2017. Inadmissible that 3 nights I have been here, 1 will close the restaurant before rest of staff (hire waiters to replace them or failing to notify customers before booking in your hotel). And another night, without any kind of warning, you closed the bellini restaurant service, replacing it with a buffet dinner that, besides being extremely expensive (€ 60 for 2 people), has been very, very disappointing in the dishes offered. The problem is that the hotel is so far from the town of Ao Nang, about 30 minutes by car (where all the restaurants and shops are located) that it is advisable to dine at the hotel and that is where you take advantage of your clients. You have managed to feel completely conned. Thank you for spoiling our last night of the honeymoon. He estado desde el 16 de noviembre hasta el 19 — 2017. Inadmisible que de 3 noches que he estado aquí, 1 cerraran antes el restaurante por descanso del personal (contratar a camareros que les sustituyan o en su defecto avisar a los clientes antes de reservar en vuestro hotel). Y otra noche, sin ningún tipo de aviso, cerrarais el servicio del restaurante bellini sustituyéndolo por una cena tipo buffet que además de exageradamente caro (60 € por 2 personas) ha sido muy pero que muy excaso en los platos ofrecidos. El problema es que el hotel está tan apartado del pueblo de Ao Nang, a unos 30 minutos en coche (donde se ubican todos los restaurantes y tiendas) que lo recomendable es cenar en dicho hotel y ahí es donde os aprovecháis de vuestros clientes. Habéis conseguido sentirme plenamente estafado. Gracias por habernos estropeado nuestra última noche de la luna de miel.
