Very nice hotel in the centre of Krabi town with river views and near the night market square! Unforgettable experience.

Absolutely enjoyed staying here, and the balcony was the extra touch.

Basic but good location, restaurants, bars, coffee places and public transport are all walking distance. Also for the airport bus.

Service was good. Staff was friendly. Room were clean n neat. Daily housekeeping fast n good. Would love to come back again.

Warm atmosphere. Lovely and generous owner who's happy to help you in your journey and who's giving you many tips to have a safe and cheap trip. Jane take care of her guest like we were her adopted child. For that price, you couldn't find a better place!

The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. The staff are very helpful and good people. It also has a shared balcony, and a convenient location, but the noise from the motorbikes outside is really disturbing. Why they don’t sound prof buildings in Thailand I have no idea. The traffic gets quieter at night but if you want an early night this is no good. You may as well be sleeping in the street from the racket outside. Also the bathroom has mould which is something which should always be addressed immediately.

Nice hotel if the right person is behind reception (if not see how you get your staff in the 4 floor without elevator) Clean and worth the price. The breakfast opposite the street in an other hotel is overpriced and more show then tast but that's not the fail from this hotel.

Very helpful staff, the room we stayed was so perfect, spacious and air conditioner work very well. Very reasonable price to stay… 3minutes walk from night market :)

Very nice lady, warm and welcoming smile! But other employees don't speak much
english.
Pros:
Big and clean room, bathrooms fine, A/C working good, good location.
Cons:
bed hard as rock, welcome to Thailand!
Breakfast could use an upgrade (only toast and jam, and even we had to wait 45min because no more bread.
All in all, good budget option, the lady gives good info.

A decent hotel in Krabi. Excellent location. Very good Wi-Fi, AC. Not very loud despite being in the very city centre. The toilet could be improved — low water pressure, not very warm water, no shower curtain so water ends up everywhere in the toilet. Thin walls — if your neighbors are loud, you'll hear them. Fortunately we didn't experience that much.

Friendly staff. The room was clean. Every day cleaning of the room.

Just bad. It is dilapidated, the rooms are decorated in a mind-numbing, the Service is poor, and the only thing about this Hotel is good, is the location.

Jane is so lovely! She upgraded us from a dorm to a double room for free because it was empty and she just wanted us to have a nice stay.

Stayed here for a couple nights, very clean rooms. 2 minutes from weekend market. Room was cleaned daily. Coffee & water provided along with other non inclusive bar snacks. Reception can book tours and transfers.

I stayed in the yellow building across the street from the hotel, that is owned by the hotel. It was clean and very reasonably priced. There is not much to the town of Krabi.

Not a pleasant stay. Small room, extremely basic room, comparing to others in town, rate is higher. However, close to night seafood stalls (though not that fresh). If looking for Krabi town hotel/hostel, try out Pak Up Hostel, everything is convenient here.

Great value hotel in the centre of Krabi.

We had a fantastic stay at cube hostel. Jane is so friendly and such a warm person, she helped us with literally everything and we don't know what we would have down without her!
The rooms and facilities were very clean, the breakfast also really good and it has the perfect location next to all the important food markets.
We enjoyed the days here very much and can highly recommend the place!

Large spotlessly clean rooms with fridge and hot shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Good value. Floor 2 rooms have balconies.

It was just great! Jane is awesome! She helps everyone.
The hostel was overbooked and then she gave us another room and it was simply perfect. It was the best room since Thailand.
And really… she is so nice. If we will go another time to Krabi we will stay definately there.

Nice place, clean, friendly owner and really helpful. The matrace was hard, but that's not a problem for me. Bananas allday and breakfast included. The Wi-Fi is really slow, but for some easy tasks enough.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I originally planned to stay one night but managed to stay another because the owner, Jane, is so wonderful! She is very maternal and cares for her guests. She made my short stay in Krabi very memorable by helping book a tour and even my trip out of Krabi. The beds are quite hard but I still had a good nights sleep. Jane really made up for the basic accommodations that you'd get at any hostel. I miss her already!

Jane was a lovely host. Despite a mix up with our room managed to sort my girlfriend and I out with accommodation elsewhere on the street. We paid the same price, and were still invited to the hostel for breakfast in the morning! Jane also got us a discounted price for a bus to Koh Lanta and provided us with some snacks for the ride. The location is good — a 2 minute walk from the night market, and a 5-10 minute walk from bars such as Cozy, Fubar and Playground. We will be returning to Krabi on our route back, and hope that this time we can stay in the Cube hostel and enjoy more time with Jane.

I stayed there for 2 nights, both private room and dorms are very clean and organized. Jane will make you feel like at home, giving you good recommendations and She even took me to some places nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended!.

Big cheap up-market clean rooms. Soft matress, fridge and hot shower for 500 baht. Very helpful staff. The best hotel we've found in Krabi.

opposite is present every day and yummy fruit market, with many exotic fruits. You will also find thai-style takeout dishes.

I wish I could give it 6 stars! The owner Jane was probably the nicest person that I've met and I don't believe that there was any motive behind it besides to see how big that she could make us (my girlfriend and I) smile! We were planning to stay for 1 night and then to walk around and see if there was anywhere else that we'd like to stay in Krabi. After the first night we ended up booking the rest of our stay there. Jane would talk with us every night (in pretty fluent English) as we got back to the hostel about where we went and what we saw. She gave us things to do and see and places to eat based on what we told her we liked and wanted to do. The room was very clean and nice, the air conditioning worked wonderfully and we got free toast with jelly, instant coffee and bananas for breakfast in the mornings. The night before we left, Jane helped us schedule a taxi to the airport for the morning. In the morning the taxi was 10+ minutes late, so Jane had her husband (I'm assuming) get in his truck and take us to the airport instead to help us stay on time! We still paid the same taxi fee to him, but we were going to pay it either way and we got to the airport sooner because of it. I would absolutely book more nights at the Cube Hostel with Jane any time that I come back to visit Krabi!

This hostel it was just amazing, very clean, location it's just perfect where you can go everywhere walking literally. Staff was the best, super nice and also it was easy to meet people. Finally about rooms they are the best, you will have full curtains on your bed and your own plugger and light. Totally recommend it ;)

1 night for 700 Baht (February 2016). Friendly staff and good location, unfortunately, Krabi Town has not much to offer. The comments regarding mold, I can't confirm this, but it smells a little musty in the rooms. For a stopover, but completely sufficient.

It was a very pleasant stay.
It is really clean — European standards.
Host lady is very nice and helpful.
It's quite easy to get there, if you are coming from the Krabi airport by a shuttle bus, backtrack few streets to the north.
If you can, get a room not oriented to the street, because of the noise. There isn't any traffic, but someone had a karaoke night :)

For me, it was very very good.

Very friendly welcome and personal.

Basic rooms, great location. Make sure you ask for a second price, as in the first one they will overcharge you 100-200 THB. On my last stay (the 3rd one) my rate went from a first price of 650 to a second one of 550 for a room with air conditioner and hit water.

Old room and do not rent motorbike here!
