Baan Pai Riverside Resort Hotel

Not bad, good beside river and walking street.

Hardest mattress I’ve slept on in Southeast Asia and Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the back bungalows. This would be fine except it’s pricey for the area. Great location and good breakfast.

Great place to stay, really chilled by the riverside and very close to the main walking streets.

For Pai not exactly cheap with 800 baht the night but really very picturesque located directly on the river. Breakfast is inclusive and you can also eat by the river anytime again!

Pretty new, clean, good location and friendly staff. I stayed here 3 nights in december 2013. The staff is very friendly and the check in check out process was easygoing. I had a smal bungalow directly on the river with a hangmat on the terrace. The bungalow was pretty new and clean! The only thing what I didn't like, it was without a restaurant and it was pretty boring in this place. But all in all, everything was good!

Great prices. Paid 400 baht for a private cabin on the river.

Great little place with bungalows along the river. Average Wi-Fi and not the friendliest staff though. Nice and quite and clean toilets.

Cozy and very close to the main strip of pai. Rooms are decent and ones with aircon are available. Gas powered showers so you can still have a warm shower if the power goes out (quite common in pai). Only downside is that the bathroom is outside so it's not uncommon to see bugs in the bathroom.

I and my girlfriend stayed in the modern bungalow accomodation at this resort for 5 nights during our stay in Pai, and we both heartily recommend it for a nice, quiet and private stay that is not too far from the town. There were the usual issues with some insects in the bathroom but aside from the the resort was clean and well presented. The riverside location is quiet and very beautiful especially in the evenings, and our free breakfast was not bad at all, including fried eggs, sausages, toast, tea and coffee. The couple who run the little resort are both lovely and speak excellent English, they were very accomodating to us even though we showed up an hour early for check-in.

I didn't stay here but enquired about rooms. Reception lady was extremely rude and wanted 1500 baht/n for a very basic room. Nice view of river though.
