Amazing pool areas, beautiful beach — rooms a bit small for three and not enough space or shelves for our things, but bathroom good size, nice balcony, good breakfast …

Easy to everything, very accommodating, got me broken in the holiday, the Hand, the receptionist gave me a Good reformatory card and a fruit basket. Simply a Top Hotel, friendly, always a Smile on the lips, very helpful. We will come back for sure.

Very good service. Clean and vig place. Tasty food and few pools, also have pools for small kids.
but for us was hard to find place because the hotel is in the end of small street and there no any banner with name of hotel. In night we few times miss up our street… and in gps also adres was wrong. Wold be good if they will fix it.

This was by far the best resort I have stayed in. Beautiful staff, great rooms and amenities, fantastic views and delicious restaurant. I also had the best massage and facial at the Spa :)

Exceptional hotel with brilliant facilities. The rooms are large & spacious we had the pool balcony which was superb. Staff are very friendly & accommodating offering great service. Breakfast menu is brilliant with plenty of choices. The location is great which offers the best beach frontage of all the hotels. The shop onsite is great offering beers & snacks at a great price if you can’t be bothered walking into town The only thing that I can see that lets this top hotel down is that the dinner meals are very hit and miss with more misses than hits. The cooking just isn’t consistent. Staff need more training in this area to ensure they deliver exactly what’s on the menu. If it wasn’t for the meals this hotel would be a 10/10 in my book. I Definitely would stay here again but I wouldn’t have inclusive with meals or order dinner here which is a shame.

We are staying at X10 and have been blown away by the beautiful, friendly staff and fantastic amenities. Our daughter is celebrating her 8th birthday today and we didn't say a word to them and we get a knock at our door with cake, balloons and mocktails and singing happy birthday! Wonderful memories and would recommend 10 out of 10! Thank you X10!

Recently back from 15 nights at this amazing resort — despite being first 2 weeks of UK school holidays it was very quiet. The facilities and staff were amazing with a great location set back on a quiet lane but only a 10 minute walk to hustle and bustle of town! The resort fronts on to a lovely beach so can have best of both worlds when you can't decide between pool or beach! Very clean and modern with good gym and spa facilities too. The restaurant was great with a fab buffet breakfast … loved it!

We are going back for a second time this year. We had a very pleasant stay last year, the staff is beyond awesome! Only one area I think they can improve on is the TV channel selection, especially if you have kids and cannot go out at night. A nice movie would be great when the kids are asleep. All round great value for money, we will continue to go back.

Excellent facility for vacation fun. Nice beach. Excellent food. Attentive staff. The family suite with bunk beds is amazing. Our grandkids had a great time at kids club and on the water slide. Comfy beds and very clean. Nicest place we have stayed in a year of travel in Thailand! Clean pools. Good air conditioning in rooms.

The family suites are very nice with bunk beds and a huge playroom for the littles. Fruit baskets in the room on arrival… great food in the restaurants. This place was the best we have stayed in Thailand during the past 9 months.

An amazing hotel with friendly attentive staff. So many activities to do during your stay. The breakfast choices will not disappoint. Even the most fussy eater will find many choices. Absolutely wonderful hotel. Clean, very high standard attention to detail. Staff attentive and always smiling. Food excellent, lovely environment and right on the beach. Highly recommended.

Friendly professional staff, warm welcome on arrival happy to help during stay. Very modern spacious rooms nice consideration to separate children's bed room. Restaurants were excellent really good selection of food available. Swimming pools were first class, shame children not allowed at all in the beach end "adult pool" which meant we were unable to use the pool bar facility. Landscapes and gardening all very good. I have loved our stay at X10 including the evening entertainment, support for early breakfast on departure. I was very happy also that the beautiful beach was so close and so clean. Wonderful. I would return tomorrow if possible. Each night the good night sweet dreams card with milk and cookies was very well received by my two sons thank you. 10/10

Very nice clean plant. Highly recommended. The staff is very accommodating. We spent a great holiday here. One point deduction because we had the last room towards the sea and next to it was separated by a half-height wall was a toilet. From there there were always smells that were very unpleasant.

I do not recommend the hotel X10Khao Lak at all. Dirty, unkind, dog poop near the pool picked up after 3 requests and the turf remained unwashed despite our requests leaving us the smell near our sunbeds. Very average breakfasts, a dirigisme and an unacceptable diktat. Brief Choisssissez in another if you want to enjoy your holiday!

Very modern and clean facility with seven different pools. All the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Also to be observed is how cordially and patiently the staff deals with children. The food is consistently first class and varied, whether at breakfast or dinner.

It fits all. Super Hotel 2016 ready, beach top, staff äussest helpful and super friendly.

So far only stayed 4 nights of our 14. A great hotel with very friendly staff. Food is very good and reasonably priced. The adults only pool is a great bonus. There is also a fabulous children's pool area. My only gripe is that no matter what time you come down for breakfast towels are out on the beds. In the brochure it said that management would remove all unattended towels left before 10am.

Only thing that bothered me was the toilet right by the bed behind the glass pane, and no German speaking staff.

Very nice hotel complex with large, modern furnished rooms. Large pool area, also ideal for families with children. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The beach is right behind the pool bar, just gorgeous.

A quiet, peaceful place with a great beach! Great hotel for families with children. Such a little in Thailand.

The place is beautiful. The menu is correct and still the price is ok for the food. I have been there to visit the show and the Filipinos dancers Lyn and Manuel was amazing. They are doing the difference compared to others places. Thank you.

It deliver okay and the service exellent. But for a 5 star hotel many details are missing.

