Nice and Clean. Quite central and friendly staff.

Nice pool in the middle of the hotel that not many people seem to use. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location for walking around. The night market is very close nearby. Central Plaza mall has a free bus that stops at this hotel numerous times a day as well.

Just spent 8 nights here, I found it a very comfortable, not only were the rooms were very clean I found the hotel immaculate. The staff were very helpful in all ways needed. The only disappoint was the restaurant did not serve any Thai meals.

I stayed at Hi Chiang Rai Hotel for one night and had the most beautiful room with a view the city! Service was excellent and location is great. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Hi Chaingrai Hotel is great value for money. It is close to everything and the staff are great. The beds are nice and soft by Asian standards and the pillows are also great.

Despite reception being busy check in was quick and efficient. The hotel is new and is reflected in the cleanliness. The room was adequate in size with a bed being the most comfortable I have slept in during my stays in Thailand. The bathroom had a walk in shower with good water pressure. I didn't use the indoor pool but it did look appealing. All the staff are friendly with a good understanding of English. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very nice from outside and inside. Rooms are very clean and simple (very simple design) Has a good enough view (rooms like 404 and some others downstairs) but I am pretty sure the view is good from most of the rooms. Very simple breakfast, I honestly did not really enjoyed it but some people might like it but again overall its good enough. Its very close from Night market, clock tower, and many other popular places. Pool is clean but it is in the lobby Which makes no privacy. Wifi is really not ok.

The rooms are very nice and the central pool makes you want to go, on the other hand the bathroom there is no take near the sink not top for the razor or dry hair and when you use the shower it's noisy because at 2am you will hear the neighbor p make a shower and I do not understand why there is no ventilation in the bathrooms after going to the toilet must condemn them :/

Beautiful hotel very well located, not far from the night market and the stage where artists perform every night. Negative point: the size of the room and the pool in the hotel lobby. It really doesn't make you want to swim there.

This was recommended by a tour guide from Bangkok and boy was it a great recommendation! Very clean ultramodern hotel, right in the heart of Chiangrai. The complementary breakfast was a nice spread with a good mix of east and west. The bed was very comfortable. Why can’t I have a mattress like that at home? The staff is friendly and accommodating. The price was remarkably low for the high quality. Comfortable quiet efficient AC, a nice shower. I’d stay here again anytime. Thank you!

Clean, good breakfast, friendly staffs. I did not use indoor pool (not so nice). Got a room for $38 for two of us with breakfast. Good deal for the price. Was very quite. Did not hear noise at all.

It is clean and new facility. The parking lot that they have around 14 slots. For price, big room for be 4 people is 3000 baht without breakfast.

Nice new hotel location to the city excellent, nice indoor pool, housekeeping do a lovely job, reception staff always friendly breakfast is nice although does not change much.

Ok for a long weekend stay, a bit noisy due to the building's pool in the middle, we stayed for 4 nights, but as a base to go see sights, perfect. Value for money.

This hotel easy go to some famous place because the location on a central of Chiang Rai city and the room is a new and very clean. The price are very cheap. All highly recommend.

This was one of the more expensive hotels in town but it is brand new. It is close to the night market and food court and easy walking distance to the bus station. You can find cheaper accommodations in Chiang Rai but this was great for us. It was funny that room 209 had an enclosed shower but the more expensive room 111 didn't have an enclosure. This led to a wet floor in room 111. If they were to put a door on the shower in room 111, there would be no issue. But for the money we spent, we slept well and were very happy with the hotel.
