clean, the only thing to observe is the added bed was a camp bed not very comfortable! The breakfast is very complete! It was the luxury of the holiday as escape a bit of our budget but worth it if you enjoy the place!

Overall, not bad. For those who are on Ko Phi Phi, need civilization.

Good location and rooms good with small balcony and air conditioning, plus breakfast included. The Wifi does not work well in the pieces. The toilet the bathroom could be better.

Good value for the price we paid, there might be better rooms but we did this hotel on a budget and it was good. Good AC, great location walking distance from the pier and the main streets.

This review is for the hotel. We stayed in the new building, in one of the deluxe rooms, and it was lovely. Really clean, new, modern and pretty. Good air conditioning and friendly staff at the reception. Just what we needed after a long trip.

Great location, steps from the pier. Service is outstanding and they give you a glass of fruit juice while you're checking in. Great pool, standard breakfast buffet and not loud at night. Rooms are clean.