Location; Breakfast; Staff perfect; The fountain sucks a little… and attention: The pool is only for adults; We had 16 days a room with huge terrace and direct pool access; But unfortunately without sun.

Best hotel for Kids on Khaolak, recommend!

We took a 10 night scoopon deal which was exceptional value. I can not speak highly enough of the resort and staff. The food and staff have been phenomenal. They go out of their way to help you and make your stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Saw and all the kitchen staff who greet us daily with a welcoming smile. The resort is spotless and plenty of activities. Although a few extra movie channels would be nice when it’s pouring rain but hey that’s all I have to complain about. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return.
For the management. Please continue to look after your staff as they make the resort a pleasant place to stay… not enough stars for the review.

Nice new resort, all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The pools are a good temperature (often too hot in Thailand) but a bit shallow. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard in selection but good quality and fresh. The main restaurant was quite good at other times also. There are gym classes offered which is good to see and give you an excuse to pig out at the buffet!

Exceptional X10! What a beautiful resort. We stayed for 8 nights and could not fault anything. The staff are just beautiful and the service is amazing. I would like to give special mention to the breakfast, you have excelled in this area. There are really not enough superlatives to tell you how good this place is. Having now spent three weeks in Thailand and after staying at 3 different resorts I feel compelled to further mention X10.
Where do I start?
The Staff… Cairan McNeill (Manager) has done an outstanding job selecting and training the most wonderful team of staff we have encountered on our travels. They are charming, they are engaging, they are knowleagable and they cannot do enough for you. You will not get a better staff experience anywhere.
The Restaurants … how do they do it? Extensive menues that cover everything from Thai Cuisine to Steak and Seafood… Pizza and Pasta… magnificent starters and entrees that are a meal in themselves. Not to mention the delicious desserts.
None of this buffet rubbish at X10.
The Grounds … beautiful buildings with lagoon pools meandering through … beachfront dining. Staff are constantly cleaning.
Housekeeping … extensive thorough daily clean with sunset turndowns with a flower and a treat. Immediate response to any requests.
I could go on and on and on.

The hotel has only been open 9 months and I have to say it's absolutely perfect. From the moment you walk into the lobby you are made to feel at home, greeted by smiling faces with a sawadeeca (roughly translated:good day) once signed in your bags are taken to your room. We were upgraded to larger accommodation because the beach view 'chalet' (more like a one bed apartment) were being decorated. It's currently rainy season so the place was quiet, our room looked out over one of seven pools and was very clean and well presented, upon investigation there is ironing facilities, complimentry robes, slippers and flip flops and umbrellas, coffee and a selection of twinings teas and 2 bottles of water (replenished daily) in the fridge. In the wetroom, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all enriched with something to help keep the mosquitos at bay (it smells lovely too! ). In the morning we went for breakfast and I've never seen such a vast selection, truly something for everyone! Given that it's low season my expectations of the hotel entertainment where not high but there where activities on most days.

Great new hotel. Had a Scoopon voucher for 8 nights and everything delivered as promised. Nice and quiet, staff very friendly. Food exceptional. Real slow on the drinks, but first world problems!

We had 8 amazing days here. The staff were amazing in the restaurant especially Arty, Jack, Seow, Jane and Roman. Breakfast was fantastic and lots to choose from. Love the juicer! Also those banana fritters… yum The only thing I would say is that the drinks could be faster and more attention to detail is needed — Ordering a virgin drink and discovering alcohol in it… twice. We had a pool access room and totally recommend it. My daughter loved being able to jump in whenever she wanted! The spa was absolutely amazing. Massages and scrubs to die for! Loved it so much! The water slide was a huge hit with my daughter as it was with Dad, grandpa and mum! Haha Fantastic service, staff, food, spa, room and pools! Extremely happy to have stayed! Thanks so much X10 xxx.

Very nice clean new resort. Excellent staff and very welcoming of children. Lots of pools, waterslide, right on the beach and a short walk to town.

From the moment I arrived at the airport they have been fantastic.

The hotel is an extremely well-maintained, new facility with direct access to the beautiful, scenic beach of Khao Lak. The breakfast has a very high quality. All dishes are fresh and, above all, extremely varied. Here everyone must find something in the truest sense of the word. Contrary to some comments there was always a place. The quality of the drinks and the restaurant is top notch. There is also a very low waiting time at the beach with very high quality. If you are expecting to stay in this hotel "Hully Gully" as in the package all-inclusive holiday in Turkey, here is wrong. It is an installation of the high standard. We have found only very pleasant guests, all of whom are looking for: peace and relaxation.

Wonderful facilities, swimming pool are awsome… The kid park is ideal thanks to nice people working there… The only disappointment is about the food that is not that great, I was expecting much more in one of the best country of the worldfor for cuisine (thai food)

Medium-sized new facility. Several Pools and Bars. At Breakfast a very loud noise and you constantly have to wait for a free space. On the beach are all with towels reserved. The facility is very clean, the staff is also very friendly and helpful. There are many ways to spend his leisure time. To the centre approx. 5 min and to the White Beatch 20 min with the Taxi.

Great Hotel, had direct access to the pool. Frühstücksmäsig everything was there for us, what you need! Beautiful Beach. Perfect for families who want it a little quieter.

Super new Hotel. 3 Pools top beach location and all the staff very nice. However, … very, very many families with small children, who don't recommend bothering.

Brand new. Great for families. Very nice kids club and good sports program with courses and gym. Great, very friendly staff. Perfect for a calm, relaxing holidays with pools everywhere.
