Really nice guesthouse and complete with Everything, the rooms are very cozy and manicured, the breakfast great international and including dishes prepared on time on demand, the breakfast room very spacious and very characteristic. The small but well-structured pool, the staff friendly and always available; you can rent bikes for a few baht and get relaxing Thai massages on reservation directly in your own room. Personally we made two and the girls even solved a shoulder problem That I had for months! At 1.5 km from the park turns out to be a very well-attended hotel.

Beautiful hotel with very nice pool. Very nice room. Very hearty breakfast. Only downside, as for other resorts nearby: a little far 1, 5km from the historic centre and restaurants. Bike rentals offered by the hotel for 50 beats (1, 5) a day.

A really peaceful place and a nice staff. The hotel is composed of a swimming pool, rooms spread over all an alley, and the welcome with the commendable bikes. The rooms are kind of small chalets, and are very well decorated. A small fridge with bottles of fresh water is made available to us. The bathroom is small but convenient. Only downside for the shower, not enough pressure to my liking. Otherwise very very good breakfasts, with a large choice of fruits and vegetables. We can decide on the hot part when entering, and the service is fast and warm. I would definitely recommend!

Good hotel at an affordable price. The location is great as it is very close to the Sukhothai Historical Park and is in a quiet area. Clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. Everything is wood nicely decorated and cozy. The deal is excellent. The only downside is that the shower did not regulate the water, or it came out too hot, or cold, and some bathroom details could be improved. It also has a swimming pool. Generally highly recommended.

Great room and the staff are very friendly and helpful with anything you may need. Good sized pool (I came during the low season and there weren't a lot of people, might be a bit crowded during high season). Breakfast was good with a good selection (could improve on the juices and saisages but all in all very good). Room was spacious with AC, which is needed here. Shower is a little old but does the job. I ended extending my stay by 1 day I enjoyed the place so much.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Perfect base to explore the ruins in the surrounding area. Bikes available for a trip into town or to the nearby historical park. Breakfast was decent, but not outstanding. Only real negative was that the room's air conditioners turn off when you go out, so it took considerable time to cool the room when you return.

A very nice establishment and a smiling and available staff. Large and comfortable rooms as well as a sublime decoration, all in a calm and serene environment. What more could you ask for? You will have at your disposal a swimming pool as well as a cycle rental service to be able to travel in the whole "historical Park".

The cabins are a little small but enough for a couple of nights.

We had a perfect experience in the guest house Thai Thai Sukothai: the place, the swimming pool and the bungalows are very beautiful. Moreover the staff is really great and the service, one or the best we had on all Thailand! I would recommend it if you want to visit the peaceful old town of Sukhothai… Once more thank you for everything, you are the best!

Very nice little bungalows. Warm welcome and very nice service. Bike rental for ample 1 €/Tag… Breakfast has no huge selection but is delicious. Absolutely recommended.

Very zen & beautiful place! The staff is oh so friendly and very helpful. Our stay was 3 night s. We went cycling, sightseeing all the wats and the 800 Year old market in the evening was delighful and yummie! There is a swimming pool for refreshment and the 3 of us took a 1h Thai massage in the room.

Not recommended! Room security is severely lacking. The door lock is typical of western bathroom locks, just a push button lock. There is no dead bolt. There is no room safe. Wi-Fi in the room was very weak and only about 1Mbit speed. On a more serious note, I got food poisoning at breakfast one morning, and the owner refused to take responsibility and pay a lousy $10 for the hospital visit. This is not my idea of a good place to stay, and I certainly won’t be back especially since there are far better guest houses in the area. I suggest The Rise for fairly inexpensive lodging or Le Charme for a bit higher class.

Good place, with swimming pool and very close to the most important of Sukhothai… I recommend it.

The place and the staff is lovely but they need to look after their beds. My husband and I stay for two nights and we stay out of the room most of the time but our sleep (that is very important when you are a tourist) has been very bad and couldn't really have a rest so that affect our time is Sukhothai. I couldn't be sure we will be back to this hotel.

Location Very good breakfast Cleanliness and quality of the structure OK. As location is not close to the ruins but with the rental bikes (of the hotel) in less than 5 minutes you get there. Great pool, it's pretty much new.

Very beautiful guest house. Very friendly staff, the rooms are quiet, extremely clean and old-thailand style. There is also a very clean swimming pool with a lot of deckchairs and everything is immersed in the nature. Five minutes by bike to the important historical site of Sukhothai.

Great guest house. Home at the top, comfortable room, ideal location for visits. An effort for breakfast would be nice as it is a bit poor… For the rest everything is perfect.

Rooms are nice, bathroom a bit small and old, but with a fairly good shower though. Staff is extremely friendly, almost a bit too much in the beginning… Very helpful and kind. Swimming pool is great, loved it. Take a bicycle to go to the historical park!

The staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are neat, well-appointed and clean. Excellent value for money. Added bonuses: cheap bikes available for hire at the Guesthouse, snacks for purchase at reasonable prices at reception, a great massage in my room, a beautiful swimming pool and good breakfast included, clean towels every day (not something I usually care about but in Thailand stuff doesn't dry easily), a map and guide provided with local restaurant recommendations and points of interest. Would certainly stay here again and highly recommend!

It started of poorly with a defective a/c in our room. As soon as we made the staff aware of the problem, they remediated it. Afterwards the experience was just perfect: pointing us to the right places to go and organizing it so that everything was made easy for us. The best customer attention we had in Thailand, and presumably from anywhere we have been to spend vacations. We totally recommend the Thai Thai experience.

Nice well maintained community. We had a separate bungalow. This was tastefully decorated.
Facility is located very quiet with many birds trappings, so much pleasant birdsong.
-By bicycle to get various historic well to the 3 zones. Only after new Sukhotai, you have to drive with the Tuktuk or similar.
-The bed was comfortable.
Hair dryer available.
Air conditioning, quiet and good.
Cleanliness and cleaning were good.
-Wi-Fi good and stable.
The staff is very very nice and helps in all matters.
The breakfast is the standard you can get anywhere in this price range… Toast, marmalade, scrambled eggs, etc. But generally in order.

Very nice resort seaside to the historic park, restaurants and shops. The staff is very nice, friendly and inquires are ongoing how you feel and how your day was. Thsiverhltnisse lush breakfast buffet… Upon check in you get all necessary information in writing. Only drawback, they have no swimming pool. Everything is Blitzsauber.

Greatest hotel in Sukhothai Old City (Mueang Kao). Very friendly and helpful staffs. Different kind of room and chalet to choose from. The helpful service and the staff's smile let you experience the truly Thais' kindness. Your only choice of accomodation in Sukhothai :)

Cozy, clean and affordable hotel. Very pleasant, unobtrusive, and, moreover, helpful staff. Rooms are small but pleasantly decorated and has everything you need, located in separate houses. You can have a massage, doing right in the room. Oil massage costs 500 baht, like quality. The hotel is close to the city centre. There is Parking for cars, Bicycle rental. Standard for hotels in Thailand Breakfast, not too diverse, but tasty. Nearby Coffeehouse Sinwana where you can eat delicious food, large menu selection.
