I spent one night here with my daughter. You can blame it on Covid-19, if you wish, but absolutely nothing was open here. I booked specifically for the pool but it was closed. No restaurant, nothing to do and very unhelpful staff, if you could find them. They couldn’t even provide toilet paper for my room and when I called reception, no answer. No breakfast provided. Gave us rooms with the worst possible view even though we were the only guests staying that night.
I understand the economy is in doldrums and business is very slow. I understand tourists are few and far between. But for those of us who are trying to support this industry and these businesses, why can’t they be more accommodating and supportive rather than indifferent and lazy?
Big and clean room, good place, with very nice view but the best is the stuff!
