Pros — the better area to sleep in Pai. Towels smell good, hammak on the porch. Cons — everything else! We walked around here to find a place, the first hut we were shown was very basic in the middle of the property. I asked the lady at the desk if she have a different room, she said only for 4 people or more expensive. It was hard for us to decide so we walked around more. We came back and asked if the room is still available — she said no. But she had a different one for us in the same price (so she lied before, and there are also room free around us). Now for the room — big whole in the floor before the door, outlets in the room don't work and look like the were burnt before. The shower is open to the outside. The NOISE! We are on the main corner and the water pump — we could hear every person coming back until the morning, music, cars, and in the early morning the other people that wake up early. Doesn't worth 400 BHT where there are same/cheaper/little more expensive places around. Maybe their regular rooms are o. K. But they were full.
The Place is pretty loud from drunken idiots, loitering around at night. A primitive hut with self-flush toilets for 500 Baht — expensive. + hammock in Front of the door + very nice setting at the river.
