Spent two nights there. The staff is extremely hospitable, the rooms are well maintained, the hotel design is beautiful and breakfast is delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Well I have been for holiday only 2 night,
I am very happy with this resort, Good service, good place, good view, good people there.
I’m sure I will be back to this resort again for a long holiday.

Owners are a family, and we were treated as beloved family members. Food was great. We would return again. We have great memories.

Peaceful accommodation Very nice staff & tasty breakfast.

Myself and wife stayed here in June'18 after driving the Mae Hon Son loop. A bit of luxury was needed so we were ok paying top price in Pai (€50pn-no breakfast) for the off season. The kettle didn't work but was replaced quickly and there was no water left in the room on the first day. The main issue was that the shower didn't work right the power/temperature/pressure kept tripping itself and going cold so ironically we ended up have scorching hot showers as that was where it worked best. Small walk from town over the wooden bridge but lovely premesis and surrounds. Staff were great. Lucky to get 4* and not 3*.

Very nice place and really friendly staff. Room is nice, clean and well kept, so is the pool and garden. Location is perfect, being just on the other side of the river in pai, where it is more quiet, and still only 5 min walk from the main street by the nearby bamboo Bridge. Unfortunately the shower smells a bit like sulfur, which is a shame since everything else is spot on.

What a lovely discovery. This resort is located in a very quiet area of Pai and allows you to relax in this Zen and nature atmosphere! Staff is super helpful and speak English. Rooms have a modern touch that integrates the surrounding quite well. I would definitely recommend this Resort!

The Zen boutique is truly Zen! It’s secluded, yet very close to town (night market sub 5 min walk). It’s super quiet at night. The pool is nice, as is the garden. The breakfast is good, you can order from a diverse menu (as much as you like). The rooms are big enough, clean and neat. The highlight, though, is the warm-hearted, honest and authentic friendliness of the staff. They’re extremely helpful, kind and genuinely friendly — I can’t stress this enough! On your way to town, you’ll cross a bamboo bridge (walking only) which has scenic views over the local river — especially at sunrise! And if you’re in Pai, definitely do the Mae Yen waterfall hike of you’re fit. It’s a once in a lifetime jungle experience!

Amazing peaceful resort. Located 5 minutes from Pai's Walking Street, Zen Family House is a true gem. It has a wonderful staff showing you the best hospitality and making you feel like family. The rooms decor and design are also wonderful and thought-through — the best we've encountered so far in Thailand. Our room is very clean, and even though it was a lacking a designated storage space, there was plenty of space to unpack. Would definitely come again on my next visit to Pai, and would recommend anyone else to do the same.

This place is truly fantastic, one of the best places in Pai to stay at. Not too far from town. 10 minute walk.

Perfect place to escape the crowds and experience Pai. Stayed for just one night and really wish we could have stayed longer! The place itself is beautiful — clean and spacious rooms (good AC, hot water), there's a lovely pool and poolside area, and it's just far enough removed from the main drag in Pai to have some peace and quiet (but only a five minute walk to all the restaurants). The family that runs this place is incredible. One of the girls I was traveling with got injured, and the owners went out and got her supplies to clean and bandage her wounds — without asking! We left really early in the morning to catch the first bus out, and the wife made us breakfast-to-go boxes since we left before they began serving breakfast. Truly top-notch service! Love the family touch.

เคยไปเที่ยว ปาย เมื่อ 5-6 ปีก่อน ไม่ค่อยประทับใจ เท่าไหร่นัก เพื่อนจึงชวนไปอีกครั้ง และ บอกว่า ปาย เปลี่ยนไป มาปาย ครั้งนี้ เพื่อน จัดการ จองห้องพักให้ แรกๆ ก้อคิดว่าจะดีไหมนะ ชื่อที่พัก ฟังดูเหมือน เกสต์เฮาส์ พอเข้าที่พัก ต้องร้อง wow เพราะเป็น รีสอร์ต เล็กน่ารัก ใหม่ และ สะอาดสะอ้าน มาก (โดยเฉพาะ ห้องน้ำ สะอาดมากๆๆๆๆ) มีสระว่ายน้ำ มีสวยสวน พนักงานเป็นกันเอง ไม่ต้องเรื่องมาก ห้องพักขนาดกำลังดี อุปกรณ์ทุกอย่างครบ เหมือน หรือมากกว่า โรงแรม 5 ดาวบางแห่ง อาหารเช้าอร่อย เสริฟ ไม่หยุด จนต้องร้องขอชีวิต และ ไม่ไกล คือ ใกล้ ถนนคนเดิน มากกก สรุป ประทับใจ ปาย และ ที่พัก ครั้งนี้ มาก ครับ แนะนำ พักที่นี เลยครับ คุ้มค่า เกินราคา ปล. ห้องน้ำสะอาด อาหารเช้า อร่อย

I very recommend this hotel. Great treatment, amazing rooms and food. When we stayed there, the bridge was broken so they offer free shuttles by themselfes! they are really nice and lovely people. Doing everything with love. So for sure — Family Zen boutique is the best hotel in pai.

Love this place! Super cute hotel, Thai staff is helpful and friendly. Food is absolutely amazing. We didn't bring warm clothes so we opted to eat in our room but was scolded by Jonathan the Italian time and time again to only eat on our patio and then in the morning were told to eat in the dinning room, which we refused because it was so cold. Our money should be our way, this place would have 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

Well I have been to many places stayed in countless establishments and I can tell you this. This place is perfect in every sense of the word.
Location heavenly, service and neatness the highest you can ask for clean and beautifully maintained the place is practically new
The crew is a local family and an Italian dude "Jonathan" the nicest and most helpful people you want to meet. In short perfect! and no nobody asked me to write this review
Its all for real.

We were 3 guys in the triple deluxe room. Located perfectly in the middle of the town. Amazing breakfast, staff, beds, shower. The only bad thing I can think about is the fact that the swimming pool is too small, but can't expect that in Pai.

My family only stay for one night but we are all very impressed about the hospitality and made us felt like home, quite, and clean comfortable bed, with good Wi-Fi and top with a delicious breakfast, I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and we would revisit if we have a chance.

Diamond in the Rough. We were staying in Pai for 3 days and aren't the usual roughing it back packer traveller that tend to frequent Pai. This Boutique hotel is a spot of luxe in the Pai area. Loved the location but the bridges that usually span the river were out because of the Torrential rains in August so the Nice Italian Gentleman would drive us as we needed to pretty much wherever we needed to go. Over all a lovely experience.

A bit expensive when compared to other hotels in pai, but it worth it. Each room is a small modern bungalow with a small balcony looking at the garden. Many choices for breakfast, from Thai to western style. There is a small swimming pool. The staff are nice, always smile and willing to help!

Great hotel. Everything is brand new and is I. Good working order. The beds are very comfortable and the Wi-Fi signal is strong. Yes the pool is small but it's a small hotel and didn't have any problems getting a sun lounger. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were lovely. Would return for sure.
