The school was clean and the service was good. The water park is very good, Verde.

Nice hotel. Pleasant and delightful staff always smile and ever graciously helpful… only down side is the breakfast but will definately recommend this hotel to all.

A decent 4 star hotel (they call themselves 4 star probably cos they have a hot tub in each room). Room we were given was small with a bed for three people which didn't make any sense as there was no place for anything else but to get out of bed and head straight to the door or the washroom. The room we took had a spacious balcony with a view of the street connecting to the main road. The rooms are maintained neatly, with AC and hand faucets. Only breakfast provided as part of the package while they have a good menu for room delivery available from 8AM to 4PM only. One gets to choose one item from three different sets of food combinations which includes a starter and main course which makes for good variety on the menu.

Lovely place, clean and friendly. Rooms beautiful and cleaned daily. Pool is clean and clear. Be prepared for mosquitoes bites being in nature. I would highly recommend this hotel. I love Ao Nang, the people are lovely here, beaches are clean and it's not as busy as some places visited in this journey. Ao Nang 100% recommended instead of Patong.

An old style resort with a nice pool and trees. Not a 4 star but definitely a good bargain and nice area for the price. Less noice but walking distance the main beach.

Old but well maintained rooms. Breakfast is 4 out of 5. Near the market Ao Nang and to the beach 7 minutes on foot.

Good room and facilities. Towels for pool/beach, umbrellas, slippers. Excellent breakfasts. Quite and peaceful place.

We had booked 6 rooms for our clients. Good staff and service. Property is just walking distance from the beach.

Great pool and rooms. Bathroom was amazing and even had a bath. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast Only downfall was that my room was right on the top floor and far end away from the Wi-Fi so got no signal. I was okay with my mobile data but for those who use it to talk online or even work, ask for a room closer to the main reception. Other than that minor hiccup… perfect. Will stay again when in Ao Nang for sure. 4.7 stars of 5

This place is phenimenal for us european. Its like being in a jungle but you can still access all the feature of a resort hotel. Pool, spa massage restaurant on the river and more. Prefect for a romantic couple of day while you are visiting thailand.

Lovely, fabulous place! The hotel is not new but very decent! Nice rooms and views from the window… Very interesting hotel. My girlfriend stayed in the hotel more expensive, but she liked it much more! Recommend!

Nice hotel, only need to choose a room that Windows overlooks the courtyard (towards the pool). We were almost overlooked by the pretty noisy road. Breakfast is excellent, everything is there, except for normal coffee (but this and as usual). With the internet is not a perfect system: issue temporary logins and passwords and have to constantly re-wedge.

Great place to stay. They have free buffet breakfast but choices are limited. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Staff are polite and pleasant.

Stayed here for 7 days and so far no complaints. Comfortable with a good view of the pool by the balcony. The place is walking distance from everything in Ao Nang but not too noisy coz it's a bit off the main road… if your looking for traditional looking hotel then this is for you. :)

The room was very nice. The staff helps you carry your bags to the room, there are muuuchas stairs. The Wi-Fi was not in the room or just at the front desk. We used to communicate with the Wi-Fi of the restaurants in the center. It would have 5 stars if the Wi-Fi had worked. The pool is fantastic.

Wifi at room slower than turtle. Four storey but no lift. Good environment but is an old building. Location not bad. Walk 10mins to Aonang beach. Room rate is considered value for money.

Great rooms very big and best air-conditioning I've experienced in Thailand. You can have it like the arctic. Water in the shower is very hot water too. Good location as you can turn right at the end of the road for a better area nopparat beach rather than to the left at the over touristy Ao Nang beach. Frog bar on the beach nice spot.

It's quiet and quaint. The room is clean and spacious. Lots of convenient stores nearby. The hotel also offer service to plan your rides and tours to nearby places of interest.

Good resort, very close to the sea. Rooms are clean. Nothing fancy but it's worth every penny.

A bit quirky but I'd come again. The location is very good, right between the start of the Ao Nang beach strip and the Nopparat Thara beach strip. Good in-house restaurant, across the street from Umberto's Italian restaurant, and not far from a great Indian restaurant. The pool is lovely, though not open past 7pm in low season, and has a weak, but wonderfully novel swim-up bar. The grounds are well kept and full of character. The rooms are nice with decent sized balconies. The view from our room was wonderful, a bare glimpse of the sea, overlooking the pool and great for the colorful sunsets. The staff were pretty good, friendly and mostly decent English. Now on to why this didn't get 5 stars. The cleaning staff weren't bad, really, just not great at the job. We didn't like that there was an almost pencil-width gap between the balcony doors, letting in mosquitos and noise. The chairs in the room and on the balcony were rather uncomfortable and with no padding. Maybe it's a local thing but you get a dispenser of napkins for the toilet instead of toilet paper, which was irritating. Our bathroom had double doors that had an awkward slide-bar lock that was annoying for nighttime bathroom visits. The towels are rather rough, both bath and pool towels, and you don't get wash cloths. They said you can get two keys for the room but we couldn't, and since the lack of key turned off the power, we couldn't charge things while we were out. there are no lifts.

The hotel staff were nice. The room was clean and the price is reasonable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable. Tea and Bath offer, the water 800 ml per person is filled with a high-visibility regularity. The pool was very grjaznovatym.

It is clean, spacious, well located and meets the needs.

Convenient, opposite the beach, on the left, walk a few minutes on the docks, downstairs is a convenience store. The hotel also has a small swimming pool.

Live on the first floor, the room musty, the bed, the springs also seemed to be fatigue, but not the $ 27 a night, nothing much to complain.
