Tranquil, serene and very beautiful hotel.

Very nice atmosphere and view.

Really nice and clean resort. Have nice food as well as a nice swiming pool, just a few steps away from the Historical Park.

Worst Hotel Ever. Hotel has bad smell from air conditioning. Hotel staffs tried to put odor removal spray but it doesn’t get rid of odor but it mixed with odor and it cause us headache from breathing this mixing air. We asked if they can move us to the other room. They refused to move my family other room and recommended us to open window so that mosquitos have nice dinner by sucking our blood. Lol If you want a camping experience, you should sleep in this hotel.

Excellent Hotel and good service.

We have checked in with family members. We booked 5 superior rooms and 1 delux room. We decided to have dinner at the hotel since we had bee traveling a whole day. Our food were so slow serving. It took more than 45 minutes before the first dish came. We also ordered 2 Pad thai. One came and we were waiting for the second ones. We kept asking the server and she kept saying that it was coming. Other family members finished their food. Finally the last Padthai came. We went back to our room. My room looked ok until I was going to take a bath. The shower did not have hot water. We called the reception. She sent a mechanic and he said that he could not do anything about it. We had to call again and the reception said she would send the head of mechanic. He did not show up. We called the reception again and ask for a room changed. She said the rooms were fully booked. (That was a lie since we checked in on Monday and we were told that about 40% occupied when we checked in). We thus told her that if the rooms were fully booked we could not do anything but to change the hotel. We asked her to send the bell to help taking all luggages for all six rooms since on of the room had defects and was not in condition for services. The reception asked us to wait for 10 minutes. 15 minutes passed by and we had to call the reception again. She told us that she needed to call the owner. We waited another 15 minutes and call her again. She said that she was coming with another room key.

The palce is amazing, good ambiance, affordable and good service. Id recommend the place for anyone looking to unwind and relax in Sukhothai.
All the music is english too.

Wonderfully surrounded by nature and culture, quiet, luxurious down-to-earth with well-trained staff. Normal good tourist breakfast. Well-kept long pool. This is the third time we have been here.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location and close to the historical center. The hotel offers free bikes to get around the historical place. The hotel is very clean and with a nice and pleasant atmosphere. I definitely recommend it!

A beautiful luxury hotel with friendly staff. You could spend days on end at the pool, pure relaxation!

It was one of our favourite places during our entire 3 week honeymoon. The facilities are new & gorgeous. Royal Thai style. I felt like royalty. The staff welcomes you with a welcome drink and leads you to your beautiful room that feels like an oasis in Sukhothai. The food is elevated local Thai cuisine and is amazing. Not too salty like how you may have experienced at other places. Their breakfast is included & also incredible (you get fresh dragonfruit for breakfast, along with an amazing array of Thai and western style cuisine to choose from). The infinity pool is so gorgeous. We went for a dip in the moonlight and also during the day to cool off. I also did yoga by the pool, which is an unforgettable experience. They have a private spa onsite and the Thai massages are really reasonably priced and an amazing relaxing experience. The hotel also lends you bicycles you can ride to the Sukhothai national park (really close by) and into the town. Service by all the staff are top notch. A definite 5-star resort experience.

Absoutely found nothing to complain about this hotel. This was my second visit to Sukhaotai and found this little gem available on Agoda. The hotel facility and hospitality are absoltely gorgoues. Perfect location for visitting the historical park or just to enjoy the facilty for weekend retreat.

This is a truly excellent hotel — there are not many comparable hotels in the Sukhothai area. An oasis of calm set back from the main busy road leading into the old town. A wonderful, large infinity pool overlooking the rice fields & all rooms are very private. The design & style of the resort is well considered — it feels very intimate & private. Beautiful gardens & landscaping, with lots of birds. There are complimentary bicycles for trips down to the historical park & nearby cafes. Staff are very friendly & helped organise our transport for day trips out of town. The best nearby cafe is Sweet Rice, only a few minutes cycle away in the back streets.

Very poor restaurant service, not open during advertised hours either. Staff were unhelpful and inattentive and food (that was actually supplied) was of a low quality. Rooms and ambience are good, although staff communication needs improving. I'd give this place only three stars.

This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The location is only a short bike or tuk tuk ride to the park. The food at the restaurant is somewhat average.

Undrained trash and full of dirt from previous customers. Stained sheets (nail polish? ) Even if they seem washed it is not very engaging. Great view of the air conditioners of the adjoining rooms. Dead insect on the ground still there the next day (aren't they supposed to pass a broom? ) … A lot of pretension but the service is not up to par.

Beautiful place, well decorated, the pool is amazing and a very good place to relax. Our room was big enough, with an outside space facing a field. The restaurant was the worst part : food was not so good, staff was not nice (be careful the service stops at 9pm and not at 10pm as they said) and expensive compared to the quality. We had foot massages at the spa; very relaxing! Front desk staff was nice and helpful (they brought me to the nearest pharmacy). A bit disappointed but still a nice beautiful place to stay if you eat outside.

Wonderful hotel! Great pool and spacious rooms. Magic and relaxing atmosphere especially in the evening when the lanterns are lit. Strategic place to prepare for the tour of northern Thailand.

The hotel is fantastic the spectacular pool and the quiet location… that ask for more… plus there is a nice view of the countryside and the architecture is interesting brief a nice step to the north!

Quality and variety of insufficient food and rooms are well cared for! The sin xche ' the place is the structure are very beautiful.

Just arrived and this is an paradise in the landscape. Mazing swimingpool with natural watter no chlor or chemicals or salt. All watter clean natural. Rooms are just incredible nice big comfortable. Mazing place to stay.

Great hotel complex. Very new. Very friendly staff. If you want to explore the historic park in Sukhothai for a few days, you can find a fantastic place to stay. Bicycles for free. Super, just great. The great pool must of course also be mentioned. And right next to the hotel is the first Chedi. We stayed 6 nights and found it really great.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful service. A lot of activities to do on top of breathtaking landscapes. The hotel is close to the Historical Park and give you free bikes to go around the city! I recommend.

Best place to escape the busy world and explore the deep roots of Thai history! Pure nature, breathtaking sunsets, lots of birds singing, high value and nice staff! if you are traveling to Northen part of Thai, highly recommend to stop here to have some rest (especially after noisy Bangkok)
