We stayed here for 1 night and rented 2 rooms. Although the guys at the reception were very hospitable, the place was quite dirty. A couple of insects running around, the floor and furniture were dusty, we had no shower gel or toilet paper in the bathroom and the toilet didn't flush properly. I know this is a budget option, so I wasn't expecting too much, however, they should pay some attention to cleanliness! + the AC worked fine; +parking spots inside the yard.
