I stayed there for about 4 weeks. The hotel staff were absolutely splendid and very kind and caring after I had a fall on a boat. However, I would not rreturn and the reason is the owner who seems to treat the foyer as her personal loungeroom (very unprofessional) and the staff as built in babysitters. On the night of the water festival she and friends had a meal in the foyer ridiculous. Not businesslike at all.

Great and cheap breakfast!

Good place for the price, clean, tidy, something small but I valued the attention received by the staff, it has laundry service, the breakfasts are very rich. Small but very comfortable and people very friendly and friendly.
Having a medical problem, I was contacted by a nearby medical center, taken and accompanied at all times to help me with the language.
Excellent Care and experience.

Really nice Hotel. Good bed and bathroom facilities. Aircondition that works. Great Staff in the reseption that is helpful with ordering Tours and other things that you need. After our stay here we travelled to Koh Lanta and Koh Phi Phi, but we had to came back. Apo Hotel is a hotel we will stay in if we are coming back to Krabi, Thailand.

Nice Hotel with good value for money. At Festivals on the Waterfront, you prefer to take a Room to the Back.

Good rooms near the river. Sercice was generally excellent.

Nice hotel in Krabi Town. Near street food markets and you can reach Chao Fah pier (where you can pick a taxi boat direct to Railey Beach) just walking. Good rooms and excellent breakfast.

Nice clean rooms in a nice location. Only problem was that there was no stairs and we were on the top floor (3rd floor) which isn't the worst thing in the world.

Great place to layover. 5 minute walk to boats to Railay and other destinations. Around the corner from the weekend market — — don't miss. Across the street from the water with nice promenade. Nice breakfast with real coffee and the best croissant I've ever had. Very reasonable. No elevator. Good Wi-Fi.

Surprisingly nice, modern hotel in Krabi. Have the 500thb cash deposit on hand, and everything else is great. No elevator, but staff will carry your bags up the stairs.

Great place and James who works there makes it even more worthwhile. Best room we had in Thailand at the best price!

I rarely review hotels but must share my wonderful experience here at APO. Disclaimer: I stay exclusively w/Marriott brands on biz travels and have a high expectation. We stayed for 4 nights and I had a sprained ankle accident from day trip to Phi Phi island. Manager was nice to move us from the 4th floor at the back building to a lower floor in the front building for easier access. James, the owner's brother, was a tremendous help in assisting with luggage, arranging taxi, etc. He did everything he could ensuring our stay was pleasant.
The hotel hosted a Christmas party and it was fun to mingle with other guests. Both rooms are spacious, modern and clean. There's also a mini fridge and complimentary 2 bottles of water. There's even a balcony but temperature was too hot to sit outside. The location is central and close to the Walking street market. It's about 15 mins to Krabi International Hospital and 30 mins to the airport. It's unfortunate that I didn't get to explore much due to difficulty in walking on crutches w/a cast on. We definitely plan to return and look forward to staying with them in the future. Thank you for everything, APO hotel and its staffs.

We stayed at APO for three days during our recent visit to Krabi. It's located in the best part of Krabi town, the riverfront. The location was great with cabs and motorbikes readily available for rent, next door. Krabi night market was just below and we enjoyed exploring the markets and walking down the riverfront. Ours was a river facing room on 4th floor. Though there's no elevator, the staff willingly helped with luggage. We were delighted to see the room. Cozy, neat, and tastefully done up room. All the basic amenities were intact and good. Also they have their own cute cafe downstairs. The complimentary breakfast (options; american, continental and APO) was delicious. The staff was polite, helpful, very welcoming and warm. Their hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Definitely deserves a second stay! :) :)

Location is bang on the downtown. Value for money.

Room spacious, new and very pretty. Friendly staff. But no elevator, the temperature of the water in the shower was difficult there (alternate between very hot and very cold) set.

Perfect location next to the river and markets. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Several different breakfast options.
