Stayed in room 1 (queen size bed) room 2 and 16 (2 single bed) clean room, daily cleaning of rooms, friendly staff, breakfast included (simple Thai styles breakfast, toast, jams/butter, made to order sunny side eggs, salad, fruits, etc) Simple but good enough for me. Family friendly, bicycle rental for free. Only downside is it's about 2.5Km away from the main town.

Big room with competitive price, good buffet breakfast, free bicycle available. We walk about 20 mins from Bus Terminal and walk 15 mins to Central Plaza.

Budget hotel which is clean and tidy. Breakfast provided is minimal but acceptable.

I stayed with 2 friends for 2 nights and we were very comfortable. The rooms are big, with a big bathroom. The air conditioning works well. You have laundry service which works very well. You can have breakfast included. The bad thing is that you don’t have a lot of restaurants near the place.

We stayed here three friends for two nights last summer. The rooms were large and the shower quite large (knowing what there is for the area…). Breakfast is buffet style and is quite full. Recommended Value for money.

We book in the day before got 2 standard room. The room very large & cleaned. Staff very friendly & helpful close to the main road but very quite. We like to recommend good value place to stay in Chiangrai.

This is a better site resort. Here you get the right quality for little money. The apartment was great, the bathroom very clean, really good and also centrally located. The breakfast is very rich and can be enjoyed with the most different varieties. I would recommend the resort to anyone and would book it again at any time.

My family and I stayed there on Oct. 2015. Not far from the main road in town. We could walk from the resort to the main road in 7-8 minuites. We liked the breakfast — very delicious.

Good for family and kids. A big central yard to play and chill out with friends.

It is a very good resort to relax in holiday. Nice staff and clean room. It is a good choice in Chiang Rai.

Resort is located in the city, there is a free bikes to hang around. Nice landscape, big greenery garden and good atmosphere. Staff are very nice and eager to help us. Last thing 18USD/night is incredible price ratio form what we've got.

Great staff, great service, close to the downtown and easily accessible from the airport… The whole complex is new and the rooms are amazing. The prices are very reasonable too. The best thing is that there are free bicycles for the guests to use. Highly recommend it to anybody that visit Chiang Rai.
